Great staff. Boss loved them. That's my dogs name.

I had to make the difficult decision to put our family dog Love down. They were very very compassionate and understanding and definitely made the whole process much easier and more bearable. They even sent a sympathy card with a pic of his paw print to us in the mail. It’s never an easy decision to make but when someone goes above and beyond to comfort you and not treat the process as just doing their job, that really makes a difference. I’m seriously considering switching vets to them for our other dog.

Great place. The staff handles my 3 rowdy dogs without ever getting frustrated and made the experience very easy. They handle business very well and getting follow up calls has been appreciated.

We had been taking my Rottweiler here since February when he started feeling sick and they just wrote it off as a bladder infection. After the second visit we decided it had to be more than that because my dog was just getting more and more sick. Drove to Bloomingdale to another vet’s office and got a CT scan down on my dog and it turned out that he had a tumor in his spleen about the size of a baseball. The vet in RH had insisted that they had done the same and found nothing unusual. My dog can barely function now and since we caught the cancer so late he probably only has about two weeks left to live. RH Animal Hospital has proved to be incompetent at their jobs at the highest level and we will NOT be bringing another animal there again.

Great place for your animals and pets to get them taken care of if they are sick I highly recommend this place if your animal sick or unhealthy staff are very nice and polite they will take care of your animals they will remember your animals name and most importantly they will greet you with a smile they will also take your money though they’re very expensive because you’re in Richmond Hill and that’s what happens when you live in a nice town and city they have nice that’s like this place here this animal hospital is the most wonderful animal hospital ever I highly recommend this place and if you have cats or dogs or any kind of pet you can bring your animal here and they will give the animals a haircut or they can trim the toenails or they can brush their teeth whatever your pet requires as far as health is concerned I can fix you right upFive stars for the animal hospital

We took our puppy in for a regular checkup and to get the next round of shots right after we got him and because he was having some diarrhea and a cough since we had him. We explained these concerns to the vet and she assured us nothing was wrong. That was less than a week ago and today he’s on intense treatments for a parasite and severe pneumonia which could be life threatening because of his age and size. We will not be taking any of our animals back to this practice and would encourage others who care about the health of their pets to do the same. We hope one doctor’s incompetence and lack of concern and diligence doesn’t cost our puppy his life.

I took my pup Fisher in to get fixed. I was extremely satisfied with the staff. They're professional and very knowledgeable. The clinic appeared to be clean. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

My cat needed to be seen unexpectedly on a Saturday. They fit me in and were so nice and professional. Thank you ????

Not time efficient at all. They could have easily told me on the first phone call that unless it’s an emergency surgery they are only going to do exam because they are book up for surgery until July but they didn’t. I PCS in June so the exam they did was pointless because the next vet is going to want to do their own exam before surgery.

I’ve taken my 9 year old dog here three times. On the last visit I was told that my dog had a mass located in her rear end. I paid for a biopsy and she basically told me that the results were inconclusive. She then stated that she wanted to put my dog on antibiotics. I decided to get a second opinion instead. I received a bill for 40 dollars and was told that if I didn’t pay for the antibiotics that I never received it would be sent to a creditor. I also feel as if I wasn’t shown the amount of attention to explain exactly what it was my dog was suffering from. I will definitely not be taking my dog who is a big part of my family here again.

These people are great, they were very helpful when I had to make the decision to put my 15 year old dog Trouble to sleep. The whole process was tough but they made it much easier.

The staff was helpful and kind. I just wish you had benches to sit on, instead of single chairs. There was no where for my furbaby (Pepper) to sit down.???? He was miserable waiting on the floor or on my lap! Which makes my feet and legs go numb! Not good!

Best veterinarian I have ever been to. And I have been to several. When my cat passed away they were very respectful and accomodating in every way imaginable. And my dog is always taken care of when in need of a vet visit. Ill always come here!

We have been coming here for 12 years. The staff is super sweet and compassionate. We just had to put one of our pups down and they were so amazing and supportive. Even with it being a time of COVID 19, they allowed us to be with her till the end. Thank you all for being so amazing!

Typically VERY happy with the care and service, but $50 for nail grinding is very expensive. Went there instead of groomer because they also trim her paw pads, usually, but not sure it is worth $40 more. Sadly will have to reconsider where we get these services. ???? The care our babies receive otherwise is great!

Always caring. Always got a solution to our problems. Cats or Dogs we got em all. Have saved the life of several of our pets.
