My relationship with Rita began with a call she made requesting we help with her business signage. Rita is fun to work with, and has a plus personality. Shortly after the store openes, I began taking my two senior Yorkies for baths and grooming, and the experience we have had with the staff at Pet Laundry has been fantastic... very much an extension of Rita's personality and business values. She values you as a customer, and takes exceptional care of your pet. Much appreciation and admiration for the way she runs her business.

Loved pet laundry in lilburn. They are so sweet and my dogs came out soft and smelling so good and happy.

I take my terrier here on the regular for her grooming. They do a great job. They are very friendly and the facility is always clean.

I had an orthopedic procedure recently and was unable to walk. And, like magic, my dogs were picked up, groomed and brought back to me - bathed, with the specific cut I requested, smelling and looking like beautiful little doggies! Will not go anywhere else now..highly recommend!!

Used their self service grooming option, and could not be more pleased! We booked online the day before, and showed up with our vaccination records day of. Everything was provided - two types of shampoo (one for face and one for body), conditioner, ear cleaner, plenty of towels, brushes, and even a forced air dryer if I wanted it. The staff checked in on me a few times to see if I needed any assistance and to offer a few tips - loved that! They gave us a cute bandanna on the way out, too. Extremely clean and we will definitely be back.

I had my shihpoo groomed here 3 times. This last time I paid for a full groom and it looks like they only groomed her body. Her head and face looks awful. Her paws were not trimmed either. When I put her in the car, the fur was flying everywhere like she wasn't bathed. It does not look like an experienced groomer groomed the dog. It almost looks like she was groomed with dull clippers.

Unfortunately I took my dog Sasha who is a 6 month female pit...very sweet and not dog agressive at all in for the temperament test for occasional daycare.... the lady I didn’t get her name said she wasn’t a good fit and when I asked why she said she is a little too rough for our dogs. That was my second time there and I saw the other dogs being rough but all play. She seemed to have a bias against my dog and she wasn’t friendly. I was a dog trainer for over 10 years and understand dogs and dog behavior. I could see she just had a bias. When I picked up Sasha she was doing just fine outside with the pack. It’s a shame because I was looking forward to supporting the business and sharing with my clients.

I came in the facility a few weeks ago on my way to work about 8:30 am to inquire about boarding my dog for a week. The lady at the counter was attending to two separate people at the counter standing next to each other and i was standing at the door with my mask on. She rudely told me to wait outside the door si i just left. Poor customer service and if that's how they treat their clients i can only imagine how they treat the dogs. First impression is a lasting one.

Awesome Owner and Staff!!!! They were very attentive to our needs form thw moment we entered the store. I came for the DIY wash and they asked if I needed any help from the beginning to end. I have a large breed American Bulldog and the tub was more than enough room to wrestle I mean wash him thoroughly. I never felt rushed or left to my own devices. They had an assortment of brushes, combs, and towels to get the loose hair and dry him. They also have a drying system that they gave excellent instructions on it's usage. I was driving all the way to Dacula (40 min oneway) to do the same and I for one am excited it's 10min from my home. Definitely not going anywhere else! Oh and I got fussed at for trying to clean up after myself. The owner made me stop????

I will not take my dog back to this place they shaved her too close and gave her razor burn on her underbelly. This area doesn't need to be that close. They also nicked her foot. My poor dog is miserable. They ask you what length you would like your dog and they never get close. i think they only do one length and that is as close to the skin as possible. It may be more work to cut your dog at the desired length but this place does not want to take the time to do it right without hurting your dog.I can understand cutting her short but there is no excuse for all the razor nicks and cuts on her underbelly and the cut on her paw she is limping around and licking her wounds. We are hoping we don't have to take her to the vet.

I was able to get an appointment on short notice and they did a fantastic job on my dog. It was my first time going there but won't be my last.

Chicken has some spice and biscuits are amazing. Hard to beat.
