Best selection of items at the Petcos in my area. The staff are always helpful and I always like to see the kitties they have from Hawaiian Humane for adoption. Thank you for helping keep our cat happy and healthy.

This is my second visit, the first time was for just nail cutting and bath. We had our dog groomed this time, this was the first time she had had been groomed so we know she wasn't the most cooperative but the groomers were understanding and polite.

It was friendly and efficient. The discount also made the decision to make the purchase easy. This place has everything!

Staff is helpful, courteous and patience. When I called to let them know I was there to pick up my order, the associate answered the phone promptly and brought the item out to the car quickly. It was the best experience.

I used a different groomer named Tanner. He was great. He did a really good job grooming my dog and cut his nails perfectly.

I rarely rate anything above an 8. So, this is a high score in my book. This was the best grooming session my Bailey received so far at Petco. Kudos to the groomer who was also friendly and accomodating.

As a pet store, the selection is great. But more than a year later, their bathrooms are still closed due to COVID. The CDC has been clear that surface transmission is very rare. Businesses need to stop using COVID as an excuse for poor customer service decisions. Open your restrooms to paying customers.

Love that they price match online pricing. Buy online and pick up in store gives you additional discount. They have a great variety and clean well kept store in Hawaii Kai.

The Hawaii Kai location performed the worst cut on our Bichon Frise. We brought pictures to help explain our expectations and they were completely ignored. We will never bring him here again.

All good but only one person at the cash registers and a pretty long line.....looked like there were other employees in the store one of them should have been helping up front

The employees here are very patient and understanding! My dog is shy around people, so an employee organizing shelves stepped away so I could browse without Buddy (my dog) freaking out. The store is very clean and well organized, however I wish the prices were a bit lower. Other than that, I loved this PetCo store and their company as a whole. Their rewards program is awesome and I love their grooming!
