They handled the passing of my boy Shiloh so gracefully and kindly. I was blown away by every detail of my experience here. They had no room for my boy but they made room for him. I also received a hand-written card last night, signed by …

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!! If I could leave zero stars I would! My cat was acting very unusual and we called to see if we could bring him in and they straight up denied me. They said I was overreacting and he would be fine, obviously I …

Took our dog in for a limp and floppy paw. It took 4 hours (but they got very busy very quickly) but was only charged $20. We were told that to be seen was going to be 145, so the $20 charge is a good surprise. 4 Stars because..4 hour wait was a lot

Save your pet, save your hard earned money, save your sanity from this place. You who is reading this don’t know me or know if you can rely on this review. I don’t waste my time on reviews but this 2 minutes writing are worth it and I hope to God it’ll help at least one person out there. If there is any ways possible for you to consider a different option before this place. I suggest you do. Sincerely

What I’m most upset about is they didn’t tell me my dog’s lungs had cancer, they just said a possible mass in her throat or bronchitis. It wasn’t until my vet looked at her lungs to confirm it was cancer and it was time to let her go peacefully. The only explanation I got is they didn’t want to tell me in person. I’ll never bring any animal here again.

Good luck in them calling you back when you have a sick pet and leave 2 messages and one email. I'm am saddened that this is how they treat the public. I have worked in an office for many years and no phone message or email goes unanswered within 24 hours absolute! If they are under-staffed, evaluate and hire one more person. If who I left messages for is unable to respond, DELEGATE. Yes, I am calling to just have a gab. NO, I HAVE A SICK PET. So sad.

Opthalmologist Veterinarian, Ellen Beltnap is exceptional. She’s all about taking care of your pet’s eyes and their comfort. She’s intuitive and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience with my rescue dog and felt she had my dog’s and my best interests in mind.

I came here expecting to be able to bring my beloved canine companion, Phoebe, home after treatment or surgery. Unexpectedly, I ended up having to help her cross the rainbow bridge. The staff's empathy, compassion, and consideration were unparalleled. I am grateful for their support, guidance, and compassionate, responsible care for Phoebe. As an emergency clinic I am sure they deal with death daily but that did not keep them from recognizing our devastating loss and responding with empthy and respect. We are grateful.

I have been caring for a stray and he recently got injured, however majority of vets in the vicinity were closed due to the time, so I decided to not drive further and risk it getting worse and came here. They did treat him, however they did not cover the wound and they almost forgot to give the cone he was meant to wear. The same area that had been treated resurfaced, however it was during the day so I opted for another vet clinic. They asked about his previous treatment and were shocked that they didn’t even cover the wound. This time they actually covered the wound and gave him more medication, and they charged 100 less than I had been charged here. As far as being an emergency clinic they’re great, but I would not chose it if it weren’t the middle of the night. It’s extremely pricey due to it being an emergency clinic as well.

Blue Pearl in Lawrenceville is an amazing facility. The staff is very kind, patient, compassionate and responsive. They took the best care of my dog following an extensive emergency surgery. Highly recommend.

I brought my dog into BluePearl on Saturday at 4:30 am - she was exhibiting signs of an allergic reaction and I was getting worried. Between her swollen face/ears and the hives she was starting to develop, I knew we needed to get her medical attention. Luckily when I called, the vet assistant working in the front was the sweetest and said they would see her immediately. Within 10 minutes, the vet tech came out and was able to examine her - she was awesome and caring to my dog! Soon after, the actual vet came out and spoke to me; she was very thorough and I knew my dog was in good hands! I want to show my appreciation and give my thanks to the team - it's never easy seeing someone so late into the night, but they were warm and welcoming! I was worried about the potentially large bill - but they walked me through the different options and I left paying only $165. I realize because they're an emergency vet clinic - a $130 appointment fee really isn't a crazy amount when you take into consideration they're working around the clock, 24/7. So, I definitely recommend this place when you're pet gets sick outside your primary vet's hours!

Great experience. 1st time I have had to use a pet ER. Our dog ripped off her toenail and was bleeding. Took her back right away and got her bandages up and back out to us in less than an hour. Staff was great!

I’m from out of town and brought my dog to blue Pearl when I realized he was feeling discomfort. I thought the wait was going to be much longer than it was. We were called back to the room by Dexter who was so helpful. He performed the initial exam and made Krishna (my dog) feel comfortable enough for him to grab him which says a lot lol. I appreciated that.

We took our kitten here for an emergency after being told the day before by our family vet that nothing was wrong. He stopped breathing before we could arrive. They brought us back immediately and tried to revive him with CPR but unfortunately it was too late. The staff was very sympathetic and compassionate. A couple of days later, we received the sweetest sympathy card in the mail along with our kitty's paw print as a memorial keepsake. Although we didn't have the ending we had hoped for, we greatly appreciate Blue Pearl for being there for us ???? .

I would give 0 stars if possible. This clinic apparently doesn’t think snake bites are critical and were prepared to make us wait an hour and a half to be seen without telling us that’s how long it would be so we could find another emergency vet. We called All Species 24 Hour while waiting and they said if we came to them they would bring our dog back immediately to begin treatment. Blue Pearl has no triaging capability and would rather let your dog die to try to get your money than tell you they can’t see you fast enough. UPDATE: Upon checking my dog into All Species they informed us that he was lucky that we finally got him care when he did or things could have been much worse. If we had waited the full additional hour Blue Pearl expected us to, our dog surely would have died in their lobby. Now, due to their negligence, he’s also developed an abscess because of the delay in treatment and will need additional time with his stay there. Stay far away from here.

It was expensive, but they know what they are doing. My lab had sticks wedged under the skin of her chin with an abscess and infection. I went to another vet 4 times and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Blue Pearl figured it out in a matter of minutes. My pup made a full recovery after surgery with Blue Pearl

I got here for ophthalmology and they are super nice and get the dog in and out in a reasonable time frame. I used them once for emergency and it was a 3 hour wait that turned into 6. I get there are other things coming in but there was zero communication letting me know it would be longer.

Not a fan of the receptionist, he was rude from the second I said "could I ask a few questions".. He refused to give me me an idea of pricing on practically anything. Yes I understand that the vet will determine the proper course and testing but I have an idea of what they will test for. Therefore,I need an idea on how their prices, and what certain things such as CT scans will run me.. Again, case by case process hut I need a hypothetical idea. The Woodstock Neuro Vet was so much kinder and happy to answer any questions I had, so I will go to them.

I brought my dog because he had a wound on his neck. I called several places to bring him in but no one could see him without appointment. My son goggled and found this emergency place, we called and Claire told me to come in as a walk in. 20 minutes later when we arrived I waited for like 10 min and they took him in. Everyone was so nice and I did not get charged for the visit. God forbid if I ever have an emergency this is the place I would bring my dog for treatment. Thank you.

This is our second visit at the Blue Pearl Pet Hospital. The first visit was wonderful and that was about 3 years ago when we had to say good bye to one of our pups. Unfortunately this time around not so great, our sweet pup passed away there due to kidney complications. Our family felt there was a lack of compassion from the front office staff. They seemed to be more concerned about getting their services financially covered more than the well care of our sweet Yorkie. Keep in mind, this was a sudden decision we had to make so we were struggling with pain. Here we were heartbroken and sad that our pup was having a tough time in her latter moment . My hope is that our sweet pup passed with loving hands around her while she was behind closed doors. Then, when a different person came into the room our family was waiting in, we were informed in an almost scripted way with zero compassion that our sweet pup has stopped breathing and but her heart was still beating. My overall experience is that the people we interacted with could have been more compassionate and have had better bed side manners. I felt that cost and getting payment was the main priority. (which we agreed to pay in the beginning) After finding she has passed, they informed us that they were able to "squeeze in some x rays before she passed". We will not be be visiting them ever nor recommend.

Even though the circumstances in why I had to visit today were very sad. The staff was very friendly and professional and very helpful with the transition of our sweet baby Faith. Highly recommend this facility if you have an emergency with beloved fur baby.

Do not. And I mean DO NOT go here. They are not educated, and lied about giving my cat fluids, in which she desperately needed. later when we called back they go “ we poked her once and she kicked us ( because she’s a cat do you expect her to still still?) so we poked her again and it leaked out “ ..... guess they just didn’t care to get it right and give her the TREATMENT or maybe idfk try an iv?! BUT when I was actually in the office they just told me she was wet Bc it spilled but that she indeed got fluid in her..... are you kidding me ?? Also misdiagnosed her completely and all they tried doing was give antibiotics (that which she DID not need as treatment) thankfully I said no. Sad to say I was more educated than the hospital I took my pet to confide in. Avoid These doctors .. ( Dr.Carr, Ryan, and Megan. ) ..... Megan was a complete ditz by the way, And Dr. Carr was just completely uneducated. Shouldn’t even be a doctor. Believe me when I say take your furry loved ones somewhere with a better review. Even if it involves driving a longer distance.

Keep in mind that they have to come out to your car and triage the situation first. They post their phone number there so you can call in and let them know you're there and where you are parked, and then they send somebody out. There can be a long wait if you are not in severe distress. Severe emergencies come first.
