I have been using their services for a few years now. I regret that I am moving to a city that falls outside the service range. Cathy is the best pet sitter I have ever had. I get text pictures while I am on vacation and always come home with no worries.

GPW did a wonderful job watching our cat. We received daily updates on Grayson which were appreciated.

We are so happy to have found GPW and Lisa in particular. We recently moved to GA and needed to find someone to take care of our 2 dogs, 4 cats and bird since we like to travel fairly regularly. Lisa is great with all of our animals and they really like her too. She goes above and beyond any expectations I have and I'm very particular about the care that my animals get. The rates are very reasonable and we actually expected to pay more, especially considering everything she does. I am 100% comfortable leaving my animals in their care. We love seeing the pictures Lisa sends us after her visits!

First I am that dog mom who loves loves her gsds. To say leaving them for the first in someone’s hands took a miracle. Gwinnett Pet Watchers does not disappoint. When Robin brought her crew to meet the dogs, my heart was put at ease. First , Robin (owner) was professional. She’s knowledgeable and she knows what she’s doing. Thorough with information and pays attention to details. Taylor (employee ) was outstanding. She’s not there to do a job. She’s there to love your dog. It’s so clear. Gone for 5 days and attentive to your notes, joyful personality, thorough and genuine. Informed us everyday with updates and pictures. Trustworthy to be in your house. Robin and Tay both amazing!! Excellent job! • UPDATE 11/2021• ⬇️ Went out of town for Thanksgiving and Jenna was assigned to take care of our GSDS. Jenna was fantastic!! Recently one of dogs have started becoming picky about eating on her own schedule and her attachment to me. She has a hard adjusting to change at first and not once did she resist while Jenna took care of our dogs. This really shows a sign that Xena felt comfortable. Again, Gwinnett Pet Watchers thorough with communication and continues to put your heart at rest. Even at times there can be some activity with loose fur friends in the neighborhoods and Robin has been attentive and wise to protect our dogs. I would again recommend Gwinnett Pet Watchers.

We've been using Georgia Pet Watchers since December 2020 and appreciate Robin and her crew so much. She has quite the professional, friendly, and reliable team working with her. We trust that our 3 dogs (and cat) are getting quality care during each visit. Lisa, our pet sitter, sends funny pictures and detailed texts after each visit. She loves and spoils all our pets and gives our blind Boston terrier, Monte, extra special attention and love. I highly recommend Georgia Pet Watchers! We have peace of mind knowing our pets and home are safe in their care.

I had to leave town quickly for a family emergency and needed a pet sitter. I filled out the online form on a Saturday and not long after I got a call from Robin. She set up a meeting for next day with Laurie. Laurie is fantastic!! Even my shy boy (I have 3 rescue cats) warmed up to her in a short time. She sent daily updates and even sent pictures of my happy family in action! She even asked me how I was doing a couple times to make sure I was okay. She is a kind and compassionate person and I felt my cats were in great hands! I felt like I left my cats with a good friend. The app is also very easy to use and you can put instructions and info about each pet you have including any meds or special needs.I had to extend my stay and Laurie was very accommodating. I will always use GA Pet Sitters for future needs. Best sitter I ever used!!

Taylor was amazing to Diesel. She sent me updates and pictures daily. She would refill his water bowls, rewind his calming sounds, walk him and clean anything she touched. Because of a couple reason we had to move back to Kingsland away from Taylor. I know Diesel really like me her ???? We wish her the best. She will be missed

They are the best pet sitters! Cathy is always very helpful, on time, and detailed with her visit summaries. I love getting pics sent after each visit. They also were able to give my older dog medicine when she was still here on drop in visits too. I highly recommend them for any of your pet needs !! I would trust my dogs with them no doubt

Very reliable sitters and reasonable prices

Having never used a pet sitter in the past, we were anxious about leaving our dogs with a stranger. After talking with Robin and meeting our pet sitter, Deb, we felt at ease. Deb did a fantastic job not only with our 2 dogs, but our 2 fish and guinea pig as well. She provided updates, with pictures, after each visit! My kids really loved reading her texts and seeing her pictures. We returned home to happy pets, our mail on the table, and freshly washed dog bowls drying on the counter! Deb really went above and beyond our expectations! You cannot go wrong with Gwinnett Pet Watchers! We will DEFINITELY use them again in the future. Thank you Deb and Robin!!

I have been using GPW for over a year for mid day potty breaks for my dog when I know I have to work late. I had a week long vacation planned and decided to use their services for the overnight pet sitting. This was new for me and I was a little hesitant, but the comfort of my fur baby is very important to me. I could not be happier! Jen C was AMAZING! She sent me messages daily along with photos and videos. She loved Polar and took such great care of him. Including brushing him! He’s a Siberian Husky blowing his winter coat so it was no small feat. I just got home today and he’s been walking around looking for her :) I cannot stress enough how great this experience has been. Do yourself a huge favor and use GPW for your pet sitting or dog walking needs!!

$24 for a one hour walk? Two minimum visits per day? Nope. Not for me. Definitely does not appeal to the working class American. Only need a dog walker once, 30 mins per day, while i work from 9-5 like most others. But they do not accommodate these needs. You should probably think about reformatting your contract.

It's hard to say what I think of a service that takes all of your information and then just.....vanishes!! No further communication. I will keep my business at Reigning Cats & Dogs. They do everything that I need of them and more! UPDATE: I did receive a call today from this company. They apologized profusely and assured that nothing like this would happen in the future. I have already hired out the job to another company but I appreciate the follow-up.

I can't say enough GREAT things about this service. I will never have to stress out about who will care for our pets again! The service was 100% reliable and eliminated all of our concerns over having to be away from our three dogs for an extended period of time. They portal is incredibly easy to use and provides the customer the ability to create a comprehensive pet profile. My husband and I needed to be away for two full weeks overseas and Gwinnett Pet Watchers met 100% of our expectations. We have two senior dogs and knew that trying to have them in someone else's home or boarding at a kennel would just be too stressful for them. Our sitter Jennifer was the BEST, sending us daily updates to both my husband and I via text and email with pictures. Jennifer stayed overnight each evening and came mid-day as well. This was the perfect solution for us and mimicked our kids normal routine. She also collected the mail and watered our plants. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I have to admit, I was very skeptical, as I never had a complete stranger in my house while I was away. However, Kyle did an amazing job!!! He sent text messages with a picture of my dog after each visit, picked up my newspaper and mail and even gave my fur baby her medication! Amazing company! Highly recommend. My dog sitter (Allie) was incredibly reliable. Took pictures of our dogs, cleaned their bowls and brought our mail in. I've tried a couple of dog day cares, folks from Rover, and I have finally found a company that I can trust my dogs and my home with.
