We took my dog to this hotel before we left for a trip. We came back and she her private area was irritated and swollen. She was sitting in her pee for days and they didn’t make sure she was thoroughly clean and taken care of.

Kind of disappointed as I was actually feeling ok to leave my pet here for the holiday for the 1st time as the facility itself is nice but the booking process and check out was a complete mess the entire time. We booked the reservation with deposit 3 weeks before the holiday to assure we had a spot and they call a few days before saying they couldn’t accommodate and had over booked when we had already scheduled. They then had to correct that. They then had him booked in the incorrect room when we checked in, which raised the price and had to be corrected as well. I called on thanksgiving day and left 2 messages to call us back and never received a call back the next day. So I called back the next day to follow up on my pet. I asked to have a picture sent. Never received. Then when checking out, the price was way higher than it was supposed to be, when inquired why, they stated we had requested another service, to which we did not and advised them we never asked for that. The rep kind of got an attitude to make it seem we made the error and told them, to not ruin the customer service as this was our 1st time there, they then corrected the charge. Then a day later found the picture they did send but was sent to a Facebook messenger instead to our phones which confused me. Though very nice facility and seems my pet was taken care of, they need to be more aligned and efficient on their booking / checking out process. Was quite frustrating.

They lost me when their website does not honor their grooming appointments!!! How the heck do you offer the option to book a grooming appointment via the website but when the day comes the appointment is no longer occurring!!! And hang your hat on a text notification to tell me it was canceled before the day of the appointment....a text message I never received!!!! Stay away from grooming here.

Nice service and reasonable price. You might want to give them a call after booking an appointment online to confirm. It took forever to get a confirmation email from them to my inbox. My dog seems happy after a day care!

PetSuites in Norcross takes great care of the pets. Lucy loves her new friends and she was well taken care of. The staff went through everything with me so I was comfortable when I left. The groomer did an exceptional job as well. Her pink bows are so cute. Thank you!!!

My puppy is part of puppy preschool here. They take EXCELLENT care of him. The staff provided structural play time, potty time, and crate time. Helps with crate training at home.

First time taking my unneatured 9 month old doberman to the facility. Great custumer service, transperent and care. From now on, this will be my puppy's home away from home.

I have boarded here for Years and loved the service. The last two times we have been, our reservation could not be found, service was awful (basically non-existent), and we were unable to board. Thankfully we attempted drop offs the day before leaving town. I won't be back here again.

I never ever right reviews for a place but this was completely unacceptable. I dropped my very friendly, slightly timid lab off for her first say at doggy daycare this morning. I was told she would be temperament tested and then if she did okay let out in the yard to play with the dogs. She's been socialized and has been to boarding and daycare plenty of times so I wasn't to concerned. They told me that they would call with the results. They never called. I called them at noon and they told me she had not been seen yet. Keep in mind she's sitting in a kennel waiting this entire time. I called again at 1:30, still had not been tested. I asked them to please call me if she didn't do well and I would come get her. I never heard back. So I assumed she did okay and was playing. I just went to pick her up at 5 pm, they had no clue who my dog was and kept referring to her as a boy. I had to describe to them what my dog looked like so they could go get her.... She was visibly upset when she came out. I asked why she didn't get to play in the yard with the other dogs and they said it was because she was submissive and drooling when they finally got around to evaluating her. Do you think she might have been a little bit stressed considering she just spent 6 hours in a kennel by herself? Bottom line, I asked them to call me if she didn't do okay and I would come get her. They never called. And had no clue who my dog was. We are not going back and I would think twice about sending my dog here.

Nice groomer and customer service staff. They are very responsive and professional. They are very helpful and sympathetic. Thank you for taking care of my Jilly.

I can't say enough good things about this PetSuites! They were so kind and attentive to my dog and they were responsive and comprehensive in their communication. My dog always got SO excited to go there and was loved on by all the staff members the minute we walked in! I never worried about my dog when I dropped her off here and knew she was well taken care of!

They truly care for your pet!

I’m boarding my service dog there while i’m on vacation in another state and this is my first time boarding her and i called for an update like i was told i could do and i had to call 3 times before i got someone on the phone. i think her name was riley. she had the biggest attitude and said i’ll get a text at the end of the day and then hung up and didn’t even ask who my dog was. thankfully another woman called back who was way nicer and took pictures of my dog and even fed her by hand. and every other staff member has been extremely nice.

Great place to board your pet!

We dropped our dog off for one overnight stay and we dropped him off at 8 am on a Saturday. We signed up for the All day play option with other dogs because he is extremely social. We went to pick our dog up the next day Sunday and he looked extremely distressed as if he had been neglected. I asked about the all day play and they said he did not participate in that since they were unable to do the evaluation. It made no sense since i dropped him off at 8 am the previous and there was plenty of time to socialize him in the dog pen. I also verified 3 times that he would be in the all day play when i dropped him off. They said that he was too timid and that if he went into the dog pen he could get attacked. Of course, he was a little timid since he was in a new place and a confined area. I thought the whole point of the evaluation was to ensure that non violent dogs are in the dog pen? Their reasons where not lining up which brought me to the conclusion that they were over crowded and did not have the capacity to take care of our dog. They said he got 3 potty breaks and was walked for 10 to 15 minutes during the day for each break which i do not believe. The minute we took him outside from the facility he pooped twice and peed for an extended period which indicated to me that he had not been out. He also pooped 4 times when he came home which is way above average for him. He was also extremely distressed when he came home. This place did not provide the care nor the service that was expected. We will never be back here again.

I took my Yorkie to PetSuites Norcross today based on the great reviews I read and I'm happy to agree with the other reviewers that Leon and PetSuites Norcross get an A+ (as far as grooming goes-I haven't yet tried their other services). They were prompt, very responsive and Leon did a great job making my pup look great!. Thank you all so much! Will definitely be returning! Update: Took my dog back to this place for the second time on June 6th and his cut was not good. It looks like they really didn't care what the cut looked like. Instead of my dog looking clean and cut, he looks ragedy. Not sure what happened this time since it was bight and day from my last visit but hopefully next time will be better.

Trying to figure what happened. Dropped my dog off last Thursday and picked him up on Sunday. As we walked out he was pawing at his left eye. When we got home it was oozing and would not open. By the time we got to an emergency vet it was completely shut. And on top of that he is acting very lethargic and spaced out. When I called the petsuites they said maybe a hair got in his eye. Would be really nice to know what happened.
