Best vet clinic I have encountered in my 30+ years of sharing my life with pets. Caring, concerned staff; pleasant clinic; genuine caring about animals; effective follow-up and prescription refills, and great veterinary care! Definitely a five-star plus!

The circumstances in which I came across Paw Patch were so entirely random and unresearched that I I kind of took a leap of faith in taking my dog there for treatment. My decision was purely based upon the fact that I knew that Paw Patch was a new clinic and I like to support the entrepreneurs. Dr. Brenda and the entire staff have been wonderful. Incredibly responsive and proactively checking-up after surgery and so on. Great establishment. And based upon the increasing number of cars in the parking lot that I've witnessed with every visit, I think the word is out. A+

I can't even begin to express how amazing Dr. Banner and her team are. Dr. Banner is one of the most compassionate souls I have ever met and treats your furbaby like it is hers. (She would get under the table with our scared pup, hang out and check her out from there.) She knows her stuff and will spend the time with you to explain it as many times or as many ways as needed so that you understand. She goes over every option with you in your animal's best interest and with no judgement on what is best for you and your family. We recently had to lay our baby to rest and there is no place I would have rather have been than in the care of Paw Patch Animal Clinic. Dr. Banner and her team made one of the hardest moments in my life as easy and comforting as they could. The day Dr. Banner decides to move her business or retire is going to be a sad day for our community. Love Dr. Banner and her team!!

We have been to a number of vets in 10 years with many different animals. I took my older dog to Paw Patch. It took a little time to get an appointment but they offered work in appointments where I could wait earlier. I felt I could wait for the appointment so we did. I have taken this dog to at least 3 vets in 3 years. This dr really looked at him. She did not just do a cursory exam. She found some potential causes for some of the things I have been seeing right away that none of the other vets even looked at. Even tho the prognosis for some of these potential issues (some can be confirmed by tests, some not) is more severe, I at least have some hope he will have a better life while he’s with us.

Had such a great visit today everyone is so nice. Turns out we saw Dr. Banner when she was at Crossville vet and now are back seeing her again. She was so nice and I truly felt like she cares about my fur baby as much as I do!

They're awesome! Dr. Banner and her staff are the best around, they treat my furbabies with so much love and care, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Wow! Their compassion, time and thoroughness with our first visit was amazing. They listened, carefully examined and thoroughly explained the next steps for our beloved pet. I left feeling very confident they will give the best care and advice to my family as we take care of our aging pet.

My pup Jasper had a piece of a ball that he ate & lodged in his colon & it almost killed him. Dr Banner was absolutely amazing & she saved his life!! Staff are also very sweet & kind

We love Dr. Banner and the staff at Paw Patch! They have always been so helpful and loving to the boys. Both of my Bostons have loved going to see her. It is always a plus having your pup look forward to going to the vet. They treat my pets with a lot of care and give options for treatment instead of just pushing expensive unnecessary treatments which I appreciate. I think this shows a true love for the job and patients. She is one of the only people I trust to care for my dog.

Dr. Becky always takes fantastic care of my pets, and I refer people to her often. I’ve had many vets over the years and she is the absolute best. I was so impressed with Dr Banner and her staff. Carrie and Aubrie are so kind and friendly. And Dr Banner is amazing. You can just feel her love of animals. Being new to Georgia I had a lot of questions for them. Never did they make me feel rushed. They really took their time with Lily and I. I couldn’t be happier with Paw Patch Animal Clinic.

Dr. Banner, her staff, and her facility are all incredible. They have had wonderful safety procedures throughout covid.

Dr. Banner and the staff at Paw Patch are fantastic! They truly care about your pet. I've never met a kinder or more thorough vet than Dr. Banner.

If giving 10 stars were an option, this place would get them. First of all the front office staff is fantastic; responsive, friendly and compassionate. Dr. Banner is thorough, smart and cares about you and your pet. She listens and really works to put you and your pet at ease. I pass about 10 vets between my house and Paw Patch and I will never go anyplace else.

We have been taking our two German Shepherds here for nail trims but hadn’t met Dr. Banner until yesterday. We took our girl in for an emergency visit because she was showing some signs of bloat. Everyone here was wonderful. They fit us in even though it was a very busy Saturday and right away we knew we were in good hands. We didn’t wait long to see Dr. Banner, but in the little time we did wait we had three vet techs come and check on us. Dr. Banner is exceptional - she got down on the floor to check our girl and was so sweet with her (and with us). She took her time and checked her thoroughly, and then made some great suggestions. Her passion and knowledge definitely shine through. She even texted us to check on her later that evening after the clinic had closed. Needless to say she gained two big fans yesterday! And our fur baby is happy and back to normal today. We’ll be going here from now on! ❤️

Ms Critchfield and I think the service is "top drawer". We would highly recommend to anyone with pets.

My foster dog had a surgery here today, and from dropoff to pick up everyone was so kind and caring. The vet, Dr. Banner, took the time to call me and explain everything to me today and then also stopped to introduce herself in the parking lot despite her obviously busy day. Very down-to-earth people who genuinely seem to care.

Dr. Banner and her staff will love and treat your furbabies as if they were their own pets.

You won't find a more caring Veterinarian or staff. Dr Banner and her staff are both compassionate and professional. You'll feel comfortable immediately with your pet being in their caring hands. Archie actually enjoys his visits : )

This is the BEST place to take your furbabies. Dr. Banner & her staff are absolutely amazing. They go above & beyond to take care of your baby. They are passionate about their jobs, but even more passionate about the pets in their care. My 2 babies can't wait to get there when I tell them they're going to see Dr. Becky. They get lots of love when they are there. I couldn't ask for a better place to take my furbabies for their care.????????????????

Best vet I have ever used! Dr. Banner and her staff are so amazing to our 3 dogs and you can tell that truly care about animals. Very transparent about how to treat our older dog and didn't try to just sell us on unneeded test. I am truly glad we found Dr. Banner and so will you and your fur family.
