I had an appointment for my dog today who’s pregnant and about to give birth. I called them to give them the courtesy of letting them know I was going to be 20 minutes late and the lady on the phone flat out told me no! She didn’t even try to ask the doctor or come up with an alternative, she just didn’t care!!! I told her I’ve been waiting two weeks for this appointment and I really needed to bring her in. She said the doctor couldn’t and was overbooked. How is that my problem that the office is overbooked? I made this appointment 2 weeks ago. I don’t understand why they couldn’t work with me. Anyways I will never go back there. I’m sorry I wasted my time waiting for this appointment, they can’t be depended on. Thanks for nothing.

My Persian cat got stung by a wasp and his face was swollen. Because of his already narrow airways, swelling to his face could be fatal, so I wanted to be on the safe side and take him in somewhere. We are new to this area so we had never been to this vet before and they squeezed us in. They took good care of him and we were in and out within an hour. Everyone was very sweet and understanding from the front desk, techs, and the veterinarian. ETA: we’ve been coming here for a while now and couldn’t be happier with the service. We’ve been to a few other vets for our 4 pets over the years and this place has always stood out. They have great prices, they can always fit us in (even with emergencies like the one mentioned above), and as always, the people are very sweet and personable. I’d say these guys are tried and true and would recommend them to anyone in the Loganville area.

I am currently not in Georgia anymore, but Walton Gwinnett was the vet I would take my dog when I lived there. I drove 35 minutes to get to them from where I lived because they were worth it. I recommend Walton Gwinnett Animal clinic to anyone that is looking for a veterinarian office for their pets. Staff is always polite and professional, it's reasonably priced, and my pet loved the staff there.!!

Took my Shorkie, Charlie for a groom. I love the way they groomed Charlie. He gets a summer cut and it is absolutely adorable. The groomer is very detailed in the cut, does a great job with the overall cleaning of Charlie, from washing to grinding his nails. As far a price, it is competitive with the average cost for grooming with other establishments whether brick or mortar on on wheels. Approx $40, if your dog is up to date on their shots. They will not groom your pet without having updated information on your pet shots. If that is the case, the shot fees are added to the grooming. What I do like about the cost is it includes everything unlike other franchised pet stores, where additional fees for grinding, special shampoos, etc. (base fee for those places are about $40, but after you add up all the extra fees, it can cost about $65+.) I stop going to the other franchised groomers, because each time there are a few nicks from the clippers/scissors especially around the butt area. Charlies butt was usually reddish and irritated. So I stop going to the franchise groomers. Aside from groomer, which is great. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They love on your pets as if they were theirs. Each Vet that Charlie saw was always clear and concise in explaining any treatment. Overall, Walton Gwinnett Animal Clinic is a great place to tend to your pet needs.

The BEST caring staff we could ever hope for treating our fur babies! Lost our sweet 16yr cat a few years back and had so much TLC during that time. Now treating our senior dog and several other cats. Our fur children love y'all! Thank you Dr. Weir & staff for your kind hearts.

A local vet who will remember who you are along with who your pet is! Love doc Osborne and the assistant who used to work somewhere that dealt with pets emotionally and physically

I've been using this veterinary clinic for 35+ years. Everyone that works there, truly loves animals. Their high degree of care, concern, and friendliness is rarely found. They have become family for my wife, our pets and myself.

I don’t mind paying more money to go to a great vet and we enjoyed this vet for the first 6 months with our two puppies. After our experience today we know that this vet does not keep their word and we will be finding a new vet.

Just moved to the area and needed a vet for my cat. This group was excellent from the time I called, all the way through picking Bob Marley back up. Pricing was reasonable and the staff was professional. My pets now have a new vet!

Worst experience ever. Vet techs afraid of animals. Took caT for vaccinations and nail trim. Cat always sweet cat but 4 vet techs afraid to remove her from her cage if you’re afraid of animals shouldn’t work in vet clinic.
