Petco was ok but I got the flees when I went, so yal make sure yal wear your flee colliers... Jsayn lol

Pricey stuff, not many Purina products. Went there cause a friend gave me a gift card. Had to barter with the cashier a bit. Sticking with petsmart.

Friendly staff and very informative. They took their time and addressed all questions and shared tips.

Everyone has been helpful and friendly. I have purchased items, taken my dog for shots, gotten his nails clipped and participated in private obedience classes. I have been pleased with ally services.

Decent inventory, but not particularly knowledgeable staff. Ignorant but tried to hide it by selling me things I came to find I didn't need. Friendly though!

Diana in the grooming salon was amazing! My dog was a little hesitant to get groomed, but she was very patient and gentle. She worked to gain his trust. When I picked him up, he looked amazing and smelled even better. I will definitely be returning for the next groom.

Once a week I come to pick up a mouse for my pet snake. The people there who help me out are always friendly and get the mice for me without any problems. Sometimes the store is a little disorganized, and the animal enclosures dont always look the most clean, but I've had good experiences all in all.

Staff was very helpful with food choices, found everything I needed.

Grooming Services I scheduled my German Shepard for his first grooming. I should’ve seen the red flags. The area was extremely small and chaotic. Too many people and too many dogs cramped into such a small space. Not a good combination for a first time experience. The staff did not have the patience or training to deal with a scared dog. They placed a thin leash and tried pulling him into the grooming area. Instead of trying to gain his trust the guy just began forcefully pulling on him. They said they were not able to service him. Had I known they didn’t have the patient or resources to handle a first timer I would’ve never wasted their time or my time.

Covid practice, staff very helpful. As soon as entered, I was ask do I need any help. The staff showed me exactly where to find what I was looking for. I like when they do that. Store very clean.

Shout out to a great caring employee! Hailey Graham! I evacuated from New Orleans during Hurricane Ida. I was happy to get an appointment to get Smokey groomed. I was out and about in the area for a few hours, and my cell phone battery was extremely low. I did not have enough charge to use google map to get back to my destination. I asked Hailey if I could use her phone to call my brother. She GAVE me her car phone charger without hesitation. Hate it took me this long to post…had to deal with getting back home and aftermath. The world needs more people like Hailey! ????????????

Great place to get fish and shrimp. I can see they care for the creatures they sell.

My family had an awesome experience 9/29 at this store. Matt was exceptionally kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make our very 1st pet purchase (a guinea pig) beautiful. He took time to find us coupons and saved us some money. We will surely be coming back here!!

The dog food we purchase has gone up higher than Walmart now.

Anything you want for your dog flea and tick spray calm pills for your dog flea collar food shots for them bath them cut their hair they groom good pick out anything you want for ypur furry baby they have it enjoy

Petsmart has more products. I don't want to have to go to several places to get everything I need so Petco doesn't work for me

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Waiting for a while for service in the fish area. No one ever came. I picked the fish I wanted while still waiting. No one came so I walked around looking for help then to the front. Both registers had customers. A worker came to help at a register so the cashier started walking to the other side of the counter. I asked for help. You told me he would get someone. Then came back later saying the manager would be over because it was close to closing time. After waiting even more time the manager come and tells me the store is now closed. I informed him I had been in the store for over 30 plus minutes. I Basically didn't care. Telling me he was sorry. I expressed I didn't live in the area had come a long way from lithonia and arrivex way before closing time. All I was given was a sort it takes a long time to catch a fish so you couldn't help ke as he walked me to the door repeating I’m sorry. He sorry did or meant nothing because I was there in plenty of time.

The staff at Petco are very respectful of your time, they are always courteous and professional . They are my one stop shopping for my fur baby. They always make us feel right at home. We can't wait till we go back!!!

Ya gotta love Petco, and our dog and cat just love the treats that we got them ????????

Worst service ever they wouldn’t even give my bog a hair cut because he wouldn’t get in the kennel he’s only 1 he didn’t even corral or anything but the lady said she was afraid she was horrible never going there ever again

love the store but it takes too long to get service and to check out. I have went in the store to get fish food or a rodent to feed my snake and stood there waiting to be helped for over 30 min. and still have to wait another ten minutes to be checked out. this have deterred me from shopping there multiple times..

GROOMIBG SERVICES REVIEW ONLY. Only one staff member had the expertise to handle my 15 pound boston terrier. When she was not available one of the staffers labeled her aggressive and she was banned from grooming services. High staff turn over prevented my dog from getting the chance to get to know any one staffers.

I usually bring my Yorkie terrier to this location for vaccinations. The staff are always nice and helpful.
