I absolutely love our new vet. We recently moved back to the island with our three cats and that in itself was an anxiety ridden adventure curtsy of our mainland vet who did not understand what we needed from them. But the staff at Aina Haina Pet Hospital made us feel so comfortable and I more than trust them with my kittens. They were able to get us in relatively soon after our move. Not having unpacked all our boxes when I called to schedule the appointment, they reached back to our old vet and got their records making things so much less stressful for us. With COVID restrictions we called on arrival and they brought out our new patient forms. Though we had three separate appointments scheduled, they took all three of them back at once to make things easier. They use the TeleVet app, they told me this when I booked and I forgot, and because I didn't have it downloaded this time around, our vet came out and explained everything to me face to face. I have so much confidence in her with her manner and how well she explained things to me. When we got back home the kittens were much less stressed and much more forgiving than they usually are coming back from the vet and I attribute that to how well they were handled during the visit. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great service nail cuts 11 or 12 some thing

Visited before and during covid and they've always treated my dog and I well. Really appreciate the virtual vet visit that they do now with covid restrictions in place.

We have been going to Aina Pet Hospital for 39 years. We have taken all our poodles to Dr. Al Takayama Sr and Dr. Allen Takayama . They have taken excellent care for all our three poodles. They are honest and has our family in their best interest. They are doctors we can Trust and have Confidence in, this is what we all want for your four legged kids. The staff is also over the top they are always so pleasant !! This is a unsolicited review.

We discovered this vet office after adopting our first cat from the Honolulu Humane Society three years ago. Right away we knew we wouldn't find a better vet. Over the years everyone from the front desk, to the techs, to our vet Dr. Nicole was amazing. When one of our cats became very ill they worked her in to be seen right away. When it came time to move, they helped us navigate the crazy red tape of moving pets during covid. When you take your pets to Aina Haina Pet Hospital you know that they are in good hands.

Great staff...very professional...attentive to your needs. Bring our Hoku here for yearly checkups and boarding when we go on vacation. We trust them with our pet!

Dr Nicole is the ????! All my dogs love going to her. She is always very kind and gentle when treating them. She goes the extra mile to treat them even coming in on a Sunday for an extra injection!

Everyone was very friendly and professional.I was very pleased that the receptionist accommadated us with the same day appointment which really surprised me that they had anything open that same afternoon.The receptionist answered all of my questions and was very helpful and friendly which made us feel very comfortable. I'm so happy t hat we found the right pet for our family.We can finally trust the staff and doctor.thank u for letting me share...

Amazing staff that really care about your pets; cannot thank them enough!

AHPH treats you like family. We have been part of their family for over 13 years. They have helped to save our pets lives and comforted us when The White Ninja passed. Our Athlete Jake will be 17 next month and they treat him like one of their own!!! Great care at an affordable price.

Good care of trusted doctors

Fixed my poor broken Chihuahua. Great staff, reasonable prices with a good electronic reminder system. I highly recommend.

Great service, friendly staff and nice front yard for a last minute bathroom stop.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, we witnessed them acknowledge multiple customers by name so it looks like we found a good spot for our dog and cat! Our dog and cat aren't fans of the vet in general but they were able to get us in and out pretty painlessly. Our rescue dog unfortunately is unpredictable with her peers, they offer solo boarding which is great to have as a backup plan if we can't find a sitter. The waiting area is laid out oddly and was a bit chaotic, though that may be a product of it being a very busy day.

Son's female rabbit had to get nails cut and give those 2 female vetenarians credit handled Buddy really well. Pretty sure they prefer non aggressive animals but great job by both of them. I thank you very much.

Recently moved to Honolulu with our Miniature schnauzer and we needed a visit to the vet. The pet hospital's staff welcomed us with heart and showed us what aloha means!! We fell in love with the place and we will be regulars there for sure.!!

This place has been my dogs vet for over 20 years. I've seen it grow and improve. Can't wait to see what the next 10 years bring.

My choice of vet for 25 years. They have treated the pets of several local celebrities over the years. A nice, friendly, famiky-run practice providing excellent, competent, state of the art veterinary care.

Friendly, personable staff. Great vet care. The doctor was kind, patient, very thorough and informative.

Dr. Nicole Tsutahara has been taking such great care of our family dog for years. She always shows great concern for our dog and has helped her countless times. Bringing our Ellee home from a spaying procedure. Dr. Tsutahara also took care of an infection while in there. When it comes to the health and well being of our dog, which we consider family, we put our trust in Dr. Nicole Tsutahara for one reason and one reason only, because she treats our dog like her own family member instead of another buck. Thanks Dr. Tsutahara, we cannot thank you enough.
