As far as Dr Cassie .....he was awesome! My Gizmo had been going there for about 11 or 12 years! He was diagnosed with heart murmur several years ago and then cancer last year! I spent some mega money in that place and I even had to pay $500.00 to close the account after Gizmo died 10/16/2021! But I have yet to receive a phone call saying anything about Gizmo death.....no sympathy what so ever.....so my husband was right.....he said all the time.....they are nothing but money hungry business!!!!

Had a really good experience. We've been to other Banfields but this was our first time at this location. Justice at the front desk was extremely nice and stayed with us explaining everything about the wellness plan and our total/medications/etc.

They are so good with my fur babies.

Always friendly staff. Seem like they care about the pets. Could use more comfortable seating in the waiting area. Those benches are bad for your back!

My pet is on the Wellness plan. Poor thing is limping so to the vet she goes. "Drop-offs Only" due to whatever. Took my girl and they said, "Doctor will be right out to speak with you." Sat in waiting room for 30+ minutes, no Dr. Told them I had my own Dr's appointment to make and had to go. Please call my cell." Another 30 minutes and no word. Good thing I didn't wait.

I love everyone here and they are absolutely amazing with our fur babies.

Hospital connected to PetSmart but still runs on its own. Heat attention given to the pets, someone's dog was there needing his nails done but kinda refusing but they took the time to calm him down, alter his focus and get it done without incident. Great maneuverability.

Love the service mostly...however recently I was on hold for over an hr and got disconnected twice.....so far....since I am currently still on hold....some of us don't have time to wait that long....I didn't have a choice since I had to get my dog seen...

First I want to add that if I could rate them 0 a negative number I would. On july 7 2020 my dog got hit by a car and he was in a really bloody painful shape. I got to Banfield around 5pm with the mentioned above emergency, we explained the situation to one of the clerks as soon as we got there and inmediatly without ask if we have banfield coverage she refered us to savannah veterinary emergency clinic, no basic treatment to my dog was provided, our dog was in my car and she didn't even bothered to find walk outside to see the breed of my dog. Banfield closed at 6 but I believe that with more than 45minutes to closing was enough time to at least provide pain medication to our dog, we pay monthly for health service our dog and I very displeased with what "care" is now days, it's a shame.

Good vet, but even if you are on a plan always costs money when you bring your pet in

I used to be a fan of of Banfield when I first got my animals. Every time I call I am regularly put on hold for AT LEAST 15 minutes and have been forgotten about on the phone line more than once. I ordered a test for my dog, which at the moment was a pressing issue. The expensive test never made it to the lab which was only discovered after I had continued to call back for results week after week after week. And even after that, I had to argue to get a refund. I’m so glad my pet’s health and well-being didn’t rely on it since the issue resolved itself but I am not waiting until my dog’s have a serious health matter before making the decision that they deserve better health care and service. As pet owner’s we are their advocates. Bye Banfield ????????

Dr. Fisher and the staff were incredible. We had to put our baby down yesterday. and it was hell for us. but Dr. Fisher was so empathetic towards us. she gave the facts to us and didn’t beat around the bush, while also being so kind and patient with our decision making. the rest of the staff were all so wonderful as well. they gave us all the time we needed and i couldn’t have gotten through that process without them holding our hands through it. every single person was wonderful with us, and our baby.

This place was NOT not thurough at all. I took my puppy There for her first appointment and shots. Because we were anew costumer the first exam was free. Well after out appointment I made my online patient account and realized they didn't even check it my puppy's weight or ANYTHING. All it said was the dogs birthday (witch I gave them) and her breed (witch is obvious) Very disappointed!!

Set up an appointment for my pupper because he was attacked by a dog. Took him in after scheduling onlin3.were waiting an hour and a half before I asked how much loner they thought it would be. They then had the balls after us waiting there in plain view of them for a hour and half to tell us it was a drop off and it would be hours. I scheduled an appointment not a drop off. No one ever said drop off and they were going to legit let us sit there with our other dog who was hella nervous. Shame on victory drive banfield shame
