My dog went through surgery not once did I ever get to see doctor or talk to her on what they were going to do what to expect or nothing..would not recommend to anyone..

Where to start…WOW ???? I can hardly find the words to express my gratitude for Plantation Animal Hospital. We are frequent visitors of HHI and needed to take our dog, Jack, to the vet for an abscess. I am guilty of waiting until it’s absolutely necessary to take him to the vet because I hate to see him stressed. That was not the case here. Every team member was incredibly welcoming and calming, and provided better care than I could have imagined. The bill was fair as well, especially considering the extent of Jack’s issue.

Being on vacation and needing vet services wasn't on the agenda but the team at Plantation took great care of our pup. They were accommodating, friendly, professional, very thorough, knowledgeable and caring.

Was very impressed from the online appointment process through the onsite check-in processes. From the receptionist to the vet. tech to the Doc. it was a very good experience.

Our dog was feeling sick and after not getting seen at the Savannah Emergency clinic we were able to get in next day at Plantation. Everyone was so kind and they were able to diagnose my Pomeranian and provide treatment ASAP. 5/5

Plantation Animal Hospital has always been my go to for my dog, Daisy. This past week, she had an eye infection while I was out of town and they got her in quickly and they communicated with me and Daisy’s pet sitter. They conference called me and kept me up to date. I also love that the next day, they call to check on her. Daisy’s eyes are much improved. We moved here a year ago and the vets and techs have always been friendly, helpful, and informative.

I'm in town visiting and my old pup got sick. I called and got an appointment right away, and Dr. Cohen and the team were so sweet and caring, and came up with a treatment plan right away. They checked in on us the next day to make sure my dog was doing better. It's scary when your pet gets sick while you're far from home, but I'm so grateful to have found Plantation Animal Hospital while I was here...the entire staff was so warm and friendly and thankfully my pup started feeling better in a day or two. Thank you to everyone at Plantation!

They were great! They called the next morning to make sure my dog was ok after her vaccinations. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to fit us in as well. Would recommend to anyone that needs a vet in HHI.

My wife and I were touring Hilton Head Island with our two dogs. Our female dog somehow got hurt and she was in severe pain. We stopped by a vet and they refused to provide immediate attention and flat out rude. Somehow we ended up at Plantation Animal Hospital. They are professional and caring. They took care of our daughter Mahi right away. We are grateful. Thanks to all of you at Plantation Animal Hospital. Oh, they are very affordable.

We were visiting Hilton Head for a month and our 3 yr old lab Mara came down with Hot Spots from playing in the water … The Hospital was fantastic ! Fit us in Right after Memorial Day and treated her even though she is terrified of noise from the trimmer. Problem is Clearing up already. Handled our pup professionally and sensitively and great expertise. We will return and will recommend totally !!!! Joan McEntee

First time visit for us with two of our three dogs. Staff was friendly and professional. Wait time was minimal. Explained everything well. Doc seemed caring ,friendly and smart. Happy to have been referred there..

Called for an appointment for our new member of the family Nitsu, just to get checked. They gave me the appointment and the staff were extremely nice and they loved my new kitten. They took him around and showed off my little mani would recommend this place to all that need to have a pet looked at. Thank you for the great work and taking care of Nitsu

After just moving to Hilton head and having my 5 pound Yorkie get extremely sick, I saw their reviews and took a chance on this vet. They were able to get me in immediately to see the doctor which really surprised me since we were not a client previously. They were absolutely amazing! Explained everything to me in extreme detail provided wonderful care for my furbaby! I am very thankful we are relocating here so that we have such an exceptional veterinarian care! I have already recommended them to several people in our new community. Words can’t explain how thankful I am for finding them and them helping my little one!

Wonderful experience! I noticed my new puppy's eye was puffy had an appointment scheduled for later in the week for a round of vaccinations but when I called about her eye Nancy moved my appointment to that afternoon. I so appreciate the COVID procedures! It is well thought out and executed to keep everyone safe. Dr. Parnell was very professional and answered all my questions. So glad we found Millie the perfect doctor.

PAH, caringly helped us with our 145lb Lab the day after Thanksgiving when his terminal Cancer reached a tipping point. They were very gracious in their efforts and made a terrible situation bearable. Since then, they have taken care of our 90lb Lab, Bear and he actually looks forward to his visits. I just moved to the area and my 2yo Cocker Spaniel suddenly had two very very red, droopy, gunky eyes that needed immediate attention. I asked around work for a recommendation on who I should bring her to and everyone recommended Plantation Animal Hospital. They were very professional and kind over the phone and were able to get her in immediately. Spunky was able to come home same day on some medicine and is already feeling much better two days later. :) They did a through work up and made sure I understood what was wrong and exactly how to care for her at home. I would recommend Plantation Animal Hospital to everyone. :)

Love the place staff very Fridley. we come for a second opinion as our pervious vet try to push us in a deferent direction. we fund out nothing was wrong . Heritage Animal Hospital on Arrow Rd have very poor costumer service never respond to our email .very unprofessional

We had a great experience at PAH. They got our puppy in quickly to evaluate an eye infection which was concerning as he had cataract surgery in September. Thanks for calling back and getting us in to see a doctor on a busy day!

Our goldendoodle Bakon was stung by a stingray while walking on the beach. He was bleeding profusely and we needed an emergency vet. We called on our way to PAH, they took our information and were waiting for us when we arrived. Bakon received exceptional care while undergoing a minor surgery and the staff gave us updates. They worked our case in on a very crowded day. We are deeply grateful for the care Bakon received and the compassion and professionalism of the staff.

Each person we interfaced with at Plantation Amina Hospital demonstrated love and care for our dogs. Everything from check-in to check-up and check-out is efficient and given with love and concern for both Rio and Gracie. Both of the dogs loved Dr. Hennessy. He is gentle with them and will sit on the floor and comfort them if they seem to be the least bit distressed. The entire staff shows the care that obviously starts at the top! Since the retirement of Dr. Hennessy we have learned that Dr. Trelease is following in his footsteps with both pups telling me that they are so happy with her and their care at PAH.

We have been going PAH since Beau was a puppy so for about 7 months.They have been so wonderful and caring. They just make it so easy. Highly recommend PAH.

Since I can not give less than 0 and report ,this is what I have to do. They basically killed my precious cat . Only 6 years of age . To go into it just opens the wounds and adds more pain so suffice to say !!!! THEY KILLED MY CAT. BE CAREFUL

I have used Plantation Animal Hospital for the last 5 years and I have been happy with them from the very first visit. Everyone on the staff is caring for both pets and pet owners. When we lost our kitty Zoe last year they were so kind and compassionate it was something I will never forget and never stop being grateful for.. We now have a little dog and didn’t even think about taking her anywhere else

I bring my two dogs to this vet for a little more than a year. I called asking for an urgent appointment for my cat who was having breathing issues. I told the tech who answered the phone it was urgent. I was begging on the phone to be seen. They told me we are all booked up and cant fit him in due to the holidays What a total lack of humanity. They told me to drive to the emergency vet in Savanah. I finally found a humane vet in Bluffton to see my cat. He had pneumonia and heart failure and unfortunately we had to put him to sleep. I will never go back to them again they only care about money and not the animals. How horrible. BTW they didn't even deserve the 1 start, but I had to choose at least 1 for the review to be posted.

We are new to the Island and our dog Molly (15) needed her prescription diet and they were very helpful to make sure Molly got what she needed back in December. Molly needed her check up and we were not allowed in due to Covid (May) and …

I recently had to put my dog down. I struggled with the decision for over a week so I was emotionally exhausted. When I arrived the staff had me walk my dog inside to a private room. They already had blankets laid out for him on the floor (because he was huge). I had given my dog the sedatives given to me by the vet but he wasn’t quite sleepy yet. They gave him a shot In his backside with more sedatives. He became very sleepy with his legs sprawled out behind him. The girls walked me through each step of the process in advance. The staff was very caring and empathetic even though they have done this many times over. I was by myself that day so every word they spoke made an impact on me. They were calm and reassuring which made me as composed as the circumstance permitted. Dr. Hennessy came in the room, sat down and talked with me for a short time. It’s hard to even remember what he said but he was so nice and his voice was calming. He gave my boy the final drug needed for the euthanasia and it was a peaceful ending for him. My dog looked like he was In a very comfortable slumber. The doctor talked with me for awhile afterward. I had not met him before but I felt like he was a long-standing friend. The professionalism at this office was amazing. They really know how to handle these situations and their actions do not seem fake-hearted. I’m still feeling guilty and extremely heartbroken that my boy is gone but the ease and assurance I received from the staff kept me together for that short period of time.
