The appointment was easy to obtain, and our puppy was really treated so well! Waipio Pet Clinic is conveniently located and parking is always available. The staff is excellent!

The entire staff is very friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Nanbu was very thorough with Sweetie and knew what health issues our Maltese is going through. I received detailed information about her health after Dr. Nanbu went over it with me. I appreciate and am very grateful for the TLC given to our Sweetie by Dr. Nanbu and her entire staff! Our 'Taco' continues to make a beeline for the Waipio Pet Clinic once we're in the parking lot. He loves the staff there without a doubt. We made a last minute pedicure appmt, showed up early, and was served early. Didn't get a name, but Taco got his best pedicure ever. Mahalo!

They all are very nice and helpful. I went to them because I got a new kitty for the first time and they helped me get him checked out amd vaccinated. Really greatful for the tips that helped me prep for him to live with me so he can be happy and healthy. Even though they are crazy booked sometimes they are worth the wait imo.

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE using this pet clinic for my puppy aka my son Tank. His first visit was about 3 weeks ago and the lady who came out to grab him thought he was so cuuute and gave us the run down on his appointment, and also wanted a picture of him. We told her thats fine, he's cute and good, he just do some funny things thou lol. The staff here are really friendly and loving. Their customer service and profession is sooo on point. Today I rescheduled tank's appointment for the second time due to truck issues and if they missed your call you are more than welcome to send them a text and they get back to you right away. The staff here are very understanding and they always meet my expectations plus try their best to go out their way for you and meet your availability too (which I love). I plan to keep them for a very long time

Very caring, friendly and professional staff. During this Covid 19 pandemic they take all precautions necessary very well done. Always makes our fur baby feel comfortable.

We brought our 14 week old Puppy Tank in for his vet appointment. Got him microchipped, and shots! He came out happier than ever. The staff was awesome, Dr. even. And out for a chat with us. Tank came home with a bunch of goodies and a new toy. Thank you Waipio Pet Clinic!

Aloha! everything was very good for our first experience of Hiapo as our rescued poppy. He was happy and fine with the doctors. They explained us everything. It's not cheap, but for now money well spent. See you in two months. Mahalo

We have gone to Waipio Pet Clinic for the past 6+ years and our cats have been treated by three different doctors. We are very satistified and trust them.

Our dogs are practically like our children. That being said, the only people we trust to care for our children are the folks at Waipio Pet Clinic.

Caring and compassionate veterinarians and staff -- I trust Dr. Nanbu, Donna and team as I know they will provide the best care for my dog, Mocha. They do all the right things (big and small) to make us feel like family. Most recently, it started to downpour as our appointment ended. Donna quickly noticed the situation, ran inside to get an umbrella and graciously walked Mocha and I to the car -- how awesome is that?

Waipio Pet Clinic Drs and staff are the best with my dogs. Everyone is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Dr. Tamara always takes time to answer questions and my fur baby seems comfortable at the clinic. The clinic is taking extra precautions during Covid and it is much appreciated!

Even though I could understand that because of Covid things have changed, I did not like having a conversation with the doctor and the assistant outside on the side walk and later on by the car. It made it more difficult to concentrate on the conversation and insure that I asked all the correct questions regarding my pet. All employees went through great length to make it easier for the patient and the caretaker. I hope this 'new normal' will not last too long. I prefer to sit inside the exam room instead of being outside, watching dogs urinate against the wall where the benches are. So much for sitting there while waiting for the doctor and/or assistant to come outside with my pet. Hopefully, later this year, everybody will be vaccinated and we can return to the old normal!

My dogs love going to this vet. I’ve never had that experience before. Everyone at Waipio Pet Clinic is kind and caring. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had a great experience bringing our pup Tavi there for the very first time . Our appointment was on time, and the person who helped us was professional courteous, and put us at ease knowing our pup is in good hands. We felt so comfortable that we chose a perfect place to take care of our baby . Waipio pet clinic did not disappoint . Wonderful experience.

This organization gives preference to certain customers and does not treat all customers equally and fairly. I KNOW the docs and lab techs are fine if you speak with them directly. However, the receptionist with the THIN LONG WITCH HAIR.... Go in and see... You CAN'T MISS BROOM HILDA! *middle finger & boot to the @zz.... they can be A LOT BETTER if they only get another sophisticated receptionist to match the other.

Ten years to present my dogs have been going here. Staff are efficient and friendly. Doctors are great and explain what’s going on in detail. Also provide you with printouts of information and a detailed receipt(s). They cried with us when my dogs went to the rainbow ???? bridge. It’s so heartwarming to receive a condolence card signed by all the staff and doctors knowing they understood our loss. I don’t know how long the text messaging has been in place but I really like this feature. Appointments can be confirmed or accepted. Instead of calling you can text them with what you need. Way better than playing telephone tag. I highly recommend to anyone that this clinic is a great place to bring your pets.

Excellent care by the entire staff. They are professional, caring and always available; thus our “kids” have enjoyed long healthy lives (15+ years). Thank you to all 3 doctors, especially Dr Uruu, who’s our regular vet.

The staff at the pet clinic were very accommodating on such short notice. They were patient in listening to my concerns regarding my pet, and very informative in their response. They exhibited genuine care for my pet’s wellbeing and addressed specific treatment needs quickly and efficiently. It feels good to know that my pet is in caring and capable hands.
