adopted a new puppy from the animal shelter they said this place gives free check-up for new adoptions made an appointment was requested to by front desk Ashley to come inside the side door when i made that appointment and cause the dog had a cough possible kennial cough to not use the front door to spread to other animals and also it cost $35 for the visit cause of this dang cough I shouldnt have said anything about it there goes free and here comes the big headache, ok cool I show up dec 16 early 9:30 called to let them know I was here and I was to use the side which she put me on hold and came back and confirmed and this door I walked up too has a welcome mat and the door is unlocked I slowly open the door and i have this lady doctor yelling at me what are you doing this is an operation area i never stepped inside I only opened the door which if it was so important should of been locked!!! continued to yell at me instead of explaining nicely she told me to get out of here she was yelling a mile a second, I said fine I'll get out of here drove over to gwinnett animal clinic welcomed me inside with no appointment and i was done in 20 mins they gave me a discount with meds one antibotic and decongestic $120 and said come back next week and we'll give ya a $12.00 booster shot no extra fees for another visit friendly and kindness goes along way in any type of business your running.

This place is really great.My pup just finished all his puppy vaccines and wellness checks here, and I can honestly say that I feel so comfortable bring him here. My pup sees Dr. Reinold and he is honestly the best!!

This is by far THE best vet I have ever been too. Everyone here is super professional and caring. They always do such a good job at taking care of our animals, even our bunny rabbit. Dr. Powell and the staff here are just the best :).

I found this Animal Care on Google. I have 3 parakeets and they are super nice. I am not exaggerating. Every time I call, the reception has the sweetest voice and is always kind. Customer service is at the highest in my opinion.

We have been coming here for almost 30 years. The care our dogs have received has been nothing short of spectacular and compassionate.

We have been taking our cats here for about five years. Every Doctor is caring and take the time to explain and answer questions about the cats' care. They make suggestions in the cats' best interest, not for financial gain. Every visit has been a great experience. They even squeezed us in on short notice on our last visit but we never felt rushed. Their services are affordable and excellent.

Today we took our cat to be put down. He was.almost 20 years old and was skin and bones, it was time. First they come out and try to talk us into care for him, we refused. Than the Dr. comes out to say she is sorry and give her condolences. They charge us $60 for what they call a "consultation" with the Dr. What the heck. This is a rip off vet!!!

Even with a horrific diagnosis today, this place has never been anything but helpful and caring for our pets. Dr Joy Johnson and Dr. Anthony Bruno are two of the best. So thankful for the service over the years.

Dr. Reinhold is amazing! My Presley was miserable from a skin infection that spread rapidly and quickly causing her so much discomfort. Less than 12 hours after her visit and she is resting comfortably for the first time in several days. So thankful for the team!

OMG, where to begin! My experience with the staff here is incredible. I have a 7lb shih tzu, and he has been cared by these professionals since I got him at 11weeks old (not even a year ago). Dena is the perfect groomer! A heart of gold, and and an eye for style, Dena truly has a passion for animals and Ollie always comes out with the biggest grin after his pamper day! Holly is also a great admin and continues to provides positive feedback when asking questions and grasping the world of first time pet mom! Thanks to AMC I KNOW Ollie is good hands whenever we visit! Definitely 5 STAR!
