Posh Paws Pet Grooming Warner Robins, Georgia

Wonderful place. The staff was so kind and courteous. I have a big dog (lab/pit mix) and a small dog (chihuahua/terrier mix). The small dog refused to let you trim her nails. She would fight and squirm and you couldn't do it safely. They were able to trim her nails. Both dogs were all smiles and smelled amazing! They even gave them the little bandanas to wear. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere to take your dogs and you cherish your pets as much as I do!

This place tried to give me someone else's dog when I went to pick mine up from being groomed. Then when I was on my way home, they called me and accused me of taking the wrong dog home due to their mix up. They were very rude and non apologetic about this mix up and then had the audacity to tell me I was being rude. Of course I was rude, you tried to give me someone else's dog and then told me I needed to bring mine back like I didn't know my own dog. I will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone. I understand mistakes happen but these types of mistakes should not happen at a grooming business.

Zero stars!!! They butchered my baby. He was traumatized for days. And, the staff wasn't personable at all. It all felt wrong. We won't be back.

I've taken my Golden Retriever for clipping twice and was very satisfied.

Shenzi & Banzai visited Posh Paws today and we had our favorite groomer Britany get them all spiffy! She's amazing, and I have never had not one single complaint towards her, how she treats my babies nor how she grooms them. Aussies have to be groomed a certain way and she nails it every time. We will always remain loyal to her ❤ Posh Paws was very lively and the staff was friendly. We had no problems booking or getting them in, and the pups were groomed perfect in great timing! Our little doodle needed his first puppy trim, so I did my research and found this place. We went to poshpaws 2 located by the Publix on Watson and they were great with him. They understood I was nervous because I've never had a great experience with groomers and explained how they were going to trim my dog and showed us how they dry the dogs. They are very professional and we'll definitely be taking him again!

I finally found a groomer who not only does a fabulous job but also treats my dog great. My sweetie had been traumatized by several other groomers in the area, including two vets, but Posh Paws fully groomed her, charged less, and she came home afterwards with minimum stress and looking fabulous. Thank you, Posh Paws! You were an answer to my prayers! We will definitely be returning to you.

First time here and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was super friendly, smiling, and informative. The shop was clean and the layout was nice. I appreciate being greeted by all the guest puppies and being able to see them???? The pricing was reasonable especially for the quality of grooming. I have been doing at-home grooming for several years and my puppy was so beautiful!????I definitely recommend them and I will be a returning, loyal customer. Thank you Posh!

Amazing! Made an appointment for my 5 year old Great Pyrenees to get a bath and de shedding. He smells amazing and looks so handsome!! This will be our new grooming place! We have tried a few others in town but this place is the best! Thank y’all!

My cat Mansón only trusts select people, I have followed my groomer Christie since he was born, and not only is this shop 100 percent open so you can watch everything, but it always smells clean and the employees are genuinely happy to be there. Thank you for always shaving his grumpy butt!
