The BEST groomers! They did a superb job with our sheltie. We will certainly be a regular customer! So happy we found the perfect place to bring our spoiled sheltie. Kudos to the entire staff! THANK YOU!

Wonderful place for me and the dog. She pulls me to go inside when we get out of the car. The groomers are all great, friendly, young, and they know what they're doing. You'll see. Give it a try!! Your dogs will lick you. Bls Bluffton Sc.

My mini golden doodle, Bea, has been going to Ruff Cuts in Riverwalk for several years and is always happy to run inside to see Dina and Derick!! The entire staff are kind, professional and have excellent pet grooming skills, from very small to very large. The salon is always clean and very well maintained. There is simply no other place that my sweet Bea would rather be!! It’s a 5 Star grooming salon‼️

We had our Shihtzu groomed here today for the first time. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and care for our pup. Ruff Cuts is definitely our new groomer!

I had been going here for 20 years but today they practically shaved my Shepoo bald!!! Her ears were trimmed unevenly and her tail wasn’t trimmed at all. When I complained they refused to refund my money and were rude to me on the phone. Now I have a dog that looks terrible and has to wear a sweater!! Btw they no longer accept checks or credit cards. I WILL NEVER use their services again!!!!!

Because my dog is highly groomer anxious, I have had trouble finding the right person. When I called Ruff Cuts, I told Deena of the situation. She was great. She gave my dog her full attention, and when the dog got upset, she caged her in quiet room until she calmed down. It took 4 hrs. but she got it done and my dog is much happier. Great job, Deena

This was our first time at Ruff Cuts - Kalisha spent quite a bit of time discussing Rocco’s grooming . He is a puppy and Kalisha was incredibly kind and knowledgeable- she did an amazing job given the amount of matting that Rocco had . I am completely happy and look forward to our next visit !

We drive from Bluffton,SC for this groomer! They are great with our miniature schnauzer and receives a professional cut every time!!! Great atmosphere,clean,and convenient close parking!

They groomed my dog very well. The people are very nice. And I love that they do not put the dogs in crates. They have an open area that they are in and the dogs are very happy. The price is also good also.

They do such a fabulous job on your pooch. My dog loves to go there where he gets to play with Dina's sons, who are adorable. They are a wonderful family run business, everybody helps!
