Had an appointment for 4:15 to just get some flea preventative. It’s been over an hour and they haven’t even seen my pet

Best staff. Great services for my fur baby. My FluffNugget actually likes going to the vet. Professional vet services you can have confidence in.

The Customer service I experienced here was horrible I would not recommend anybody to this location.I decided to go to the one in Snellville since I have a membership with Banfield The customer service was phenomenal in snellville.

I'm don't have anouch words to explain how grateful I'm with all my family to a brilliant intelligent dr. VANMETER and all her awesome team ???????? for saving my dog Prince life, he has been previously missdiagnosed at another pers ER and been declining rapidly, if this is not this awesome team my dog will be dead by now. It's all about money with them.

We've been 4x's already and brought our young Grandson the last time; he was so excited to see the Dinosaurs ????, "rocks", and he absolutely loved the fossil dig.

Me and my Blue were helped by Haley and she was super nice! Give her a raise said baby Blue!!! Lol

Took my precious dog to them cause she was really sick,they saw her right away and did everything they could. Unfortunately my lovely dog passed away 3 days later.

This place is always and has always been Amazing with out pet and for us. I’m sad to see certain Doctors not there anymore but they always have great vets available

I had only been here once before on an emergency visit. My elderly dog took a turn for the worse on Sunday when her normal vet was closed. I was able to bring my dog in immediately. I was very surprised at how very kind all 3 employees we interacted with were. They all offered sincere apologies about losing our dog and explained every step of the process along the way. They were very gentle and kind with our dog. Extremely appreciative for all their help.

We had to bring our dog for an emergency euthanasia, and I was impressed with how professional the staff was. They fit us in quickly and we were treated with compassion and given condolences many times. The staff was extremely quick, yet never made us feel rushed to get the procedure done. For what was a terrible time for us as a family, the staff definitely made it bearable.

Great customer service & professional staff. I feel safe to bring my puppy here for his needs.

I've been bringing my Husky here since she was about 6 weeks old. She is now almost 6 months. My experience here has been great! Professional, caring and friendly staff. They make sure to keep me informed of everything they do and why. They never make me feel rushed and take the time to answer all of my questions. They all seem to love my baby almost as much as I do!!

Nothing like spending well over $10000 over the years with 4 dogs and being told they can’t squeeze in a very sick elderly dog they have treated for approx 10 years in for an emergency visit!!!! Gotta love their concern!!!

The Vet and supporting Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Anytime I drop my Frank off here I always know that he is in very good hands.

I love how they take care of my puppy when i bring him here. He is always in such a good mood both when I drop him off and when I pick up. I take that as a good sign.

The entire visit was awful...all I can say is if your pet is sick take them some place else...the staff is rude and act like you a a burden...all but Brandon who is sweet and caring...just take your pet some place else

So far our experience here has been great! Every time that I call Brandon happily assistS with any questions that I may have. What a perfect person to have as the first point of contact. Would highly recommend this location! :)

My experience was good. My cat had been injured in fight and had infected wounds. You worked him into your schedule (Loganville office). Everyone was compassionate and friendly. You doctored his wounds and gave him meds. He normally is a very slow healer but he healed very quick. The treatment was perfect. You called a couple of times to check on him. I only wish the Bethlehem office had offered the same, but they said it would be 5 days before he could be seen. Needless to say I was disappointed and I have a contract and it was the closest office to me. But in the end everything worked out. ????
