They put my dog down at my request the same day. My dog was not doing well and they agreed this was the best way forward. Staff was very respectful and compassionate. Hope I never have to do this again.

I love azalea city animal hospital! The vet techs, the front desk, and the vets are all amazing. My puppy who is now 8 months old, has been going since she was 10 weeks. I’ve had so many questions along the way, and the vet techs/front desk have always been so helpful in answering all of my questions. They are all so friendly, and I always feel welcome. Dr. Kayla Lee is so sweet and friendly! She has always went above and beyond in the care she has given Ruby Ann. You can tell they all truly love what they do! They always make sure that your dog feels comfortable, and they shower them with love. One of my favorite things, is that they allow you to be in the room during the exam and shots. Side note, I recently had to take my dog to an emergency vet due to her being lethargic, and they would not let me in the room during the exam, which just made me anxious. I felt as if they were trying to hide something. Therefore, i love that azalea city let’s you be in the room. It calms my nerves and my pup’s. As far as pricing, they are extremely reasonable and up front. Ruby recently got spayed and they were so very kind, informative, and thoughtful. I had so many questions when we got her back. I probably asked the same question three times, but they were so nice about it haha. My only complaint is that they are not 24/7. I would much rather use them if i had an emergency, just because I trust them with anything and everything. I will never ever use another vet!

Great experience. Called them 1st thing in the morning. I told them what was going on with my dog, they said I should come in right away. I did they saw my dog right away . Very nice very professional and very caring. Great people. Highly recommend.

They took excellent care of my dog and always took the time to help us and get what we needed. We are moving, but I hope our next vet will be as good as this one.

The best vet we have used so far. Dr. April is so kind and knowledgeable. She loves our dog and has the friendliest attitude. We love her and all of her staff. We've been going here for about 3 years and have never had a bad experience. We gave an active, hyper puppy and they are nothing but patient and kind.

I absolutely love this vet. The staff is amazing as well as very affordable. I paid less than 100 for my 4 puppies shots! Great vet and staff!
