Our dog is almost 15 and can’t see or hear well, so I worry about taking him to the groomer and stressing him out. The folks here were super nice and they did such a great job! He looks precious. Definitely will be back.

My dog loves going to Top Dog! The building is clean and the groomers are so friendly. He always comes out looking so soft and fluffy, and I love when they finish with the blueberry spray!

This grooming service is unacceptable. I asked for a Spa Treatment with a light trim. Keep in mind my dog was healthy and had no diseases or infections. When I took her back, she was so scared of going outside. Also keep in mind she did NOT want to go inside of the grooming place. My dog was scared of something inside of the spa. When she came back, she was hurt really badly. She could barely even walk!!! WHAT DO YOU GUYS DO TO THESE DOGS!!!! THIS IS CALLED ANIMAL ABUSE! MY DOG WAS HEALTHY AND HAPPY BEFORE SHE WENT TO THIS SATAN'S PLACE CALLED A "Wonderful Spa". DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE OF THE SPA? MY DOG CAME BACK WHINING SO BAD SHE COULDN'T GET OFF MY BED! I HAD TO TRY MY BEST TO GET HER UP WITHOUT WHINING!!!!! I SHOULD HAVE THIS PLACE CLOSED DOWN FOREVER UNTIL THESE WORKERS GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. THIS PLACE IS OVERPRICED FOR THE SERVICE. I HAD TO PAY $60 FOR A CHEAP HAIRCUT, THAT I COULD'VE DONE AT HOME.

When the girl grooms it always looks great. This time the guy did it and the ear hair wasnt equal and the eyes were still dirty. Too much money for a 30 min shear.

this son of a nutcracker job hurt my baby 2 weeks a go my sister was there too Amelia complained 2 weeks ago it was a very long script I also was reading a review a woman's dog hair was shaved completely off

I have been taking my German Shepherd (Coco) since she was 6 months old, she is now 6yrs olds, love this place and my dog also smells good and the prices are better than most dog grooming. I will recommend this place for all dogs. Deidre Perry

I took my dog in as a fluffy Maltese. I asked them for a trim. They shaved all his off. I was hurt. He was not matted. He was healthy. He was returned to me upset and traumatized. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My heart is completely broken. My baby has no hair. They literally shaved him bald. DO NOT GET YOUR DOG HAIRCUT THERE. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.They never apologized. Just blamed “their system glitch”. MEAN TO DOGS. FIND A BETTER GROOMER, SO NOT CHANCE THIS GOING TO THIS PLACE.
