My daughter recently got a new puppy and we wanted to make sure he has the best start possible. She called this Dr office and told her to come on in. She was working so I took him and the staff and the doctor himself were awesome. They took great care of Jaxx and when they have him his shots he never even new it. I just moved into the area and I needed a new Vet. My sweet 11 year old Yorkie Poo was very ill. It turns out she has pancreatitis. The doctors and staff were so wonderful and kind to both my pup and me. They have called several times with a follow up. I have found my new veterinarian!

I had just got a new puppy and I guess he had a case of worms (not sure from where, the nurse informed me most puppies that come in have em) but for only 75$ we were able to get him hirst shots, dewormed, and a back up dewormer, which was much cheaper than I thought, Petsmart charges 100$ for just booster shots alone, the customer service was great and we were in and out in no time, would definitely reccomend for anyone that just got a new puppy, you can call and ask about their puppy special

Absolute WORST vet clinic I've ever been to. Rude service, especially on the phone. I used to love this clinic but I will not be returning, nor will my friends and family. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very unorganized. Was told one thing on the phone and made an appointment, then arrive and told something else. Much more expensive than other vets in the area and very arbitrary pricing and policies.

Absolutely unprofessional and unhelpful. Never can accommodate even a long time customer. My boyfriend has brought his dog there since she was a puppy so when him and I got a dog together naturally we brought her there. They offer no reproductive services and no same day appointments. The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional and ask about your private life. I currently have a 2 week old litter of sweet little French bulldogs who need their dewormer. The reproductive vet said sure just come get the medicine, which is amazing because nonsick newborns should NOT have to go into a dirty vet office (it’s always dirty) and risk getting sick just so they can make extra money for 5 little exams! My reproductive vet is amazing but is unfortunately 45 minutes away in tucker so I thought my regular vet would be helpful and I could just get the dewormer from them, but no. They want me to risk the health of my babies just so they can make a few extra dollars. Highly dissatisfied and honestly this isn’t the first time. I’m just glad this happened because now my boyfriend sees that they are absolutely horrible like I’ve seen all along and we can move our animals elsewhere where they are worth more than the almighty dollar which is all BBAH is after, they don’t care about your pets. How could they.. absolutely awful vet RUN AWAY FROM HERE FAST!!!!

We recently boarded our dog Peppa here as a new client. This was her 1st time boarding so she was very shy, afraid, and didn't want to eat. All the staff went above and beyond to make her feel safe, loved, and part of the family. They were all so sweet and welcoming to us. I would definitely recommend them!

I honestly have to say I love, love this Animal Hospital, the Veterinarians, and all the staff!! Dr. Theus especially has saved the life of 2 of my precious boy cats. I just brought my Butter home today. He had ingested something poisonous, yes, he is an indoor/outdoor cat, and was vomiting blood. His kidneys had virtually stopped working, and his liver was in bad shape as well. They were able to get him in the very next day after the symptoms started. He stayed overnight 2 nights. Dr. Theus and the good Lord, were able to turn it all around with IV fluids and antibiotics, and love, his kidneys and liver were restored, and my baby is back home with us tonight. Yes, Vet bill's are always expensive but doable. But if anyone out there loves their babies they know we have to do what it takes to save their life. The staff there are always compassionate, loving, supportive, and willing to do whatever you are willing to let them do to make the difference, without adding on unnecessary tests or procedures. I always know my babies are in the best hands, and will get exactly what is needed to make them well again. The Veterinarians always call you, and go over treatment options before just doing it, and after a few days of treating your pet, they never fail to call you to make sure your baby continues to be ok. Dr. Theus just happens to be the one who sees my sick or injured babies, I love her and all the other staff, and will be forever grateful to them for what they have done. If you want your pet to get exactly what they need without feeling like you were overcharged, if you want your pet to be loved and treated as if they were their own, this is the place to take them!!! All of the staff are this way, simply the best of the best hands down, and I shudder to think what might have been the outcome if my pet had been taken somewhere else. I have used another Vet at another location, whom I will not name, and I will not risk my pets life with anyone but these amazing people. Thank you Brownsbridge Animal Hospital and wonderful staff!! I pray God blesses you all for the miracles you gave to me, several times, allowing me to have happy, healthy animals, my family thanks you!!!????????????????????

Just returned home from my first visit. I can't tell you how impressed I was with everything! Everyone was so nice and professional! I thought the price was very reasonable for the care my dog received! The entire staff just earned a customer for life!

If you aren't going to take new patients clearly state that on your website instead of customers wasting there time calling your clinic and trying to schedule and appointment
