This place is the best animal hospital I have ever had to go too. People are very nice. They are quick. They will work with you on your payment. Great place and great people.

Wolfie wasn't feeling well, so on Saturday I took him by Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital. They did a fast job of checking him over, gave him some fluids and antibiotics for what appears to be a simple infection. Fast, courteous, and my cat was pretty cool with their staff. Great experience. BONUS: the vet called on Monday with bloodwork results and discussed next steps.

This is what was done to our 12 year old dog at the grooming part of this establishment, with Maggie Towns. Please don't leave your pets with her for grooming. She scalped the top of his head. He must have been screaming in pain when she dragged a wire brush repeatedly across the top of his head. The grooming cost $85, the vet bill to fix the scalping was another $200.

Sadly I tried to save a black cat that had been hit by traffic when she passed I wanted to see if she was chipped after calling several vets this kind place said bring her right in scanned her and took care of her so she could RIP. I am now bringing ALL my animals here from now on!

Very fast service!! My dog injured herself jumping of a chair and we went to medlock bridge animal hospital and they were quick and efficient and very nice they helped her and were very professional !!!

Fantastic staff that genuinely cares for the well being of the pets they work with.

Brought my injured cat there and was very thankful for the staff. Not only were they able to help my cat but they helped me understand what was going on. They seemed very levelheaded and didn't make a bigger deal out of our situation. I appreciated them working with me in a way that I didn't have to feel like they were upselling me or pushing me to spend money that I didn't need to spend. My bill was reasonable, the service was fast. I will be using them again for sure. :)

We took my wife's cat here due to a UTI infection and all I can say is that we had the best experience here. The entire staff was attentive, caring and on top of communication. Even though we came here for a emergency, we will continue to come here for regular checkup for the cat.

Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital is wonderful. After having a bad experience at All Species 24 Hour Animal Hospital this place was a big relief. They care about animals as well as their owners. After our cat was hit by a car on Memorial Day and having All Species 24 Hour try to take $1700 from us to monitor our cat for 2-3 days, we opted to take her here. They gave her pain medication, stapled the gash on her head, and let us take her home for confined rest for the next few days to see if her back got better. We will definitely use them again in the future.

The entire staff at Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital are so great. They are so caring and knowledgeable. Fairly priced as well.

My dog was groomed in the grooming section of this establishment. His name is blue and he is an apricot standard poodle. 12 years old. Very quiet and calm. He was scalped by Maggie Towns. She claims all redhead dogs are badly behaved. Please, I urge you, do not bring your pets here. They will abuse them and injure them. Then blame it on you and your animal.

I can't say enough about this animal clinic. They took such great care of my cat, Millie, and helped me to learn how to care for her when she was going through a terrible situation. With their help my cat is walking again. It's a miracle. I'm so grateful and I would highly recommend this clinic.

My parents and I have been going to this Vet's office for years. They have always been supportive and understanding with us. I've never had an issue, the staff is amazing.

terrible vet. they said our bunnies were one male and one female. when we took to get them spayed/neutered, they said they are both female and too young. so today after a month we took to get them both spayed at windward animal hospital, and apparently, it was female and male, just the one we thought was male from beginning was female and one we thought was female from beginning was male, this disappointed me. do not go to this vet for bunnies, they will mix up genders and when they say they are sure that they are male or female, it will be wrong they are never sure and the vets are terrible over there, i do not recommend but i do recommend going to windward animal hospital for bunnies, they are proper, professional, and will do it right, Medlock is terrible and casually says whatever they want.

Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital is the absolute best! The staff here have always been fantastic… I really cannot say enough how great these people are (shout-out to Anna, Isabella, and Hazel!!)! Dr. Tina Ballon has been so wonderful taking care of my fur baby for many years now. She really listens and addresses any of my kitty concerns, and you can tell she truly cares about your pet’s well being. If you’re looking for a vet hospital that is friendly, welcoming, and makes you (and your pets) feel valued, then I highly recommend Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital!

My dog has chronic ear infections and has been to this vet many times for it. They would not refill his prescription to treat the ear infections without having him there in person to charge me for another visit and other items I did not need now. Terribly inconvenient waste of time but after several disappointing visits including one where they failed to properly diagnose my dog; I am finally switching vets.

Very friendly and cost affordable. I will go back.
