My dog, Baxter, loves Dr. Churchill and so do I. We've seen most of the other doctors as well and never had a bad experience. They are professionals and do their job well. Love all of the front office staff and the technicians also. Baxter's personal favorite is Kathy.

I love the entire staff at Gwinnett Animal Hospital. In December of 2021 we reached 10 years of using this location. However, just last year we began with a new service of cat services. Being a brand new cat owner after being a dog parent for so long the entire staff has been very educational and they have been very helpful with some issues that we have had.

Excellent experience with Dr. Brad Harris. My standard poodle Tucker can be a pill and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend Dr. Brad Harris.

We are a family that includes a cat and a puppy. Our cat was attacked by a neighbor’s dog a few years ago and the expert, loving care she received pulled her through to continue living a full life. Our puppy was discovered to have health issues in the middle of his “fear stage.” Once again, the concern for us and our dog, the expert care from the Doctors and staff members, and the love for animals has made the difficult issues easier to take on and get through. This practice is one of the best we have found living in three different cities!

I’ve always had a great experience with staff and doctors. Good, friendly communication and quality care for my babies. I have and will continue to send friends with pets to Gwinnett Animal Hospital.

I'm very disappointed they are only doing curbside drop off. It's not like my cat can tell the vet what his symptoms are. Pets need their caregivers to be with them to discuss symptoms, treatment and options.

took my dog moneyman there as a new patient experience wasn't bad the first time around only thing was the person who brought him back to my car informed me that he has the attention of a gnat. not untrue, but I thought it not nice to say that to a potentially sensitive owner. I'm not one though. my second experience was not bad. I took him for shots I thought he needed and was informed he was up to date but I got a booster which I was told was like I believe 150.00 and was asked did I want heartgaurd and next guard whichi agreed my fault for not asking how much but when it was time to pay it was several times that amount.my final experience was scheduled a bath and nail trimming but informed them that when he was younger he didn't take kindly to his nails being cut and he was shark rolling and nibbling at the vet techs hands . not biting he does not do that .you would know if he bit you. I was informed that there was a medication he could take that I purchased and administered to him the night before his appointment and 2 1/2 hours. effort his appointment which I took off work to make I was told it was 2 days earlier which wasn't true.so here I am with my pet drugged for nothing. we rescheduled for Monday which I couldn't take off so I paid someone to bring him gave him the medication again .upon his arrival a pregnant lady came to recieve him and I assume the meds didn't calm him down because he gets excited during walk time as a lot of puppies do she told my rep that she hopes he doesn't jump on her because she's pregnant. totally understandable. protect your baby at all costs. but! why would you receive animals in the condition or not ask someone else to receive him? she grabbed a collar and according to my rep pulled him til his eyes were red. which he does to me on walks sometimes so no cause for concern. he was in the hospital for 2 minutes and the same young lady called me and said today he won't be comfortable here you need to return to get him immediately. I asked what was wrong. she said he was alligator rolling and trying to bite people and I needed to get him .she read his chart and lied to me and on him because he don't do that I just noted he did one time for safety. it's not an assumption either. because another attendee told my daughter he was calm in their presence and did not do anything g when they was in the room. shame on you guys. I will never return there and I dont advise anyone with a pit bull puppy to go there. they seem to have a breed intolerance for them

I previously took my dog to another vets office and always had to wait long periods of time for appointments I showed up on time for, at your office you all are quick, thorough, and I am never left waiting for long periods of time. Thank you!

We've been going to GAH since 2007. They've taken care of all of our dogs. I can't say enough good things about them! So grateful for Michelle, Amber, Kirsten, Drs. Churchill, Padgett, and Harris. You're the best!

Everyone was so personable and very caring of my pet right down to personal phone calls from the vet and videos on my pet- thinking I might need to keep going there.

We had to put my son's dog, Dewey, to sleep this week, never an easy decision, and as always, the caring and compassion we received from Dr. Churchill and her new assistant were just what we needed at this difficult time. As clients of Gwinnett Animal Hospital for 45 years, I can honestly say that our many pets (horse, dogs, and cats) have always received the best care available and I am so appreciative for that. Thank you to all the staff for all you do! Patti Cagle and family

I love all of the staff and doctors at Gwinnett Animal: Dr. Padgett, Dr. Guzman, Dr. Zaidspiner, Dr. Churchill, Dr, Brantly, Dr. Harris, Amber, Michelle, Andrea, Amy, and even ladies that I can't remember their names... fantastic staff that truly cares for each and every pet! I have been taking my pets here for over 20 years.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. They offer a lot of services other than veterinary… bathing, nail trims, boarding, etc. my friend referred me to them and I’m happy he did. I will be referring others to them as well

I have taken all of my 4 legged children here for the last 19 years and would not take them any where else. ALL of the vets, the techs, the office staff are TOP NOTCH! I like that they have a more holistic approach to vet medicine, and are willing to take the time to listen. Great group, you won't be disappointed with this practice.

Everyone is so nice. So caring and professional and prices are fair. Everything is clearly explained. Even during the pandemic with curbside pickup you get one on one with the vets. I am especially grateful to Dr. Churchill for all she did for my senior rescue cat, Lana.

We have used Gwinnett Animal Hospital for vet services to take care of our dogs for over 20 years. The staff there is great. They are always helpful and responsive. Dr Harris has been our vet of choice and we are very happy with how he has taken care of our dog.

All of the vets and the staff have always been very helpful in answering my questions. Dr. Harris has been so kind and thoughtful in taking the time to answer my emails, even on his off days, and has helped me make very difficult decisions with some of my cats when I needed guidance on when it was time to say goodbye. He has also researched answers to questions I’ve had and when one treatment hasn’t worked, he has suggested another treatment to try. Every vet there that I’ve seen-Dr. Harris, Dr. Churchill, Dr. Zaidspiner,, Dr. Padgett, Dr. de Guzman,, and Dr. Brantly- have been compassionate and caring . Every vet tech and all of those in reception are excellent and helpful . Thanks to all of you at Gwinnett Animal Hospital for helping me taking care of all my kitties. I’ve been coming to Gwinnett Animal Hospital for many years. Every doctor I’ve seen has taken excellent care of my cats and has answered my questions, no matter how many questions I did ask. They have given me guidance as to what options to try and have helped me make the decision when everything had been done and it was time to say goodbye to one of my sweet kitties and if they thought it wasn’t time yet, they have helped to see that too. They have always made sure that my cats received the best care and they have never let one suffer. The doctors have answered my emails even on weekends when one of my cats was very sick. Last year when my very special cat Spunky had wet FIP and she was getting uncomfortable from the fluid build up , Dr. Harris remained in contact through email with me that Saturday evening and Sunday morning and since he was the doctor taking care of the animals there , he emailed me to bring her in that Sunday morning to say goodbye to my sweet girl so she wouldn’t suffer. I’ll alway remember that. When Thomas crashed at the ER and the vet at the ER came to get me to be with Thomas and say goodbye before he could have a transfusion and I emailed Dr. Harris who had left for vacation, he still contacted me to say how sorry he was about Thomas . He had me take Thomas to the ER that day for the transfusion and he thought Thomas would pull through, but Thomas was a cat who always did things on his terms. Every vet tech has been kind to my cats (who are not always agreeable when they go to the vet) and the office staff has always been friendly and helpful. I’m thankful GAH has worked so hard to remain open throughout all the issues with Covid, I miss going inside with my cats and I look forward to that day of being able to go back inside. Until then, I know I can trust the care of my cats to all those inside and I’m very thankful for the curbside option.

Gwinnett Animal Hospital staff and doctors are all terrific. I have been bringing my furbabies to GAH for many years. I drive almost an hour (one way) to receive care for my pets. We usually see Dr. Brantly or Dr. DeGuzman. They provide excellent holistic and conventional care. The RVTs are skilled and knowledgeable, with many years of experience, especially Kathy and Andrea. All the staff are responsive and caring when I call with concerns about my pets or need assistance with prescriptions to be called in to my local pharmacy.

Everyone is courteous and compassionate. Dr. Zaidspinner and Dr. Brantly take time to explain things and they are so thorough! This staff goes above and beyond! Our fur baby collapsed during a walk. We happened to be not far from the office. I couldn’t get him up to walk, and I couldn’t carry him. I was frantic! I called the office and explained what was happening. A dr and a tech came to where we were. The dr did a quick preliminary examination before the tech carried him to the office where he received excellent care!! We always receive excellent service!!

The vets and staff go above and beyond to make sure your pet is well taken care of. Too long a story to share but this is the only place I will bring my pet.

Been a consistent customer for about over a year now and can say the staff is extremely helpful, my fur baby's doctor, Dr. Z. is very professional and friendly. They know what to do with my dog and what she needs and it means everything to be helped in ways you cannot. I transferred from another vet that was just, sadly unprofessional but am glad I made the choice to have my boo taken care of at Gwinnett Animal Hospital. 10/10 recommend.

The whole team was not only pleasant and courteous but genuinely cared about the health and comfort of our cat. The COVID curb side service made me hesitant, but they were FABULOUS because I never felt rushed, that any care was compromised or like just a number.

I appreciate the COVID safeguards and was impressed at how organized and timely my appointment was. The staff was and is always friendly and helpful. I drive almost an hour for my dog to be seen by Dr. Padgett because she ROCKS! My family has brought our pets to GAH for decades, starting with Dr. Connolly and Dr. Churchhill (who treated two of my beloved dogs through cancer). I also appreciate the very fair prices for the exceptional service from the vets and their years experience caring for animals.
