My fur baby Rocco absolutely loves Dogwood. His favorite person is Brandee. They are all very caring and know the animals well. I have nothing but positive things to say and could go on and on. Such an amazing staff!!!

This staff is truly phenomenal! They develop a relationship with your pet as if they are one of the family there! Always great and reliable and always discuss all possible options when it comes to any treatments! 10/10 recommended for all your furry family!

I took my Giant Schnauzer (Moz) to get his ears posted and what an amazing job Dogwood Animal did. They were caring and professional. Moz loved visiting them weekly, it was home to him and I felt welcome as well. I recommend them for all your dog needs.

The manager Brandi is all about money and not the well being of the pets. She is rude and an opportunist. Just this last week we had scheduled our dog for boarding at their facility. We made the appointment with weeks in advance but she waited until after we had dropped him off to call us and tell us there was a mandatory well visit charge even though our dog was seen just a few days before by their vet. I even forwarded records of his anual well visit done at another facility and she refused to accept it. Not only she threatened to double the charge but she try to blackmail us saying she would not return our dog to us if we did not agree to the well visit. What kind of person threatens to hold a family’s pet for ransom!! Will NEVER go back here to put my dog in danger.

Just cropped my pups ears here and they did an excellent job! His stitches were removed a couple days ago and his ears are looking great! I’m very pleased with the people here and would definitely recommend.

Did an amazing job with my Cane Corso’s ear cropping. It’s hard to find a place that crops ears today, and even harder to find a more caring staff! 2 and a half weeks post op and this is what they look like without any tape so far!

Everyone there is very attentive and friendly. I really appreciated their COVID 19 protocol. The veteranian has a very nice demeanor, and has a palpable love for animals.

Went to get my Doberman ears done, and was very satisfied with service and Mrs. Brandee did a very nice job and was very professional.

First check up for my cat, they're friendly and so far love my animal. Took me back quick and easy.

Had appointment at 3:00. Arrived and called to let them know we were outside. After 25 minutes, we left. At 4:05 I get a call from the office looking for us. Why have the appointments. My time is important too.

Took great care of my chocolate lab. They are not cheap but very thorough.

The Dr. Was Exceptional....the whole Staff an the young lady that helped us was Great.....we definitely are committed to them and will be going back!!!

I drive an hour from McDonough, GA .. I do it because the customer service is amazing, they do good work with my doggies, and their pricing is by no means disproportionate! I strongly recommend this Vet!

Of course before money is paid everyone is professional. I must say I felt really comfortable taking my pup to dogwood after our initial phone conversation. They know exactly what to say to win over your business. However, the lack of communication and unprofessionalism by Brandee during our recent visit let me know we made an awful choice taking our pup there. Due to lack of communication both time and money was wasted. I'm currently serving in the military. So I value anytime I am able to get away from work.This is something they knew from for beginning. In fact, I sent someone else to drop off my pup due to my military obligations. I was in close communication with the hospital. I called when she arrived, while she was there, and after she was picked up the next day after surgery. Before surgery our primary means of communication was email. I was explained in detail what to expect before, during, and after surgery. Not at any point was I told that there maybe a possibility of me driving 4 hours away just to get stitches remove. Our dog ears were cropped. They couldn't be posted because of Irritation. Them not being posted isnt my frustration but the fact I wasnt informed that could be a possibility and called a laid pretty much by Brandee before she stormed off. My fusfration was indeed in my tone and i made it clear my time was wasted. Not once did she apologize. I just felt taken advantage of. I was captured by fake niceness and professionalism while wasting time and money. There are other options for ear cropping learn from my mistake and take your pup elsewhere. This is something I will be sure to share with online military communities. I know most of us value both our time and money. Because getting off work isn't an easy task.

Dr Caughman and staff are the best. Took care of my furbabies for 20 years until I moved. Had to visit while I'm in town.

Amazing clinic!!! I cannot emphasize this enough. They care so much about the animals and their well-being. Dr. Caughman, Brandy, Brittney and all the other staff are so funny and amazing. I have had a blast helping at the hospital and would recommend anyone to go. Overall this has been one of the best experiences in my life and I can’t thank the clinic enough. My experience went well. The doctor is very personable. The administration team was just a little nonchalant and seemed busy.

I had 3 dogs with me for an annual and shots. They helped me bring them in the room and quickly went through all they needed. Great experience!

We drive over an hour and a half to take our animals here. We would not trust them with anyone else. They have helped us celebrate with a new puppy to walking us through the grief of losing our 4 legged babies. Our rescue furbaby, Miss Leia, ate something that really wrecked havoc on her little system. Dehydrated (and senior in age), Miss Leia was seen and treated immediately... The course of action taken was "paw-some". And Miss Leia was back to herself in what seems like no time... The veterinarians and staff members of Dogwood Animal Hospital are caring, professional -- and lifesavers!
