I had a great experience here. I took my dog to the vet down the street and they over charged me and still did not treat the problem. I took my baby Magic there, and dr. Atkins and his crew was awesome and affordable. This is my new vet and I refer all my friends to him as well

They are the kindest group of people here. Professional and follow safety protocols to keep you and your animals safe.

Dr Atkins and his staff are very kind and friendly. They remember the pets like family. Dr Atkins’ bedside manner is that of a “country” doctor who makes one feel comfortable with the care of their little ones. He is not expensive and diagnoses very well with symptom checks. Though he is capable and able to provide more in-depth services (radiological exams, labs etc), he is conscience of his customer’s pocket. His diagnostics are spot-on anyway and the problem dissipates after seeing him. I would recommend anyone follow through with his care. He is worth the drive.

I've had great experiences so far with the care of my Puppy. I agree with other reviews, prices here for visits, medication and grooming are very reasonable. I had only 1 minor issue with an employee over the phone about a scheduled grooming . Unfortunately we were unable to resolve the matter. She was rude and I didn't have energy for her. I went somewhere else. Other than that I'm very satisfied with this veterinarian.

The staff was very friendly and was able to help me with my bunny swiftly and compassionately. She will being going there for her future appointments.

The folks here are so caring, not just to the animals but to the owners as well and I really appreciate them <3

My dog Storm was losing her appetite so I called and Morgan gave me more than enough information over the phone to access the situation. Out of precaution, I took my dog in a couple days later. The staff is extremely sincere and thorough. I was a walk-in and was able to be seen in a timely manner. Dr. Atkins was great with my baby and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. Took his time to examine and explain everything to me and what I need to do moving forward. Don't hesitate to come here. The doctor and his staff are extremely helpful and truly care about your pets and you as a customer. They will always have my business.

i started going here in 2014 or so because they were open when i had a sort of pet emergency near the holidays. they were able to fit me in same day and were so attentive to my and my pet's needs. they have the best rates and always give me options rather than just trying to upsell me. I also really appreciate how seriously they are taking the pandemic. Even when I moved I still brought my pets here!

I took my buddy BLOCK there,It was his first vet visit..they took good care of him..The people there are the best..very affordable.Block is feeling better.a lot more comfortable.Looking forward to going back next month for some grooming.. I want to thank the lady that brought the paper work out and took Block in..Also the lady that brought him back out to me with tattoos,sorry I can't remember names.and the doctor the vet. This is my second vet experience and I can actually say that it was the best. My dog was very sick so I googled the nearest animal hospital. I chose this one because of the location but I received exceptional customer service on top of the relatively close location. Even as a walk in, my pet was seen in a timely manner. I would like to thank everyone from the receptionist, the lady that came out and took my pet in(I’m sorry I didn’t get their names) and a special thanks to Dr. Elston. My dog is now up and eating on his own within a day of his visit. He had Parvovirus so I am very thankful of the care he received and so is Roscoe!! He will be back but hopefully just for a routine checkup lol

I actually will come all the way back to Forest Park to come to this animal hospital they are very helpful with our dog in trying to get him better. They were very welcoming and answer every question that I had for them without any problem.

The staff is friendly and explains what and why certain treatments are necessary as well, as explaining the health plan that is necessary, in a way that is easy to understand. The pricing for care is affordable as well.

It's nice to walk into a vet's office where everybody seems like they really want to be there. They keep you updated on costs without you having to ask. They apologized for my wait (which wasn't very long) when they were the ones who were working me in. Most importantly they took really good care of Sophie.

Helpful and prices are reasonable! Making my kitten 2nd appointment for next week!

This is the best vet I have ever been to! Everyone there cared about my dog and made us feel very welcomed. They really work with you to make sure all concerns are taken care of. I am very pleased with the service we received yesterday and will be coming back in the future.

I have known Dr. Atkins for years and recently purchased a rescue dog, and started having him treated by him. He is knowledgeable and most importantly he cares about your pet. There are hundreds of places that take care of pets in the metro area. However you should be looking for a place with a friendly staff, well-informed, patient and they love pets. My dog had many issues as a rescue dog and Dr. Atkins have gave me sound and professional advice to help him get get better. I owe him much more than they charge. Thanks again for all your help and support.

I like dr. Atkins at this office we took one of our cats there for a month and a half sick with a cold that Doctor Atkins could not cure he tried everything till boo finally got well

Super nice people, so good with my boxers who didn't want their nails trimmed! I will be back!
