I really like the veterinary care my dogs receive at this clinic. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring. It’s great that they have week end hours because my pets always seem to get sick on week ends!

No improvement in service is needed. :-) Thank you to Dr. Lyons and Nadine for watching over Cricket helping her on the road to recovery and Kalei for front desk service and answering the phone. Thank all of you for taking care of us. And in the past Dr. Mina helped when Makapo left us. Dr. Mina was kind and caring at that appointment and we love her paw prints you made for us.

They did their best to save my egg bound parakeet, but she didn't make it through the surgery. They are very caring and nice and were full of sympathy and kind words when we went to pick up her little body. They even saved the egg for us.

Always great service & even with appts being last minute, the clinic always tries there best to schedule an appt for my pets as soon as possible. Assistant who assisted Dr. Mina was very sweet & helpful- Murphy was so comfortable with her. Dr. Mina is always thorough & very knowledgeable! Thank you!

Left our dog all day didnt get any attention and tests were not done ,dog ended up passing from liver damage

Absolutely horrible vets and customer service they refused to help us when our dog was having seizures. They say because we are not current patients. Ridiculous if you ask me. Why can’t they help??? They take emergencies but because we aren’t patients they rather lose business

My dog is in need and because somehow my other records were transferred they wouldn’t take my do that was in need of help. Don’t bother staff is rude and not willing to help an animal in need.

They were very accommodating & treated my dog so well she wasn't scared.

Waiting area was clean. Employees were friendly, but could speak louder for us older folks! Vet was very friendly and nice. Prices reasonable. Don't get thru on the phone and have to leave a message.

I was able to get in as an emergency appointment on a Saturday. Very expensive but I am greatful they could help my Baby Panther in an emergency!

The staff at Maika'i Veterinary Clinic responded to my urgent call as soon as they opened up. Our dog Mahina had been in labor all day and night and still hadn't produced any puppies the next morning. We were getting really worried about her. They were able to fit us in within two hours of them opening for an emergency C-section (that's how long it would take for us to drive there). We are so grateful that they were able too. We are especially grateful for Dr. Lyons for allowing to fit us in into her already busy schedule. We couldn't thank her more for taking care of Mahina and her beautiful puppies. We really appreciate all of you at MVC for all the care you provided for us during an urgent time.
