I think Tilly is in love with Dr Hawes. She is like putty in his hands. We love this vet. And the kennel as well.

I don’t know if they are overbooked with the appointments but for the amount I paid I deserve better service. I came three times this month and I felt disappointed. I had to come in person to make appointments for my dogs because I left voicemail and never received a call back, also I made an app on their website and they never responded for that either. One lady in particular at the front office is very careless with the client and she even doesn’t look at your face when you are there. I like the doctors here but it is a shame that the front office people, whom are the first impression of the clinic don’t respond to represent the clinic well.

Wonderful staff, exceptional Vets! They've always treated my animals with such care, and we have never had a bad experience with Godley Station. I've taken many animals there since moving to Savannah in 2003, and even though I live in the historic district (with a dozen + vet options), I drive 25 min to Pooler to see these wonderful people who give such great care for our animals.

Dr. Dave is very nice but I have never been treated so badly by front desk staff. My cat has a urinary tract infection and it didn’t clear up so they’re providing her with more. But I got hung up on 3x trying to relay this to Front desk staff.

I've had to kennel my older dog a couple of times recently and they've been very good and she comes home clean. It's all good.

Extremely nice, great customer service, clean establishment, reasonably priced and the veterinarian really cares for her patients. Would definitely recommend going here

Fantastic service and fair pricing.

All three of my dogs go here. Two senior and one young adult. My youngest went through the puppy plan they have and was spayed through them. They all see Dr. Forester, she is great! I highly recommend.

I've been coming here since 2008, all of my Aussies come here and I would not have it any other way. I have vets near me but I drive to Pooler. Started with Dr. Greene and his crew and love this office! Thanks Everyone!

The care of the pets are good but customer service and getting a doctor to fax a prescription to chewy is like trying to get blood from a turnip. The place is very close, actually in walking distance. I'm going to change vets because you can never get a doctor to do anything concerning ordering products from another facility. Ive been waiting six calendar days for them to fax a prescription to chewy. so far nothing has been done.

While the care given to my dogs was excellent. I do have to say I am very disappointed with their communication. Our vet, was very nice and gave us everything we needed to know about our dogs conditions. However, I tried to be very clear what was actually needed from them. At no point we’re we asked about our pet’s histories, leading to both of my dogs receiving vaccinations that they had either received recently or would not need for another 6 months. I went in to receive ONE rabies vaccine and heart worm tests and left having to pay $600, due to a adult dog plan that covered more than I asked for or what was needed.

They take great care of my dog. Doctors and staff are knowledgeable and compassionate. Don't try to sell you stuff you don't really need. Price and options are discussed up front. Boarders are friendly and attentive. I feel good about leaving my dog for short stays, less than a week. No problems yet after 1 1/2 years.

I love these Doctors and the entire Staff. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my Dog. Shes a Senior; so she requires patience. The staff is very attentive to my concerns and ensures my Dog is taken cate of. They even called to check on her. Now thats great customer service!!!
