The Vet saw our dog on very short notice, we got the diagnosis & further instructions for what the next step would be if necessary, the best in town!

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Treated our cat with love. Very knowledgeable.

Every staff member was so friendly and caring towards my dachshunds. I’m so glad I found this place and would definitely recommend them to other pet owners!

I highly recommend Southwood Animal Hospital Dr. Williamson is amazing she is trying everything to help my baby girl which I'm thankful for her other vet which she loves as well but when something ain't working change up. She is researching and helping me find a specialist n putting her on meds we haven't tried n love that she showed me the x rays. I love southwood animal clinic!

I use Southwood because of Dr. Williams. She has worked with me in the care of several very sick animals. If I found a new treatment for the illness of my dog she would look it up and if she thought it would help; she tried it. She knows how much I love my dogs and will make allowances for me when she can. I have often recommended her to people asking about a good animal vet/hospital. If she should change to another hospital I will follow. I also appreciate the other people working there. Nanette will work with me in trying to get an appointment. If she has nothing available she will notify if she has a cancelation. The others that assist the vet are also great. They are kind and gentle with my dogs and are fast and dependable in doing what Dr. Williams needs.

I have been with Southwood Animal Hospital for many years. I complete trust their services and their advice. They are the best! My only disappointment is that they are closing their Kennel area. I never worried about my furbabies while I vacationed. I always knew Southwood's staff would take excellent care. I will miss the kennels, but I will continue to use the groomers and the veterinary.

They always take time with my dog and listen to our concerns.

This clinic responded quickly to set us an appointment and was able to accommodate us on the date and time requested. We only waited in the waiting room for less than five minutes. The techs were great with our big baby and the vet was thorough with checking him out. She also listened when we told her his history and what treatment has worked and what has not. Definitely planning to take our babies here in the future.

I've been taking my baby to Dr Williams for years and have always been impressed and grateful for her and her team. I recently went in with a new baby that was super sick and was so grateful for her knowledge, treatment plan and information. She made sure I knew exactly what my options were. I will always recommend this practice and team!

I’ve been using Southwood for multiple pets over the course of 20 or so years. I originally began using Southwood out of convenience because I could walk our family dog there for appointments from my home that was nearby. Southwood has seen five of my pets and helped me through two deaths over the years. The staff were extremely consoling and I could not say enough nice words about their actions during those hard times. I will say that the wait time can be a little long, but Southwood does their absolute best to fit in emergency appointments for animals that are injured or very sick. When I am there for a checkup or something that is not an emergency, then my dogs and I are happy to wait! Over those 20 years, I’ve gone off to college, moved back home, moved about 30 mins away, but I still kept using Southwood as our primary care. Even when I was a broke college kid, Southwood has always worked with me on pricing, giving the most care they could to my pets in my budget and were always very upfront about the cost of care.

Amazing place!!! Dr. Lewis and her team are amazing, so sweet and they are great with my baby! Nanette is the best, she is friendly and goes above and beyond at the front desk to help you. Southwood has a great bunch of folks who truly care about the furbabies they care for! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The vet techs, vet and staff were AMAZING! They saw all three of my kitties, made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered and helped me with their medicinal care for their conditions! Because of them, we were able to find out one of the kitties has IBS and another has asthma. Now they are both being treated correctly and all three are living their best life! I am so happy we found and chose this Vet location!!!

The visit was and always is wonderful the Techs helped me get Mikey into the Vets office and to the exam room (I'm handicapped), and Dr. Williams is great as ever!!! Just wish the vets wasn't so expensive...its alittle hard on a fixed budget! I am not gonna change though!

Dr's and staff are wonderful. Easy to get appointments. Price is fairly reasonable for Warner Robbins area. They do not however offer Rescues Rates which can make it hard on the wallet.

Everyone from tech to vet are helpful and caring. Noone rushed you out the door but took time with my pet to ensure her health was top notch. They answered all my questions. They truly care about the animals.

They really care about our pets they treat!

Our dog, Bella, woke up in severe pain and they saw her that same morning. After a full work up, Dr Williams reviewed the X-rays with me and discussed treatment plans which included alternative plans if she didn’t respond to the initial treatment plan. Bella received excellent care.
