This location was larger than the one we frequent often. Staff was welcoming and very clean! Was not able to purchase what we needed, but it is ok.

Suggested that I medicate our dog to calm him down before taking him for his check up. They brought him out a few minutes after he was taken in. He is very obedient, well-trained, gentle, yet big dog. We had stopped taking him for grooming even though we stayed with him as they did not do a good job. Won't be patronizing any Petsmart again. .

I LOVE this PetSmart!!! The staff are amazing and super sweet, the collection of amazing products, and great grooming make them my most visited pet store!!!!! ????????????‍???? Keep it up PetSmart!!!!

Always greeted as you walk in. Have found all of the staff to be very helpful. Bright, clean and well stocked with competitive and, at times, better prices than grocery or other pet stores.

Just left the store after NO service. Went in to purchase a dewormer for my cats and did not find what was shown online. Employee was at the aisle I went to, but it became obvious that she was just hanging out there as she was on her cell phone. I went looking for someone to ask about the item and saw the same gal was at another aisle and was still on her phone. She never looked at me. Went to checkout and there were 3 Employees there just hanging and talking to each other. No one acknowledged I was standing there either so I left.

This store is still forcing all customers to wear a mask in spite of new CDC guidelines for fully vaccinated people. Store employee was snarky and rude about enforcing their mask policy. Store employee was clearly on a power trip made clear by the syrupy sweet sarcastic attitude in talking to me. Store employee announced very loudly as soon as I walked in that I needed to put on a mask. PetSmart should update their policy to align with updated CDC guidelines. In the meantime, they should better train their employees to use professionalism, kindness and discretion. It's obvious this particular store employee enjoys policing customers and it makes her feel important. Store employee handled this poorly.

First and last time we have used Pet Smart grooming services. I dropped off my mom’s shi tzu, Sweetpea, who has NEVER had a problem at a groomer before. An hour later I rec’d a call that he was “too wiggly” and could not finish the job and they suggested that I bring him to a vet groomer who could medicate him so he will stay still. I’m flabbergasted by the shoddy butcher job condition they did! Please do not bring your dog to be groomed here, ever!!! There was not a rating lover than one star or I would have used it.

I've been coming to this location for five years for dog grooming. I'll never do so again. I set an appointment (several weeks out) for March 6, 2021 at 10AM and was notified the day before that a groomer was out for the day, sick. No big deal. I was happy to reschedule. I set a followup appointment for March 14 at 11AM. At 10:15AM in the car, on the way to the grooming appointment, PetSmart called me to tell me I was late and my appointment was canceled. I conveyed to them that my appointment time was 11AM, not 10AM, and that I was in the car, on my way. On the phone, the groomer told me I had set the appointment for 10 and I was out of luck. Frustrated, and already in the parking lot, I walked inside, showed the groomer my appointment confirmation email. She changed her story, suggesting I was not a liar, but in reality it had something to do with daylight savings time. In the store at 10:30AM, she never offered to groom my dog. I walked out, and I'll never come back. If you want your plans changed without your prior notice, then canceled, or if you just enjoy people telling you you're a liar, this is the place for you.
