Not sure what happened with this business. Left message yesterday and today to confirm appt for my dog today but no one called back. Attempted to contact multiple times yesterday and today and only get voicemail. Disappointed ☹️

I have been taking my West Highland Terrier there for about 1 year. It is conveniently located in the same shopping center as my office. They say they are a high end grooming salon. I really liked all the girls that I met there, so I continued to take Murdoch to them hoping to help teach them how to properly groom a Westie. I took pictures of Murdoch cut properly and pictures in color of his mother and father, who I had prior to Murdoch. I was gracious when asking today, please do not cut my Westie's nose hair and this time, since I always bring in an instruction page and pictures, I thought maybe they had reviewed the Westie cut enough, that I shouldn't have to keep instructing them. I let them know when I called we were having Christmas pictures taken and I wanted his nose hair grown out. I even told her they didn't cut the ears or the tail correctly, which owners lovingly call a "carrot tail" cut because it is shaped like a carrot. The groomer said she knew about the carrot tail, but my Murdoch always comes out with a bushy tail, today was no different. If you are going to put the words, High End Salon, please learn the proper cut for each breed. I always left great tips and was very nice when I saw Murdoch today after stressing don't cut his nose hair. Not to mention all the prior notes and color pictures I had brought in hoping they would take some time and look at my notes and pictures. The groomer said that Murdoch kept getting his hair in his mouth, so she cut it. Give me a break. It is only 1/2 inch long at best ,again. Yes, these are nice girls, I don't have a problem with their personalities, but if they use HIGH END SALON in their advertising, it should be just that. Very sorry I continued to go there. If you value your baby and care about the groom of your dog's breed, make sure they know how to cut that breed's hair. My puppies are my babies and I want only the best for them.

Murphy has been groomed by Allie since before she opened Pampered Paws.. Allie cares so much for all of her clients, she takes her time and makes sure each pet is given all the attention he/she needs - we trust Allie completely with our sweet boy - he loves her & so do we!

Spent $150 for full service dog bath and dematt. The cut is choppy and his ears are still dirty. I wasn’t able to inspect him well in the place because of Covid precautionary measures but once I got home I was able to really see. No bows or scarf or smell good spray. Still damp. $150. No receipt detailing fees. I don’t recommend.

We brought our chocolate lab Toby to Alyssa and they did a phenomenal job!!! We have had him groomed at many different places, but none have done such a good job with him. He is a 90 pound lab and can be hard to handle if he gets excited, but they did an amazing job on him. Most places are not able to get his nails and not only were they able to get them, but they were able to trim them better than anyone has ever been able to! We wouldn't hesitate to bring Toby back and recommend Alyssa to other people!

Really disappointed today and probably won't be back, which is a shame as I wanted to keep taking my dog here. My dog was there for 4 1/2 hours even though I was told he'd be done in 2-3. Waited there 30 mins after closing until he was done. Groomer appeared to scold me about my dog having an ear infection. I appreciated the info and will certainly address it, but it would have been a bit more respectful to talk to me face to face than thru a door. After giving me my dog back with scant apology for the delay, gentleman from the front desk closed the door in my face when I was mid-sentence. I said goodbye to the two people behind the desk when i was leaving but was completely ignored. They seemed to be more interested in discussing their Friday night plans. Good haircut, but for $75 one would expect a much better service.

Today I used the self service bath option which was great. I was able to call ahead to make sure that the room was open. One of the employees showed me around the bathing room and how to use the grooming tools. For $15 I was able to wash and dry my dog without making a mess in my house. They have a raised tub, shampoo, a lift to help your dog into the tub and to use as a drying table, a high powered dryer, brushes, conditioner, ear cleaner, towels, and an apron.

Today was my first time taking my dog here for grooming. He looks great and he was in and out of there in 2 hours. I also loved that he was able to walk around and hang out with the other dogs instead of sitting in a crate!

Pampered Paws is wonderful. They are professional and knowledgeable. Also, they have bent over backwards to get our pup in at the last minute.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Kind, knowledgeable, very high quality, mid-tier priced grooming. I called this morning and Pampered Paws was able to fit in my new pitbull in the afternoon. All other groomers in the area are either overbooked, overpriced, or don't accept pitbulls. Even though I was 20 minutes early to my appointment they were welcoming and took him in right away. I left to run errands and an hour later they called me up to tell me he was ready for pick up. Before he came in he had been smelly and shedding like crazy! Our house was covered in dog hair. But now he is sitting on our BLACK couch so clean, fresh, and comfortable. I don't see ANY hair on it! Paid $45 for a wash, dry, teeth clean, ear clean, nail trim, and de-shedding. I was annoyingly worried about the nail trim because the vet warned me about groomers who cut too much nail and cause pain. Pampered Paws reassured me when I expressed this concern. They told me when I picked him up that they didn't really trim because he didn't need it. Instead they just smoothed out the nail and I am so happy with the result. Also! The groomer there let me know that the prong collar I had on him was way too tight and that I needed to loosen it in order for it to be affective and not hurt him. You can tell the staff knows what they are doing.
