Rancen helped us to pick the puppy. Rancen provided above and beyond customer service. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about the puppies, food they need, toys for puppies. Very grateful.

Took my dog here the staff was friendly even during a busy hour and the veterinarian was really nice and referred me to other vets that would gladly help with surgery

Excellent pet store clean, neat well lit, wide aisles! Cages kept clean animals look healthy!

Bought 5 platies and they all died within a week. BTW, I have other platies so I am not a neophyte about platies.

How hard would it be to put some UVB and heat bulbs for your tortoises and turtles? Set a good example for customers who buy animals from you. sad.

Do not go here. It was crowded, smelled horrible none of the animals were being taken care of properly. The dogs were so sad and the cages had urine soaked newspapers. I was there for 40 mins and one employee changed one cage once! I’ve never seen so depressed animals in my life. Also way to overpriced $2,500 for a chihuahua? $6,000 for a shih tzu? If I had enough money to rescue each and everyone of those poor animals I would. Don’t even get me started about the Pomeranians. 5 of them were in a 2 by 3 foot cage all huddled up and scared. Theses dogs definitely did not look like they were 8 weeks old and they obviously come from a puppy mill. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. They kept axolotl‘s in tiny plastic cups, a whole row of them. The betas weren’t moving and there was about 50 of them on a wall in tiny 8 oz plastic cups. They also labeled them fighting fish! HORRIBLE! Advertising animals as aggressive obviously because they don’t know how to take care of them. There was about 7 staff members and none of them came up to me and my friend asking if we needed anything. They should not be selling any of these animals and should have their license taken away. Sell your food and pet supplies but they should be shamed and disciplined for their actions of obvious abuse and neglect. They should be boycotted.

Small local shop, they have a lot of fish and small animal stuff as well as things for dogs. Unfortunately not that much for cats, but they had some things. I like that they sell Raw Dog and other locally sourced/made items.

Braddah Josh always helpful and looking out for the customers. Not a big place, but it's it's great local pet store with all of your pets needs and then some.

When it comes to pets and all you need for your pet, Kalihi Pet Center is the best. My husband and I were looking for a puppy for a long time. When we got to Kalihi Pet Store, they had several puppies (one was sold). All puppies at the store were adorable. When I was holding the puppy at Kalihi Store, I couldn't put him back. We are happy parents of our precious puppy, and feel so lucky to have him in our lives.

I.like kalihi pet center even if it's not to get supplies just to check out the cute puppies!! Pure bred shih tsu and a puppy looks like they ran into a wall!! Their noses so pushed in...omg and the hot doggy ???? so adorable! But 4,500 is a lot but so worth it! As a new family member, they can grow alongside your child, it's the cutest thing ever!!

Nice place, always friendly staff and never rude or disrespectful like other pet store. They go out of their way to help customers find items. The pets they have are healthy and happy. Most probably the best pet store on the island. Do yourself a favor and shop here and avoid the other stores.

Everyone helped us get all the supplies we needed for our mini Koi pond and the prices were better than the national chain store.

Only petstore on the island that will do special orders and follow up when they arrive!! Much appreciated!

The cashier was watching and yelling at some video on his phone, I went to go check out and he burped loudly, threw my receipt at me, and then continued to yell at his phone. Also, dogs appeared unhealthy and seemed to be from mills. Cool fish though.
