Love the mother/daughter team friendliness as well as the overall cleanliness of their grooming salon. My pup had a scheduled appointment and they were on time. She looked absolutely adorable and smelled great when I picked her up. Thank you ladies.

My little Yorkie, Maddie enjoyed her experience today as well as I did! Theses Ladies were so nice and made me feel so comfortable with leaving her there for her first time. They also did exactly what I asked for! I highly recommend them! They are fast, efficient and affordable! Best groomer on Hilton Head! They will not disappoint! We can't wait to go back in 6 weeks !

The owner is rude and very unprofessional. I dropped off my 14 year old small breed dog for the first time at Dog Dynasty and specified that he is old so be very gentle with him, ( mind you I've been taking him grooming to many, many different places every other month for 14 years with no problems!). I pick him up an hour later with his back leg useless! He's unable to put it down much less walk on it. They said it happened from them drying him with a dryer. I don't believe she was honest with me considering when I called her 9 days later saying his leg hasn't improved with Gluco/chondro supplements and aspirin one bit, he still hops around and now I need to take him to the vet, she started YELLING at me saying she's "HIGHLY offended that I'm accusing her of hurting my dog". But what I really wanted was for her to be honest with me about what really happened and for her to know the severity of his situation ( she had a few larger breed dogs just walking around the area where she was working and they could have accidentally jumped or stepped on a slow moving aging dog). Her reaction and defensive yelling said a lot. Usually people who aren't honest respond that way.

I came to visit Hilton head for the first time and was referred to Dog Dynasty by my boyfriend. He made an appointment with Ms. Smith and she groomed our little man in about an hour! We couldn’t even recognize him and he smelled so good!! We’re going back out there soon and we’re definitely stopping by! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!

Our golden doodles have never looked better. We brought them in full of sand and ocean and the owner could not have been nicer. We got the dogs back quickly looking so wonderful! Clipped and soft - we now refer to the owner and her daughter as dog whisperers, our dogs were so relaxed after this visit. Made us realize we need a better groomer at home! Thanks Dog Dynasty!!

I'm new to the Island and have a timid, wiggly dog. By luck, I found Dog Dynasty on line. Kathy couldn't have been more professional, responding quickly to my message and even sending me a reminder of my appointment. When I went to pick Spike up, he was BEAUTIFUL and sported a handsome kerchief. Thank you, Kathy and Erin. You are now my go-to groomers !

I brought my dog to Dog Dynasty for grooming. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Everything in the facility was very clean. The grooming was done in a timely manner and the owner listened when I described the cut I wanted and followed through with it perfectly. My dog did not have to be crated at all!! The facility has a large clean room for the dogs to stay in and my pup was very happy! He is not used to being crated and I always have dreaded having him crated when he visits a groomer. I highly recommend Dog Dynasty!!

Very pleased with my experience at Dog Dynasty... They were super patient with my dog who had never been groomed before.

We were able to get an appointment in a short amount of time. They were on time, extremely clean facility, and easy access to their shop. They did exactly what we asked for and the grooming was amazing! We have another appointment and can’t wait for it. They did things in such a timely manner, and our dog looked and smelled fabulous. You need to give them a try :)

This was my first time visit. Lovely ladies did a great cut on my cockapoo. I will return without hesitation. My puppy was as happy as she could be, and I loved the way she looked. Thank you Kathy and Erin????

Our Cavalier just had the best cut she has ever had! Erin did a great job of removing the mats (sorry Erin, we'll keep more on top of it). The facility was spacious and very orderly. Erin and Kathy were so nice. I would definitely recommend Dog Dynasty!

Kathy is always quick to respond & get our German Shepherd in for a grooming appt! The place is very clean & professional. Our German Shepherd always comes home smelling good & feeling soft because of her excellent grooming! The pick up/drop off service is amazing and convenient as well - Can’t be beat!

Dog Dynasty was recommended to us by our neighbors who have a springer spaniel and King Charles spaniel, both of which always look wonderful after being groomed by Dog Dynasty. So, we recently took our Standard Poodle to them for grooming. We are very particular about how our Standard Poodle is groomed. She must have a round face, no pom poms, no shaved areas, etc. We want her to look more like a big bichon frise. After being disappointed with many groomers in the area, I can't say enough good things about Dog Dynasty. First of all, the place is immaculately clean, and the dogs are free to wander around before and after they have their grooming. They LISTENED to all our criteria before starting to groom our dog. And when she was done, she was EXACTLY how we asked to have her done. We couldn't be more pleased with Dog Dynasty. It is obvious that they deeply care about the welfare and comfort of the dogs they groom. And they are extremely professional in what they do. We plan to use Dog Dynasty as long as we are blessed to have our dog. And we would recommend that others do the same. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Dog Dynasty.

We are visiting for the first time in Hilton Head from Canada and our bichons, Ella and Louis, were in need of some grooming. It can be tricky sometimes when you are in a new place and don't know where to take your puppies. We are so happy with how Kathy and Erin treated both our dogs! We are here for the winter and we will definitely be seeing you again! Thank you!

My three dogs just came back from Dog Dynasty. They had a great experience. They loved being able to run around and not have to stay in a crate while they waited. I think this took a lot of the stress away from their first experience there. I would highly recommend.

Today, our two soft-coated Wheaton Terriers had a big treat! They were groomed at Dog Dynasty in Hilton Head. What a bright, organized, clean and welcoming environment. Kathy and Erin Smith, the owners/groomers definitely treated our two dogs like Royalty. Their professional work ethic and magic with bathing, clipping, drying and overall grooming was second to none. With being new to the area it was important to find a groomer that would be kind and gentle with our dog Eddie....I struck it rich with the ladies at Dog Dynasty !!! Erin & Kathy loved Eddie like he was one of their own & they groomed him exactly the way I wanted. Their shop is very clean and roomy and extremely well kept, what a happy and pleasant place to visit!! Prices for their services are fair for the area. Our Visit was a success, Eddie & I both left quite happy and will be looking forward to our next trip to Dog Dynasty!

Maya May looks amazing. Kathy and Erin did a great job. When we walked in to pick her up, she was resting on one of the cots by the wall, even though there were other dogs wandering around. Normally, she's so intimidated by other dogs that she backs into whatever corner or closet she can find just to hide out. We've never seen her so calm and relaxed in such an open environment. Thanks Kathy and Erin. We'll be back for sure.

We have had our dog for two years and been to three different groomers. This is by far the best quality and value. Our dogs coat stayed especially smooth long after our visit.
