They will run up your bill with unnecessary test and tell you they can't help you without the tests - which in my case was just not true. Only go here for the afterhours dire emergency care.

They are quick with appointments. The doctor is very professional and knowledgeable.

Took my dog in today on the fly because she was having some issues, they saw her quickly gave me great advice and we’ll be back in 2 weeks for a checkup. You can tell they care about the pets they see, which is an upgrade from my last vet. Also same procedure and about $150 less than my last vet. So we will definitely being doing all of our future visits here :)

From the moment I called I was lied to about the services offered there I was told to come in for a walk in appointment waited over an hour and the prices were so high there was no way I could afford them very poor quality and very poor service. I simply don’t understand why they couldn’t be honest in the first place

We had to take my dog in earlier this week. I was very grateful to them for taking such quick and effective care of her. They gave her several tests, and a couple of shots to address an infection and nausea. The doctor was great. Nicole was the BEST. Going home with a seriously sick dog can be scary, but she answered all my questions, and even told me she would be there the following evening if I had more. For the record, it was an expensive visit, but I was grateful to them for the level of care and concern. You can't really put a price on that.

Our 2 month old puppy started peeing blood and was not acting normal at all. We rush her to whitemarsh animal care, and then they make us wait 30 minutes before even talking to us. They finally come get out dog to look at her and tell us there is no blood in the urine and she’s fine. The laugh us off telling us this is normal and charge us $134. She did not improve so we took her to a REAL Vet and turns out she has an infection in her bladder. They refuse to call me back to give me my money back.

Dr. Webber saw our chicken who had an upper respiratory infection. He was nice and loving to our hen ☺️ Staff was very helpful and efficient. They were quick to get us in and treated.

The vet Christopher Gall, D.V.M. that examined my cats didn't seem like he cared enough to take time and help my animals. I had to pay close to $300 but he really didn't help with their issues, one being a tumor and lethargy and one having a terrible upper respiratory issue. Basically took the money and sent us home. I don't believe this man cares much about people's pets. I would go elsewhere or at least ask for another doctor other than Dr. Gall.

My schnauzer had a case of hemorrhagic gastritis he was puking and had bloody diarrhea. And Dr. Jenny got him antibiotics, nausea med, probiotics, and subcutaneous fluids and he is a million times better today. Thank you so so much! My only complaint would be with the pricing. I unfortunately couldn't afford to spend $1000+ for overnight treatment which included IV fluids and 140 for labs but she did give me the alternative with the meds and subcutaneous fluid for around 220 which I could afford.

Very friendly! We had an emergency and they took us right in. We got our own room to wait in as the doctor was back and forth. Overall good experience, besides the obvious fact that we were there for a pet emergency.

Today is our first visit here at Whitmarsh Animal Care. Everyone was so nice. They took our ???? straight on back and began grooming them. So far I am very pleased with the care.

They are very thorough. You can tell they know what they are doing and really care about the animals!

Very friendly staff and clean office. We brought in a stray dog that was hit by a car to their partner vet office Savannah Animal Care, we loved their compassion and attitude and we were very happy to see they had an office closer to home on Whitemarsh.

We were visiting from out of town and our dog needed a vet. They worked us in and Dr. Gall and his staff were amazing to our pup! Great service, quick and efficient, and very kind. We would definitely use again and highly recommend.
