Was introduced to this Animal Hospital for our new puppy; each time we visited (even thru pandemic) their staff was kind, professional, caring and amazing handing my baby over to them thru the car window! We went today for annual visit "in person" and I can't say enough about how clean and easy the visit was; everyone there wears their heart on their sleeves and were again, very professional and wonderful!

Amazing experience whenever we need to take our pets to BPAH to see Dr. Jeanne Travis. She is amazing and cares for our pack so very much. The Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and always ready to help. Great clinic as well, spacious and nice big room for our bigger babies! Highly recommend BPAH!!

Odin and I were in for a check on a skin condition. It was great to finally see the inside of the new facility since Covid! The doctor and tech were so great and hands on with Odin. He’s a 1 year old with a lot of energy. I was given great service and in-depth knowledge to his condition and I feel confident he is in good hands here. We usually see Dr. Travis because she’s the resident cat lady. She’s super knowledgeable and helped get a blade of grass out of my cats nose last year! 100% recommended BPAH!

Dr. Travis is amazing. She always takes the extra time to explain everything. When I first brought Pedro to see her he was not doing well. He has improved significantly and doing well. She saved my cats' lives twice.

We were referred by another vet and we were able to get my dog in the same day to check a persistent cough. They were thorough in how they examined him and the medication he was given has already helped improve his condition. We will continue to bring our animals there.

I recently moved to the town and decided to bring my 8 month puppy after reading good reviews. Pros: The appointment was super easy. The doctor was friendly and thorough to go over my questions. All staff was very friendly. Cons: The waiting time in the room was much longer than I would expect. It wasn't definitely easy to keep an active puppy in a small room more than half an hour. I asked for nail trimming when I made an appointment. They charged $15 for just cutting!!! My last three vets never charged for nail trimming so I assumed it's covered for free of service. My bad. Notes: My appointment was for bordetella and influenza shots. We have transferred all records from our previous vet. But they had to do their own wellness exam as we are new to this office.

Thank you for listening, being practical, and most importantly effective while caring for Houston! You saved my dogs life and I will forever be grateful! This is the first animal hospital where I felt they listened and I was heard and it allowed for a quick solution. My dog had about 20 seizures within a 24 hour period and after another clinic told me to put her down, I reached out for a 2nd opinion with Dr. Tkac. Thank God I did because if not, Houston would not be here today! Thank you for treating her like a family member and making a reasonable, affordable decision! I am so happy to have found a safe place that I trust to ask questions and guide me as a dog mom!

We recently decided to leave our long time veterinarian after they decided to sell and we're unhappy with the quality and interest that our two labs were receiving. we were lucky enough to find bridge park animal hospital after an exhaustive search! They have been so caring and professional during the transition and made sure all our concerns were taken care of. They will answer any questions and give you all of the options.

I love Bridge Park. This has been my dog Hera's vet since she was a puppy. I have been driving an hour to this vet for the last 4 years and I love the customer service, the professionalism, and even the way they acknowledge Hera when she comes into the office. She is not afraid even when they are giving her, her shots. They treat her with as much care as I do. Definitely worth the hour drive there and the hour drive home, for me.

I boarded my 13 year old lab at Unleashed across the street. She has nasal cancer. Her nose started to bleed and couldn't seem to stop it...Bridge Park called me on my way back from Nashville, and they took her to Bridge Park to try to stop the bleeding. Fortunately they did just that and kept her 5 hrs until I could get back. On top of that , they didn't even charge me! What a great place. The girls that brought Millie out to me we sooo nice...you could just tell how much they care about the animals. They are heroes in my book! Danny Jones

BPAH is great! The facility is very modern and clean. Our sweet girl is newer to us and she is very anxious about the vet- They were super accommodating to get us in and out and all questions answered. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place for your pets.

Our golden retriever has been treated by dr Tkac for 5 years now and is so much better for it. Dr tkac is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. He works miracles!

After recently adopting a new kitten I was in search for a good vet and I'm so lucky to have found BPAH. Dr. Travis is not only an amazing veterinarian but she is also such a sweet person! She has such a friendly personality and I always have the best conversations with her. My cats are so lucky to be in such good care! The rest of the staff are great as well!
