I am so pleased with PetSuites Johns Creek!! Each associate has been very informative, helpful and kind to me and my fur baby King. My first boarding was truly a stressful ordeal, but they eased my worries and walked me through the entire experience. The associates truly love their jobs and the atmosphere is so nice. I truly appreciate Petsuites Johns Creek for a great experience.

Our Boston Terrier seems to love it. She will sleep for days after.

This place is by far the best pet boarding I have ever had the pleasure of using. If you want to board your dogs stress free knowing you will get the best service, hands down, go here.

I brought my 2 year old poodle here for daycare and fell in love. Alyssa did my profile over the phone and was very kind,informative, and patient with the process. When I arrived Kierstyn walked out and greeted me at my car. It was an amazing feeling, and a great first impression! I can tell when I picked Piper up that she was happy and in good sprits. Kierstyn and Pilar also had a great update about her day so I knew exactly what she did. I Appreciate how Kind and loving they were to Piper in the Lobby.I will bringing her back for sure. I’m love the staff and Piper seem to as well!

So I book a grooming/dental appointment for my two dogs in June for August. They tell me I can drop off anytime between 630-10 and the appointment will take an hour. I drop off at 9 and they tell me the groomer isn’t coming today and besides that, she’s not taking new clients. I explained that I booked two months ago and can they check-maybe I have the wrong date. She comes back saying that I AM scheduled, and that the groomer will be here soon. They allow me to drop off my dogs, and I wait, at 12 I call again and ask how much longer and she states they’re almost done. At 1230, they bring them out and say “sorry we didn’t know you were waiting. They didn’t like the blower and the nail trimmer so they’re wet and their nails aren’t cut” they didn’t offer any kind of discount for not providing the full service THEN had the audacity to ask if I wanted to add gratuity and I walked away paying over $100 for basically then wetting my dogs down. Do not recommend at all

I’ve used this place several times and my dog loves it here. I live in a apartment so it’s hard for me to give my dog as much activity as I’d like, but she definitely gets all her energy out here! Super clean and the staff is awesome. Highly recommend for boarding or just playtimes!

I felt completely relaxed leaving my fur baby in their care. The entire staff was so incredibly sweet and caring. They also text me daily with updates and pictures of my sweet boy. I will definitely leave him there again the next time I go out of town.

Our other place was good, but we always got somewhat of a cold, rude vibe. They certainly didn’t care to go any extra mile. We tried PetSuites johns creek, and LOVED IT! They were so very kind and caring, and our 4 doggies had a blast too. I didn’t even tell them what we were looking for, and they did exactly what we’d been missing. They sent us daily pics and updates of our fur babies, and they treated them so wonderfully. They even texted and called us in the days after we picked them up just to check on them. Super, super place! We are coming back next week and will continue to do so.

We originally booked a luxury suite for our dogs so that they wouldn’t be around as many dogs. Come to find out when I picked them up they stayed the whole time in a classic room. Both of our dogs had signs of anxiety (hence why we wanted the luxury suite). Our Goldendoodle had chewed all the hair off of one of his paws. Totally unacceptable, when I told them that they were supposed to be in a luxury suite she told me that next time I’m the one that’s supposed to remind them what I want!I had booked this since May 15 and our trip wasn’t until July. So they had plenty of time to have told me that they were going to be unable to accommodate what we had wanted.

A little pricey but worth it. They love their job.

The staff is amazing and the facility is insanely clean! Our sweet pup had the best time playing for a day with other pups. We are definitely bringing him back to PetSuites for doggy daycare!

would leave 0 stars if i could. wiz was sent here for a week in perfect condition and came back in shambles- hardly able to walk, won’t eat and is COVERED in chemical burns. not only did they not bother to let us know the entirety of the week this was happening to his skin (the wounds were scabbing by the time his was picked up) but they said they DIDNT NOTICE. sooo ? what exactly is your job here? are you admitting to not even looking at Wiz the entire week ? please never leave your dog here. absolutely disgusting.

We have taken our dog Bella there quite a few times for day play and she always comes home exhausted. It is great for her to expel some of her energy. She seems to love going to Petsuites. When we get close she gets so excited and can't wait to get out of the car. Everyone that we have dealt with has been super friendly and nice. We have also boarded her there for trips. The staff has always been very responsive if we call or text to check in. The groomer always does a great job. Last time she was so soft and smelled so good. No bad experiences and we have been here quite a bit.

We have a giant breed and PSJC has always taken excellent care of her and she loves all the staff so much! She loves the day play and being around all the other dogs. Thanks for taking such great care of Stella!

Our Catahoula loves it here! She gets all the play-time she can stand (so long as she isn't a bad girl). The staff is lovely there and always so welcoming to us and our pup. While the prices are rising, I trust the Johns Creek team and they always take care of our puppy. She requires some high maintenance attention sometimes and they handle her well.

Best place for boarding. Your dog can spend the entire day in doggy daycare with other dogs

I will start with the positive. Everyone is extremely nice, and they love the fur babies. The prices are not too expensive compared to other places. The facility seemed to be clean. I have never smelled any odors, which is amazing considering dogs relieve themselves anywhere. They took great care of my pup. The groomer did an awesome job!! Kudos to her. Dash stayed for the board and train. I loved the first video I received, but I did not get anymore. I did receive a few emails after that. Upon arrival, Dash came out, he was of course happy to see everyone. But, he didn’t seem to have picked up on training that great. He did sit, stay, lie down a few times, but it wasn’t great. I expected after two weeks, for Dash to be a little better at the commands. Maybe I’m just asking for too much. I probably will not do training here at the site, but I will bring him back for grooming. Overall, everyone was so nice. I do recommend this facility if you have to board your fur babies. I will keep working with Dash on the commands. Who knows maybe one day he will surprise me and actually come when he is called. ;)

They provided a safe and fun environment for my dog.

I have had the worst experience at the John’s Creek Pet Suites location in my 6 years of using dog sitting companies. They are very unprofessional when it comes to effectively communicating with owners. They tip toe on a fine line between harassment / negligent behavior and juvenile communication skills via text message and phone calls. I would not recommend any First Responders use this facility nor anyone looking for a first time Dog Sitter in the John’s Creek area. Horrific experience and we will not be returning.

My labradoodle looks so beautiful. She is so soft and smells so good without being too perfumed.

Kirsten is the best groomer in town! She is attentive and loves our pup!

My dog Maya visited yesterday for evaluation for daycare and loved every minute. I was told her tail would not stop wagging. She was so happy when I picked her up and was completely exhausted the rest of the day. She can't wait to go back.

I've been taking my dog Roxie here for a couple of months now and have nothing but good things to say about this business and their employees. They always welcome you with a smile and my dog absolutely loves coming here. She gets so excited when she walks through the door and she comes home worn out from a fun day of play! 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for doggie day care or kenneling services.

Bear is in good hands

Prefer this place over all of the pet boarding places I have used in the past. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The facility is so clean and spacious. It doesn't have that discernable odor of excrement or doggy smell. Love the outdoor area!! Although, I missed my furbabies terribly while I was out of town, I never once worried about their care and safety!

Without going into too much detail ... EVERYTHING was great. From the initial consultation when I dropped by to inquire about their services, to how our animals were treated, to costs! 100% would recommend at all!

PetSuites makes going away a breeze! The employees are always so welcoming and I feel like my pups are left in the best of hands. I cannot recommend PetSuites enough, as they set the standard for a world-class pet experience! Thank you for being the second best part about going on vacation!

Pet Suites JC is my go-to daycare/boarding place for my fur baby, Lulu. Lulu gets excited as soon as I call into Pet Suites to reserve her a spot. She loves the staff, exerts all her energy, and gets so much loving while she’s there! I would never send my dog to a place I don’t trust because I’m THAT obsessive dog mom. I trust this place and I’m so fortunate that it’s close by.
