Our dogs loved their stay at Pet Suites. They were well looked after.

If I could leave 10 stars , I would be begging to leave 10 more. How could you not leave a review?!?! I’ve been taking my fur babies here for a little over a year now for grooming and not a SINGLE TIME have they disappointed. I drive an hour because every minute of it is worth the level of service and care that they provide. Bravo to your guys!!!! Certainly a POWERHOUSE of a team serving this community.

I really wanted to love this place. I did a tour and was fine with the facility. I was told I could check in daily and get a report. They told me to text as they get a lot of phone calls and a text would get a response over a phone call. I created a profile on their website so I could login and get the progress reports. Well, I texted each day and only got 1 response back via text. I was gone for 4 days. 3 out of the 4 days went unresponsive. No progress reports posted to my profile either. THEN, I get my dog home to find she has fleas. I have been battling these fleas in my house for almost TWO WEEKS!! My dog has never had fleas until this. I have spent so much money trying to get rid of them and now we have to visit our vet. I called Pet Suites and left a message and after one week, have not heard back so I am now leaving a review. Something I don't like to do. So disappointed!!

Had a meeting in the area so dropped off my 13 week old puppy at their puppy preschool daycare. This was her first time being left and seemed happy when we picked her up. In the middle of the day we got a video of a training session she had. Would come back for puppy preschool again.

Had to board my three cats overnight for the first time ever. Can’t say enough about how professional and friendly the staff were. They made sure to get detailed feeding instructions and I felt very comfortable leaving them in their care. I will definitely be back. Thank you for taking care of my fur babies.

This doggie daycare is amazing, they are always very professional and accommodating. I especially love the trainer Allie, she is so great with my pup, I would recommend her services to anyone, especially to anyone who has a pup with behavioral issues. She's great!

I left two my dogs at this place for 6 days and I got unhealthy dogs. When I picked up dogs they told me that everything is fine and they had no issues but: First dog (Bee-Bee): 1) She was limping for a week right after staying at PetSuites. 2) She lost weight by 15 lbs (from 75 to 60). 3) Bee-bee got canine flu. Second dog (Daisy): 3) Name on final dogs was different from the name that I wrote when I left my dogs. Probably they used wrong name all the time. (Lucy instead of Daisy). 4) Daisy had hard belly like she was overfed. 5) They returned dog with harness incorrectly put on her. 6) When I left my dogs lady did not try to find an approach to them and just tried to force dogs to go with her. 7) Both dogs were dehydrated and we had to visit vet after the pick up. 8) When I wrote email they nobody responded me at all.

I have used this place twice now. Slow service to get your dogs back. Its been almost two months since I have last used them and will not be going back as I have texted and called several times trying to get back a brand new bag of dog food they kept and did not return to me. I have talked to several different people who all give me the run around and never call me back after saying they will.

I normally don’t like to write bad reviews but feel like this may help someone to think before they decide to bring their fur baby to this place. We started using Petsuites at Roswell a few months ago. We always send our puppy with his own food and ask the staff not to give him any treats from the facility. Most of the times when we pick him up, he would have a diarrhea and it is only after he’s been to the facility. There are no cameras so we don’t know if he is given anything besides his food or not. This past weekend we took him there on Saturday and he came home with a scar on his neck. Picture attached. Nobody called us to let us know what happened, instead we were told at the time of pick up that he fell and scratched himself. We understand that dogs play and he gets plenty of outside time in our backyard but yet he has never scratched himself to where the skin is torn and there is blood . Within 2 days of the first incident I get a phone call from one of the employees (this time they actually called) to let me know that our puppy got a scrape on his cheek and their explanation to what happened was “he was having a rough play with his friends “. They also said that if we would like, he can get less interaction with other dogs. Our puppy is the sweetest dog and NEVER shows any aggression. You can do anything with him, he’ll never growl or be aggressive. He’s been to dog parks and interacts with other dogs in the neighborhood and there was never a rough play from him. He has a lot of energy but NOT AGGRESSION and yet he’s the one that should be getting less play time after he’s the one that’s been attacked? A manager called us 2 days after the incident, she didn’t sound like she cared at all more of “how can I help you!?” as if she was bothered. We still don’t know for sure what happened during the first incident. She stated that he is not aggressive at all but he is energetic. He is a puppy, he does have a lot of energy. What is the staff there for? Do they even pay attention to what happens there? She told us we can send them the vet bill if we had to take him to get checked, no apology. We don’t need you to take care of the vet bill, we just want our dog to be safe and not attacked by other dogs. Will NEVER take our puppy there again.

My dog loves to go here and always seems to have a good time. It is clean and odor free.

WARNING!!! Unsafe animal conditions. I wish I could give a zero star rating. The staff is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. The entire building reeks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. There are no cameras in any of the play areas. You have no idea how many animals are in the same area or how your animal is doing. They won't give unscheduled tours which is extremely suspect. My pet comes back completely filthy. STAY AWAY if you value your animals well-being.

My lady's dog is treated like a king there!

I love this place!!! I started taking my 4 year old dog Abby here a few months ago and it has been amazing!! The facility is so clean and well managed, staff are so nice and attentive, and they make my dog and I feel like family! She always comes home so happy at the end of the day, and as an over protective dog mom I will sometimes call during the day to check up on her and they give me a fully detailed report! There are many other places that I could take my dog that are a lot closer to home but nothing is as good as PetSuites!!

We boarded our dogs there for 4 days during the move. They're absolutely great gave us updates and the dogs had a great time.

They treated my dog as if she were theirs. When I got her back, she smelled so good and her coat was so soft. Before we left, we noticed that her do claw was still a little sharp, so they cut it right then and there just to make sure we were happy before we left. Great customer service!

Great team. Very friendly and caring. I always trust them with my shadow and I have never once been disappointed. They let me call and check on him constantly with no problems and I genuinely feel like they care about my dog almost as much as I do. Not too mention they customer service is always outstanding.

Best place ever!! My dog love to go there, he is so excited to enjoy the play day with fur friends. Highly recommended, the team is fantastic.

We love PetSuites. Six month ago we adopted a stray runaway puppy who never had any real training or structure. We had been training him at home but needed a place to assist when we were at work and also a place where he could get ongoing professional training. PetSuites has been amazing for Scooby. He has so benefited from the daily care structure and his weekly training with Allie and Hannah. And mostly from the extra love he gets from everyone. They make us feel like Scooby is a part of their family as big a handfull as he is. Thank you PetSuites and all of the staff for all that you do for us and the Scoobs. He loves you guys!
