Saying good-bye to a much loved four-legged furry family member is never easy. Making the decision for compassionate euthanasia is gut-wrenching, heartbreaking, one of the most difficult decisions we have ever had to make. We are truly grateful for the service of Arms of Aloha. Dr. Naun, Selah, and Pastor Maryann were all top notch in providing compassionate care not only to our beloved geriatric cat, Snowcoons, but to us as well. Snowcoons was treated with dignity, respect, and compassion from beginning to end. We were extremely touched and pleasantly surprised by the unexpected compassionate after care we received. The remains of Snowcoons were ever so lovingly packaged along with his keepsakes and hand delivered to us by Selah who also took the time to see how we were doing. About a week after we said good-bye to our precious Snowcoons, we received a heartfelt sympathy card with a touching hand written note by Dr. Naun. We also received a phone call from Pastor Maryann to provide grief support. This experience was a stark difference compared to when we lost Snowcoons' brother, Babbers sooner than anticipated. I remember having to drive to the vet clinic, wait in line, only to be handed the remains of our precious Babbers in a cheap white plastic bag without even an ounce of compassion. That interaction felt like insult to injury. Unfortunately, not all vet clinics are equipped at handling situations like this with the extra compassion required. If you’re faced with the heartbreaking decision to say good-bye to your cherished and much loved furry four-legged family member, we highly recommend Arms of Aloha. They are top notch from beginning to end. Well worth every penny. It truly makes a world of difference receiving genuine compassionate care during this difficult time.

Dr. Naum was God-sent. She was so loving, ❤ caring, professional, patient, and kind. She even brought me a little stool so I could hold Pono Puggles, without breaking my other arm. She welcomed Koko Puff to be with Tess and me as we steadied ourselves for the treatment. We whole heartedly recommend Dr. Naum and Arms of Aloha for ALL of your pet's needs. We are forever ???? grateful.

Dr. Naun helped my family give a gentle passing to my aggressive and terminally ill cat. She was very compassionate, kind and patient, making sure that we were ready to help our kitty pass, and did her best to be sure my cat was as comfortable as possible as she drifted off to cross the Rainbow Bridge. ????????

One of the hardest decisions I have had to make. Saying goodbye to the loyal and best friend that has been there with you through everything, laid by you when you were upset, put his paw on you when he knew something wasn't right, the jumping and running around in loops as fast as he could when he was excited and happy. Arms of Aloha was very understanding and caring when it came to the tough day as well as following up with heartfelt sincerity after the fact. We really appreciated the care and respect they were able to provide!

My family and I received the most compassionate care way beyond our expectations with Arms of Aloha. Doctor Naun was very informative and compassionate when we spoke on the phone and Selah was kind when she brought our Fudge dogs remains to us in the most beautiful bag and keepsakes that we will treasure forever. We will forever be grateful for the service we received and have shared our great experience with our Facebook friends and family. We miss our dog every day but are at peace knowing that he was treated very kindly and he left our planet earth without suffering anymore with Dr. Naun’s gentleness and kindness We would very highly recommend using Arms of Aloha if you are faced with the decision of peacefully ending your beloved animals time here in earth. We will look forward to the time that we may meet our beloved Fudge at the rainbow bridge.

While housesitting and watching my brother’s two dogs, one's condition worsened and required veterinary care. Scotch's regular vet was unable to come out to evaluate him, and they recommended Arms of Aloha/Dr. Carolyn Naun. …

It is my honor in writing review. Today I had to put down an awesome companion. My dog Mercedes steadily declined as her cancer spread. Her eyes showed me she was ready and wanted to go. I was able to get a same day appointment and give my Mercedes a comfortable end. Arms of Aloha were compassionate during entire process. I am very grateful for their help.

When Kitty was diagnosed with cancer, I knew that the day that I'd have to let him go would come sooner than I had ever imagined. I decided to choose at-home euthanasia since Kitty always hated going to the vet and I just knew that I would not want him to be stressed out on his last day. And this is where Dr. Naun came in. She was compassionate and treated Kitty with the dignity he deserved. Her services cut out the stress and guilt of going to the vet. When the time came, she made sure to explain to us exactly what was going to happen. And after Kitty passed, instead of just wrapping Kitty in a towel, she wrapped him in a blanket and carried him away in a basket. I really appreciated this gesture as we say our final goodbye. I'm glad to have found her, so that we could make sure to say goodbye to our beloved Kitty with as little stress as possible. ❤
