Northside Animal Hospital Valdosta, Georgia

Northside Animal Hospital has been my vet for more than 50 years, and that says a lot! I appreciate their capable and friendly staff, and my dogs have appreciated their careful attention.

Yesterday was my first time taking my fur baby to Northside Animal Hospital. Dr. Graham is very kind, compassionate. I left feeling confident that my baby had received excellent care! We will be back!

I can’t say enough good things about this Vet office! They are always kind, professional, and knowledgeable. My dog has suffered from skin issues for several years and our previous vet’s diagnosis was skin allergies and staph infections. Upon moving here and seeing Dr. Graham, he diagnosed her with hypothyroidism and after just one month of treatment, her skin has never been better. He gave her back quality of life.

I have been bringing my pets to Northside since 2019 and I love this place! The receptionists are always welcoming and Dr. Graham is a great veterinarian.

While they keep a pace to the way they work, nothing is overlooked. Staff is friendly and the pricing is fair, been using them on and off over the years and will continue. Just make notes of questions or concerns so you don’t forget to ask it goes by quick.

The service here was top tier. They treated my dog like family and genuinely cared about her well-being. Highly recommend if you are looking to take your dog or animal to the vet.

I recently had to have surgery on my dog's ears. It was a very difficult surgery on a difficult dog. Words cannot express the love and care that my dog and I received during a very trying time for both the dog and me. Doctor Myrick and all the wonderful folks at Northside with their love, caring, and professionalism got us both through it and I will be forever grateful to all of you. Five stars does not come close to what they all deserve!

I dropped off my dog JESSIE on Ntvember 9th and picked her up November 11th. When I droped her off she walked into the Vet under her own power, but when I picked her up she couldn't walk without a sling under her hine legs. When we brought her home she laid in one spot without moving for 24 hours. We returned her to the Vet and the Vet suggested we put JESSIE down. JESSIE was subject to some kind of abuse or neglect to walking under her own power to laying in one spot without moving. I will continue to pursue this matter until I get justice for JESSIE. Dog owners should know what their subjecting animals too.

Dr. Graham is knowledgeable. He and the staff treated my dog well. Much appreciated. Planning to make Northside the vet for both of my dogs.

I have to tell you how much I Love Northside Animal hospital!!! They’ve always taken care of all of families dog and very great care!! I also just won a free visit!!! I’m so excited and I love the vet and people that work there.

We have been taking our animals to Northside for about 8 years. We love the entire staff, from the office personnel, to the techs, and both of the vets. They are all, very professional, and they take such good care of our fur babies. But more than that, they genuinley care about their clients, both 2 and 4-leggeded. They have stayed over and come in late for emergency visits for us, with no complaints or attitudes. They have called to check on our animals multiple times after we took them home, just to make sure they were getting better. They have even cried with me and offered their heartfelt sympathies whenever one of our animals passed. I couldn't imagine taking my animals to anywhere else but Northside. I am so thankful we found them.

Dr. Graham & his staff are always willing to help any way they can. We have many cats. They have been with us during good vet visits & help guide us through the not so easy, heartbreaking times. The staff are always so friendly & helpful & keep us informed if we have a sick cat. So thankful & grateful for Dr. Graham & the entire staff!????❤️

They take great care of my animals and are always very professional!

We boarded our cat for our first trip away from her because they said they would play with her and give her lots of attention. When we picked her up they couldn’t find her cat carrier, eventually they found it. They lost the lid to her cat food and the comfort toy we brought her which was also a toy my son got for his bday. Lastly our cat smelled like she spent the whole week rolling around it cat piss or worse being sprayed by other cats. I was told there was a lot of new people there at the time our cat was boarded and there was lack of training that caused all of the mishaps. We payed so much more than our vet would have charged just so she would have extra cuddles but the level of irresponsibility that they displayed with her things really makes me question how well she was cared for.

This is an amazing veterinarian that treat every animal as their own.. I have been a client for over 10 years. Dr. Graham is the best veterinarian in Valdosta hands down.. My dog loves love ❤️ him!!!! You can trust him with your pet. His receptionist Brooke is awesome and always greet you a smiles and is professional and very pleasant and to deal!! The rest of the staff is good as well!! I recommend this place to any pet parent!!!!!

My daughter is a college student and rescued a cat. She called around to get the cheapest prices for shots bc she is on a budget. They gave her the cheapest price so she went to them. When she got there they proceeded to tell her how the cat needed a Leukemia test and a whole spill about that, mind you nothing about it was mentioned over the phone when she called to get prices and she did tell them it was a rescue and she was in college. My daughter said ok, as in ok to the fact that they recommended it, but they never asked her if she wanted it or agreed to it nor did they tell her it was an extra $66 so she could make an informed decision. They took the cat back and gave him shots and done the test. Needless to say when she checked out it was $155, she went there specifically bc they quoted her approximately $65-70 for the visit. I just don’t appreciate them not making it clear to her and point blank asking her if it was something she did want to do bc it is an extra $66. She looks younger than she is so I just feel they took advantage. I called the office yesterday and spoke to the lady who did it but she didn’t have any remorse and didn’t object that she didn’t tell her the cost or specifically ask, she just assumed, so great job, you screwed a college kid on a budget who was trying to do a good thing for a stray cat. I gave two stars instead of one bc she was nice during the phone call except for talking over me sometimes but still nice.

I've worked in vet clinics for the last 10 years, so I have extremely high standards on what I expect out of a Vet office and staff. This clinic was quick and compassionate when one of my chickens had an emergency. The vet answered my numerous questions over multiple phone calls, and took the time to call me back on a weekend day. I will recommend them to everyone, and continue on seeing them with my other pets.

My pets are in good care here; very professional, kind and knowledgable, Dr.’s and Staff. Highly recommend. :) Note: We began taking our German Shepard to them for bathing, trimming & ear clean and THE GROOMER IS GREAT!! My Dolly Madison looked like a show dog :)) Mother in Tifton will begin bringing her GSD as well. The price for all services I listed is more than fair!

We have had three of our cats in Northside Animal Hospital's care. The staff are friendly and the docs seem very knowledgeable. We had one cat that had numerous health issues so we were in and out frequently for a while. Dr. Graham was informative and seemed invested in the health of our little one. Each medical issue was slowly examined and the doc made his best judgement each time as to what the next step would be. He explained the purpose of each medicine and answered each of our questions, as silly as they may have been. Unfortunately, this cat suddenly passed away so we ordered a necropsy. Dr. Graham did a great job at comforting us and explaining to us exactly what had happened. For me, that was the point where I was going to determine whether to continue using them for my other pets, but they did NOT let me down. It was clear to me that they did everything they could to comfort and to save our little one. They also helped set up the process of cremation and were respectful the entire time. There are occasions where you can tell the docs are stressed and seem impatient and other times where they have taken a little longer than usual, but all instances have been reasonable and understood. The actually quality of pet care that is done here seems great. I trust my pets in their care and would recommend.
