Very expensive and the staff lack of experience they always try to make you spend more money base on your pet. If you make a appointment be my guest they will not be on time.

Saint got a good grooming job. He came home fresh and clean with nice doggie nails.

Have never been to a vet in 30+ yrs that cannot simply look at a stool sample in office for worms/eggs. They send tests to a lab, charge you $45 and then make you wait 2-3 days just to treat. Absolutely ridiculous. Meanwhile my children, husband, cat & myself are all exposed daily. Bought dewormer over the counter same day & took care of the problem myself. Will not be returning. ????????????????????????

Took a few weeks for my doggo to acclimate, but the staff and vets here were so kind, knowledgeable, professional and patient, that I'm glad we can call GBVH our pets vets.❤

We have been with General Booth Vet for 16 years. We have been so happy with all the doctors that have cared for our 4 Goldens and cat. Dr. Sorrell, Dr. Moses, and Dr. Kohler in particular have treated our pets. They all have been extremely knowledgeable, and always took time to explain everything in detail. Our cat had diabetes, and Dr. Moses and Dr. Kohler both spent so much time and effort to get him to a heathy place. They were available for anything that would come up outside of an appointment by phone. Dr. Kohler said she never wanted to miss hearing how Beastie was doing. The vet techs are also so caring and helpful. Beastie had to stay for the whole day sometimes, and I know that Dani, and Amanda, Dr. Wood, and all others there those days took excellent care of him! Thank you all so much, I recommend General Booth Vet to everyone. See you all soon!

My family has used General Booth Veterinary for years for their many fur babies. Now, my fiancé and I have continued to use them for our dog. GBVH has cared for the pets of three generations of our family! My parents came here, I followed suit, and my adult children's pets have been here. I love all of the vets (I always say no preference when making an appt bc they are ALL awesome) and the staff is just wonderful. They are so cheerful in the face of all the challenges that COVID and curb side service has thrown at them. My most recent experience this past week has been with Dr. Moses--he is very thorough and compassionate and has been so responsive regarding all of the crazy GI issues that Echo and Lyra have been dealing with. Exceptional vet practice!!!

We've used General Booth Vet Hospital for almost 30 years and in February our 13 yo terrier had become very sick. He was under the care of Dr Moses and I feel we were very blessed to have such a caring vet. Our dog continued to get worse over the next month and a half, due to many medical issues. Dr Moses and staff were very kind and understanding. We finally had to say goodbye to our best friend and while it was a traumatic experience for us, I feel that Dr Moses and staff made it a little bit easier because they cared. Thank you GBVH team and Dr Moses.

This vet hosp has the kindest, most sincere friendliest , vets staff , that i have ever met .. I had to have my dog put down on the 28th feb , it was the hardest thing that any family ever has to do , and we cried for hours he lived a great life.16 yrs ,, only 14 on paper as we got that wrong, they took care of us and more importantly our beloved pet.. and also the arrangements that we wanted.without question,???? When i thought all the crying was done a week later i recieved this card from the staff there it was so heartfelt and caring and everyone of the staff signed it it brought me to tears, this place is trult amazing and we love you all thankyou for all youre kindness ????????????

I have been going to this veterinary for years. They have always been very pricey, but I have been willing to pay for their service. Through the years I have put up with issues here and there, but when you have been with a vet that has seen you through some tough times you tend to stick with them. Today was the final straw with them! I called this am to get my cat an appointment for a pretty serious infection (not emergency vet worthy) and was told they do not have any appointments available for an entire week. The receptionist could not even give me a date for the next available appointment. I was told to try the emergency vet or they could put me on a waiting list. I have never had to wait for an appointment that long, especially for a serious infection (not emergency vet worthy). Anyone looking for vet stay clear of this one. You will end up like me with a need to see them for a serious condition (not emergency vet worthy)for your animal and unable to get an appointment. I was able to get another appointment with another veterinarian this afternoon. I believe General Booth Veterinary does not care! They are only in it for the money!!!!!

We wouldn't trust the care of our fur baby anywhere else; Dr. Moses is brilliant.

I had an emergency with my dog yesterday and they got us in quickly. Everyone was very helpful and kind. We communicated over the phone from the car while they did the exam and treatment in the office. Thank you again everyone !!!

I took my dog to be groomed. The worst job ever. I will not be taking her back there.

We had to say goodbye to our cat today after 19 years, I am still floored at how phenomenally well they took care of us today. The bedside manner of every single staff member we encountered was outstanding and so sympathetic. It definitely made the situation easier for my family. I’m sorry for not having remembered the doctor’s name, but he is an example of an absolute professional.

Their staff and the doctor was great with my German Sheppard and when I had to board him absolutely took excellent care of him and did let me know how Shadow was doing. I would definitely recommend them
