Dr. Hall came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I did not feel rushed nor assembly lined. Dr. Hall and his staff took time and effort to get to meet and learn about my pet. I feel reassured they have my pets' best interests and health well provided for.

We had to put your beloved cat down recently. It was the hard decision. Dr. Hall and his staff were full of compassion and caring.

We have been going to this vet for the last 22 years and we absolutely love it.

I will never board my dog again. I thought everything had gone great until I got home. My 6 year old boxer is a lean, athletic, and loving dog. He stayed for 7 days and then I picked up an emaciated shell of my dog. He looks absolutely malnourished and half starved. He also has a fresh cut on his head above his eye. The picture of my healthy and happy dog was taken THE DAY BEFORE I took him to be boarded. I never received any phone calls about him, his behavior, or any of their concerns. I thought he was doing fantastic the entire time he was in their care. Obviously not.

Tried to call for an appointment twice, had a young woman cassandra answer the first time only to put me on hold, then disconnected, called again no response. Very unprofessional

Prefer these guys over the others

Dr. Riedlinger and staff are very compassionate. They understand different pets have different needs. Always very friendly and efficient. I never feel rushed and all my questions get answered. A great place for quality care!

Great people doing good work

Such a genuinely concerned group of people. Moved here from out of state and felt so great about the care my pets were given!

My cocker spaniel was suffering from an acute ear infection. We decided to try Wilmington Island Animal Hospital as they were the only nearby vet with next day availability. My husband took time from work to take our dog to his appointment. When he arrived, they explained that they had not received records from our other vet and would not treat him without them. I immediately emailed the records to the email they provided, the entire interaction only taking a few minutes. They then told my husband they could not see him because they were too busy. We now have to find another option while our dog suffers needlessly.

New to the area but every time I need them I have such a easy and very pleasant experience. They are also very affordable and offer many payment options. The whole staff there are very knowledgeable and work with you to see your pets needs are being met. They are thorough and very caring. SO thankful for them!

When my dog was pregnant and I had no idea, I called the office because I began using them for a vet. I was told to rush there with no question. And so I did. My breeder had to instruct the vet and even after the vet did not listen. Needless to say, my grand puppies died due to malpractice. So unfortunate, but very true.

Doctor and staff are great. My little guy loved his vet visit! The doctor gave me lots of great advice and really listened to all my concerns!!

Revolving door of staff shows clearly bad management. Front desk and kennel staff are usually friendly, however, the veterinary staff is often times condescending and rude.

If you like excessive and convoluted vet charges and being talked to like you're a piece of trash, this is the vet for you!

Have been taking care of our dog for years, great care and caring staff. Even when it came time to put our dog down they made it as comfortable and friendly as possible for us and our dog. It's sad to say goodbye but having a veterinarian that cares and a caring staff helps tremendously. Thank you.

We used to use the daycare service here for over a year, but the owner changed the rules not letting any of the dogs play together, which was the sole reason we used to bring him. He loves playing with dogs and needed the running to wear him out. The staff also turns over really fast. We found another daycare that fit our needs

These folks love animals. My poor Jack Russel had skin issues for 14 years. These guys fixed him. Great vet, fair prices, competitive prices on recurring meds like flea and heartworm. Some vets in Savannah will try to clean you out, not these guys.

Dr. Reidlinger is the best. Actually, everyone there has done a wonderful job caring for all of my animals.

A tad pricy but great staff, and all around care snout to tail!

Dr. Reidlinger is one of the most professional and thorough veterinarians I have ever had the pleasure of taking my animals to. She is a kind soul who knows medicine and understands that patient contact is Paramount. I've had dogs most of my childhood and at least two at a time in my adulthood. She is absolutely a professional who loves her work and it shows!

What an amazing group of compassionate people!! These wonderful women (I didn't see any men, but if they are there they are wonderful also.) made one of the hardest decisions I've ever made as comforting as possible.

These people saved our vacation! We took our very intimated Catahoula Leopard hound for doggie daycare. Although he was anxious the first day, by the end of the week he practically drug me up the ramp to go in! From the bottom of our hearts from Tennessee, we thank you!

Awful experience. Brought my border collie in for breathing problems and dental. She did have teeth that needed removing. I expressed my concern that her breathing was labored and was told it was related to the dental issues. After dental surgery I continued to call the hospital and complain about her breathing. Thousands of dollars and much pain for my dog, and a visit to UGA, a simple chest X-ray revealed a massive malignant cancerous mass in her chest. It was never about the dental and so much could have been avoided with a simple chest X-ray before dental surgery was even done.
