Just came in to get pricing on how much it would be to board my dog and the older gentleman was not friendly at all definitely would not want my baby in a unwelcoming environment

I have nothing bad to say about this place. My dogs been going since I found it over a year now. Do beautiful job I have two Yorkies no complaint at all and reasonable price

I boarded my dog for 5 days and when I went to pick her up, her whole underbelly and legs were covered in urine. It is as if she was sitting in it for hours or days. I am not ok with this. When I inquired with the man at the desk, he stated that he just walked my dog in tall grass so the wetness came from that. My dog was not wet anywhere else and was covered in urine. I paid good money to house my pet. I have documentation and I would NOT recommend this place for boarding or any other service. Thanks.

I used them some time ago when I had my Yorkie and they took good care of her. I recently called to have my Shepard boarded there but they advised me that they don't take in Shepard's. Well at least not German shepherds. I'm not sure why though, I didn't ask.

Seems like they sedate the dog and then cut him. My dog was different acting and very sleeping. Also trembling a lot.

Everytime I take my dogs to them they come back well groomed and smelling great

Great pricing but poor customer service I will not be coming back. The gentleman at the front desk needs a course in customer service I will not be coming back because of HIM. VERY RUDE, DISTANT AND GENERALLY SEEMS NOT TO CARE ABOUT THE ANIMAL AND OR CUSTOMER

Today first time, I read the review???? A desided to go. I was the first appt with two very large 9 yrs old lab chow mix both weight over 100lbs . I did pay a little more, but my boys are big and had been in the yard for a month. The service was great???????? Mr. John was friendy and his wife is very frinds also. ▪︎I did walk my boys before the appt this morning. They show ▪︎No signs of being stressed when I picked them up. ■☆They are used very stressed when we go to Petsmart. So we dont go???? Petsmart prefers small and medium sized dogs. ????But we had a great experience today. I will used Mr.John Clayton Pet Care again in the future????????

They wont take big dogs

The lady is so loving and kind to our dogs. She does an excellent job of grooming them.

Very Friendly staff my dog gets the Royal treatment Everytime

Left my dog (Chow) with them for 3 days and upon returning to retrieve him he was covered in a black oil substance. The owner stated that he didn't know what it was. I paid my bill and will never return again or recommend anyone to their poorly equipped facility. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & POOR MANAGEMENT.

Love this place! I have been taking my Chihuahua here for about a year. They are friendly and very good at what they do.

This is the WORST business ever! Im pretty sure my dog is left in a cage for days at a time. The owner told me that the dogs are let at for an hour a day. Now think...they close at 5pm and dont open back up until 9am the next day. My dog had an injury and when I asked the old man about it he had no info for me. All he could say was the dogs aren't around each other and that she did it to herself. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Dont patronize this establishment if you care the least bit about your fur baby.

This place is horrible!!! They cut my dog low and uneven. She look very choppy. She was suppose to have a teddy bear face and they cut off all the hair on her face. They didn't even clip her nail the correct way. The old man at the front desk is very rude. Save your 35 bucks!!!

First of all the man is very rude and when also when I went to pick my dog up he ask for cash were do they do that at. Also my dog is not himself I tried to call to see what they gave him no answer. I will call back again to find out seems like they gave him some type of drugs he is not himself at all I will be taking my dog to the vet and I will never ever take him back to this place again.

Interesting reviews. First of all prices can vary from over the telephone quote if the dog is infested with fleas, very dirty or has lots of mats. Most individuals don't understand that the mats can be very close to the skin and not visible. We try to keep prices as low as possible to help customers to be able to afford grooming their pets on a regular basis. We have customers that abandoned there pets at our facility after running their bills as high as $1,000.00. We asked people to walk their pets on the grass before entering, most of the time they will just walk straight from their cars and then their pets poop and pee in the reception area. We are fully air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. Outdoor runs are used during the day when not too hot or raining so they get plenty of exercise. We provide food for all the pets. We continually rescue pets that are abandoned or the owners can't keep them. Politeness is a two way street, please don't speak on the phone while we are trying to help you, understand that we request cash payment to keep costs down to help the customer and understand that listening to barking dogs is stressful. We have been providing services to our customers in Clayton County for 20 years, with very few price increases. We look forward to seeing you and your pets and providing good service for many years to come.

Rude, don't know what they're doing DON'T GO HERE!!!! Unprofessional and unkind. I'd give no stars if it were an option. If you need an excellent vet, go to Animal Amour Veterinary Hospital in Lovejoy!! Wonderful doctor and staff!!!

This place is horrible asked them to cut my yorkie hair short and the man messed her up! He chopped up her hair and shave a line down her back! Never going back and never ever take your pet there! Grooming services suck he didn't even bath her cut her nails nothing at all but a damn linemail down her back!

NEVER! Will I go back there ever again, they gave my dog to the wrong people, then try to put the blame it on the other couple . Ridiculous. Hope this place gets shut down!

Very rude people especially the husband. My dog would shake and pee when I would bring him back so that says a lot. Will not use again.

They messed my dog up!!! First they did not cut her fur like I asked them too, secondly, there are bald spots on her back, and they caused her to bleed. I am very upset with there services!!! Do not take your posts there at all!!
