Walnut Grove Animal Hospital goes above and beyond to make sure your fur baby is happy and healthy. My dog has recurrent stomach issues, and I find myself calling them often for a last minute appointment. They always work him in and give him the best care possible. Dr. Hancock has always taken such good care of my dog.

The staff reflect the same professionalism and kindness. The kennel area for boarding was very clean and well maintained, and the animals happy. We started taking our new puppy here and now she is a big dog (75lbs). The staff here are really nice and professional. We had a problem with the puppy when she was several months old but the dr took her in and nursed her back to health. They really care about your dog.

Her practice is wonderful, they stay on top of everything and stay in communication with owners about their pets. They don't take any shortcuts and provide quality care for animals. Excellent experience! We took our puppy for his first visit to Walnut Grove Animal Hospital. The staff was very friendly and informative in the calls I made prior to our appointment. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately and very welcomed. The vet techs, and Dr. Hancock, exceeded our expectations. They were very attentive to both us and our pet!

The front desk ladies weren't very attentive when I showed up. I was handed papers to fill out and then no one said a word to me, despite them chatting with other guests like they were family. It was my first time going here, which made it a bit off putting. The Vet Tech and Vet were amazing, super friendly and listened to all my concerns. I'd take our cats back here again, but I hope the front desk experience was a one off.

The staff there is super nice. They're always good to my onyx. The doctors always take their time out sit and talk with me after they treated him. I never feel that they've rushed me out the door.

We have been taking our fur babies to Walnut Grove Animal Hospital for a good handful of years now. I love how sympathetic and loving they are to our pups. They've fit us in with emergencies and tough calls. They've taken pity on me trying to wrangle hyper puppies, wild kiddos, and rushed in to offer aid and support. I adore the staff and facility.
