Save Me From the Dog House, Dog Training Marietta, Georgia

We've used Save Me From The Dog House on two occasions. The first time with 2 of our Valley Bulldogs and the second time with my daughter's Bully. The owner, Eric, is very patient with the dogs and they come home having learned several commands and are altogether better dogs because of the training. I encourage everyone to be consistent and continue to practice with the puppies. I appreciate that they kept us in communication and sent pictures and videos during the 2 weeks of boarding and training.

We took our dog here last year. I had never taken him anywhere because he is very guarded. I spoke only to Eric about the expectations and care of our dog. When it was time to pick him up, Eric extended the date 3 times. I became worried so we refused to add another day. When Eric returned our dog, he had lost about 10 or more pounds in 3 weeks; ribs were showing. It was clear that he was being starved. Our dog had become cowardess and very fearful. He slept for days and would not eat for about 2 days. Only God knows what he went through. We didn't expect starvation and torture to be used for obedience training. Never again.

We were literally on our way to the Atlanta airport for vacation and dropping off our dogs on the way to a different boarder. As we called the boarder to tell them we were five minutes away they informed us they had a couple of dogs with issues and would not be able to honor our booking. We called here and they were very professional and took our dogs in at a moments notice. We were extremely worried about both dogs as they are our babies. Both owners were terrified to leave them with strangers. We got photos sent to us while on vacation which helped a lot. They were happy and healthy when we picked them back up. No signs of distress what so ever. Owner stayed late so that we could pick them up after our flight. Great service! I will use them again and would recommend them to others.

They had our dog only a couple of days and man that has the place Souter was take our dog out and said they was a man out back and she try to pulling her back and she did not take her back in she let her pull again and the let go of her and she ran in to the road and got hit by a truck and it killed her so I would not ever tell any one to take ther dog ther I Guss his daughter dose not no how to take care of animals

Eric is amazing. We were very skeptical initially but the results were amazing. Our dog is much better behaved now. Even our neighbors are impressed. Thanks.

Is a very good place to bring your pets they will love it, my dog all the time is excited when we do there

When arriving there I was greeted by the dogs that I assume were there for day care barking from their kennels in the front of the office. This barking made it hard to converse with the staff. Staff had me remove my dog's harness and put a slip leash on her. Due to the barking dogs my dog was very skittish and had to be dragged into the back for her bath, would have preferred her harness to have been on at that point so all the force wasn't focused on her neck. The place I normally go to leaves the dogs' leashed as they are when they come in until they reach the grooming station. My dogs coat smells and feels good, her breath smells good and teeth look fine, but when I got back to work (who very nicely lets me bring my dog with me daily) I noticed that only a little over half her nails were actually clipped, all on the back and only one or two on the front. Due to the slip leash and anxiety, I am not interested in contacting back or returning for the other nails and will just need to do those myself this evening when I get home. I had only come here due to proximity to work compared to where I normally go in Roswell.

We found Eric to be a knowledgeable, patient trainer. He spent all the time needed to get to know our large dog and worked with him well. He communicates well to explain how he is working/training the dog which provided us with lots of information. We would recommend him to anyone looking to train their dog. He also boards and grooms which we plan to do soon.

Eric is literally the best trainer I have ever met, hands down. When I first met Eric, I used to call him “The Magician”, because I would be working, taking care of some pretty crazy dogs at the facility, and within a very short period of time, I would begin to see changes, along with the very same crazy dog walking perfectly by his side, waiting at doors, sitting when he stops, and being more than happy to do so. So before I ever worked as a professional trainer, or had ever even trained a dog, Eric guided me through training my 3 month old boxer... By the time he was 6 months old, he was 100% off-leash trained, barely ever has a leash on, and is the most well balanced dog I have met, besides Eric’s dogs of course. It has been 8 years since then, I have maintained the passion that Eric blessed me with, and my boxer is still just perfect. Eric is not just a dog trainer, or a behaviorist. He is an artist. What he is capable of, is 100% an art, and a gift. I can only hope to be as good as he is one day. Maybe after I have decades of experience, like he does. Cannot give this company even a one star! Abusing a puppy with a spike choke collar and leaving red marks all over the puppys next is not okay. This is absolute abuse and not okay! If anyone is smart you will keep your innocent puppy/dog away from this place! Dog abuse is not okay! Keep in mind our puppy never was trained but the minute we called to say we are on our way back to pick our puppy back, the gentleman we spoke to begs us to wait another day to get her. Hmm...wonder why?! Did not wanr us to see all the red marks did you?

Owner is really sweet. She takes care of our Emma. Low cost and high quality. We recommend Save Me to all.

I took my dogs there

I brought my dog here and when he was returned he was so horrible I had to get rid of him. He was biting family members and when Eric brought him back he had sores all around his neck from a prong collar and an electronic collar. They tried to achieve their through severe abuse!!

Eric is amazing and takes great care of Czar anytime he's in for doggy daycare and/or a bath special. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for someone to take GREAT care of their furry family member.

My dog went in for a "spa day" and had the time of her life! She still smells great, a week later and her nail have never been prettier. She spent the rest of the day playing with new friends and had a doggie grin a mile wide when I picked her up. Prices are very reasonable, which is great because my dog wants to go to daycare every week now. They took such good care of her!

Took my dog to get him groom and definitely love the way he looks. I would definitely will go again.

Absolutely the best around. Eric and his team are knowledgeable, friendly, and very accomodating, My dog Bella has been there for training and for boarding. I am always complimented on how well behaved she is! I have recommended Eric to several other people and they all have the same feedback. Not only does he really know his stuff, he and his team also love on the dogs and give them attention as if they were thier own. I like knowing this since I leave my dog with him for overnight visits. I am so very thankful to have Save Me From the Dog House to rely on. We have done basic training, training on specific behaviors, and boarding.

We have used Save Me From the Dog House for both training and boarding. Our dog was a changed dog after training and we feel she gets a refresher course each time she is boarded. Eric is professional and friendly and follows through every time. If we ever get another dog, we will not hesitate to use him for training again.
