Love coming here but only 4 stars for low staffing. When you can find someone though, they are friendly and helpful.

This is the only Petco I go to. I love the staff, they're friendly and knowledgable. The store is always clean and organized so I know exactly where to find the things I need. I just wish they weren't so expensive ????

Decently sized pet store. There are a decent number of animals for sale, which was surprising. I went for fish and fish supplies. The shelves for fish are decently stocked, though other stores of the same company have better selection. Surprisingly, many of the fish were under observation, which either identifies they just came in or a slew of them got sick. I would presume they just received them as multiple stores are in the same condition. There was a selection of shrimp items; however, I do not believe you can buy shrimp at any of these stores in Hawaii. Some simple items for fish keeping, like a simple bucket for water changes, can not be found at this store. I will go back for any on-the-spot needs for my fish.

I probably went through about 3 different groomers at Petco Kaneohe. I chose Mariah because of her grooming art skills and the fact that our dog is comfortable with her. We do use Kaneohe Petco as our store to purchase our pet dog food and his grooming needs.

Truly not impressed with the dog section of this place I was bummed tbh. Yeah tons of good food food but as far as other amenities ehh not so much

It's one of the bigger petcos on the island. It has a wide selection of animals but call ahead to make sure they have what you need. Parking isn't great but it's a mall so what do you expect

This was so easy just screenshot your order, call the store when you arrive give them details why you're there and they'll assist you by bringing everything out u bought online!

They have almost always been very friendly. Only, now I don't feed my golden any kibble, no matter how high the quality is supposed to be. Remember that we don't really know what the owners of every manufacturer are using. It's very time consuming to be your own dog's chef but even though it may take 45 minutes to prepare her meals, I used to do it as I tried harder than for myself or my Mom as that woman had always been very concerned of her family, including my golden retrievers throughout almost 30 years, dropping my dog off before going to work just about everyday, and the need to try and make their diets as unprocessed as possible, all is so important and yet so hard. But The Petco Foundation donates to various animal researches including the Morris Animal Foundation, where they do researches on golden retrievers and Cancers. I did not know the Petco Foundation did these things and we should patronize Petco because of their kind hearts And I can't understand how there's any one star reviews...?

Wonderful. Very helpful employees. Knowledgeable, agreeable, and won't hesitate to find a less expensive product if they stock it. Manager is on the ball. Saturdays and Sundays are busy and there's a line at the door at opening. Go durng the week or an hour after opening on weekends to shop more relaxingly.

I was very pleased with Kaitlyn (cashier) that helped me pick the right flea dog product since the Frontline that I had purchased prior did not work on my dogs.

I've always been able to find exactly what I need here. On top of them having everything completely organized, they just always had what's I was looking for. Employees have gone out of their way to help me and are always so nice about it.

Stop reading and download their app prior to shopping. They price match in store and it will save you a ton!! Now the reason for 2 stars: I purchased a 50LB dog food container. The shelf said $59.99 but it scanned at $62.99 (no big deal) and I left to meet my Auntie in the parking lot. She had the app and scanned the bar code and it came up as $44.95!! So I downloaded the app and went back in the store receipt in hand (20 minutes later) 1:35PM purchased and 1:53PM for the exchange. Upon being called to the register associate #366355 was exceptional unprofessional and rude. She told me she could not do the price adjustment without the item in my hands. (It was in the car in the parking lot) I asked her for her manager, she called and her manager said “no need for the item, he just purchased it” so she reluctantly had to do her job and from there on it was nothing but attitude. No eye contact, very short and stern remarks and direction. This was horrible customer service for something so simple. This employee needs some training before being allowed to help customers. Other than that the store was semi clean and presentable. (Perhaps have your bothered employee take her frustrations out with a mop?) Some items were out of stock but with Covid everything seems to be running low or back ordered. So I tend to think that’s normal. Again Download the app it will save you an unbelievable amount and remember every 8 bass of dog food you get one free!!!!

horrible customer service, placed an order and they didn’t have an item. instead of calling or texting, they told me at checkout that they didn’t have this specific item. we used a coupon which required you to spend over a certain amount and with the lacking item, we did not receive the discount. cashier Kelli was very rude and rushing and did not even give a receipt of the online order which we just paid for? how does that make sense to refuse a physical receipt copy when we just made a purchase? we were then told that we had to check email regarding the receipt rather than being able to get a physical copy so we had no idea how much we were charged or discounted at all.
