Dr Brown was awesome to me and our beloved girl Candy Man ! She was so sick when we arrived and after a nights stay was better. We took her straight to her regular vet and within 3 hours was back critical. We were horrified to get the news to put her down. I just wanna convey me appreciation to Dr Brown ans his staff for their genuine concern for my pet. THANK YOU!!!

Dr. Ingle was absolutely wonderful and helped us in a time of need. I will most certainly recommend this establishment to anyone. She has wonderful bedside manner and made us aware of what was going on and to look out for and very personable.

They take a caring approach to treatment, explaining all of the condition. They are also fairly priced, not looking to gouge you because of the emergency.

The doctor took very good care of my 3 year old Shih Tzu. She was very thorough and it wasn't all that expensive. If we ever have another emergency I would definitely come back.

Called them last night. Told them the situation. A bigger dog had bitten our 15+ year old daschund and her eye popped out of the socket , knocked her upper k-9 out and she had about a 2 inch gash on her head. Told us to bring her in. Surgery would be $700-$1200. They did NOTHING...didn't even clean the gash or suture it. Gave her pain med and antibiotics in pill form like she could swallow that. They need to close their doors if this is the best they have to offer. Charged $232. They should be ashamed. The photos are after we got in today with OUR VET!!! She lost her eye and had to have about a 2 inch gash stitched.

They treated my Ellie professionally, quickly, and most importantly to me, kindly. She healed quickly with no complications. I can never thank them enough for their care.

Took my sister's dog after a neighbor accidentally hit him with his car. They were all extremely nice. Very professional. Could not do the surgery that was needed but made sure he was stable before releasing him.

Outstanding “emergency” Veterinary practice thankfully open all days & hours when your regular Vet is closed. They even forward the reason for your visit details to your pets regular Vet. Great Doctor & staff, we were very pleased and grateful this practice exists and was open. Hours are: M - F 6 PM - 8 AM SATURDAY: noon til 8 AM Monday. Thank you!!!!

Took my dog here around 11:45am this weekend. His paw pad was bleeding and I had been trying to get it stopped since 9pm that night. I think it was taken as a joke when I had told them it was a paw pad injury, but I’ve experienced plenty of these and never experienced this much blood. After sitting there 2 hours, nothing had happened. Took him to his vet the next morning at 7:30am to find out that he had reached an artery and required stitches. The vet I normally go to recommended that I DO NOT take my dog here under any circumstances.

First and foremost, I just want to say that Dr Ingle is a literal ANGEL on this earth. My husband and I took a neighbor’s pup in who had been hit by a car because the owners were not able..Well, there was nothing really that could have been done to save the pup. However, Dr. Ingle and her staff were amazing to deal with.. were very patient, informative.. and they truly care. I did not expect the experience that I had. I am overwhelmed by the genuine kindness I was shown by a stranger and I’ll never forget. Thank you guys for everything.. it means the world to me and my husband. Really.

This place is horrible and do not recommend. They could care less about your dying pet and more about the money. I went here twice with both my dying pets and they didn’t do nothing for my dogs just took my money. I went to Oakwood Vet hospital and they gave me some antibiotics that cured my dog within a couple days.

Do you want to see pics and hear the full conversation on what happened I am not happy and you deserve to be under the bus you have incompetent staff operating your business I have two very competent Dr’s and two experienced breeders that say different than you. You don’t even have the guts to call me and get my version of that terrible night. I am pursuing this further and I will not give up. Your staff was totally wrong in not pulling the pup after it was half out. These pics were made less than 10 min after oxytocin was given and I got the Dr to come in and she said let’s wait 30 minutes and rushed out the door if she had pulled then I think the puppy would have been alive. She made us wait for one hour after the shot. And the puppy was not even 4oz she had two pups last year 4 oz no problem by herself.

Our poor Brittany spaniel was snakebit up in Rabun County around 8:30pm on a Sunday night. This vet had antivenom readily available and provided excellent care. I have no doubt they saved his life. Buddy boy is home and on the road to recovery!

My dog was bitten by a copperhead in our backyard at 1:00 PM on a Saturday. The bite was on the right side of his snout and thus a very serious situation. I checked with our local vet and was told to go to An-Emerge in Gainesville, GA. I arrived at 2:00 PM.Other pets with emergencies were ahead of me and I confess to getting agitated but it then occurred to me that this was an ER, not a regular vet’s office. It really only took about fifteen minutes before they had my pet in the exam room, but it seemed a lot longer to me.The vet diagnosed the snake bite and with my permission, started the Anti-Venom therapy. I was informed of all costs before treatment and while they were expensive, they worked extremely well. They had to keep him overnight for IV fluids and evaluation but every time I called to check on him, someone came to the phone and let me know how he was doing. I picked him up the next morning. I received two follow up phone calls regarding his condition. One after three days and one after two weeks. All treatment information was faxed to my regular vet but they also gave me a copy in case it was lost. In summary, under what can only be described as an extremely stressful situation, An-Emerge did a fine job. While I fervently hope I never need them again, if I do, I would not hesitate to take my pet there.

Words can’t express how grateful I am for Dr.Brown & his lead Tech! My bulldog swallowed a foreign object.Dr.Brown & his amazing staff went over and beyond to save my baby ..Due to Covid we don’t make the same type of money anymore ..We went to multiple different Er vets and wasn’t able to afford the amount that they quoted us ..It was heaven sent that we found Dr.Brown!! His price was reasonable!! This place is a blessing for my family!God forbids anything like this to happen again but if it does I know exactly where to come !! Thank you so much Dr.Brown & his amazing lead tech !!! (Sorry I forgot his name !)

Our precious moonpie got loose yesterday chasing a cat. We didn't notice until a couple hrs ago that she had gotten caught up on some barbwire. So we immediately brought her to the vet. She's currently in surgery she's getting Staples. Thank you to the emergency clinic in Gainesville. They got her back quickly and efficiently. The price was a great range considering the work she needed done! Theyre all super friendly, and professional. I loved my visit. Thank you for helping our dog. ????

My experience with this group was not pleasant except for a tech who was empathetic and really cared. I wish I remembered her name. She was really good and I believe one of the full time employees where as the doctor was a temp. My 13 year old yorkie, Sam, was having seizures (first ever ) and it was Sunday so my wonderful vet, Dr. Jane White, wasn’t open. The doctor who saw us was unbelievably off base. Some of her diagnosis included: Deaf - Dementia - Senility What the heck? Tell me how she came to that conclusion in a few minutes. And more. She said he looked much older than his age. His coat “poor”. $320.00 As we left he had another seizure so I had to go back in and was charged an additional $95.00. I hit the roof and they refunded some of it. I hope to never set foot in there again.

My cat was in desperate need of attention. Our regular vet was of no assistance. Dr. McDuffee and Daniel were so professional and helpful. They treated him and got him through the night. They were so kind and compassionate. They went above and beyond. They followed up with the vets at UGA to make sure his care was seamless.

We had to take our dachshund there because there were no emergency vet offices open near us. They were very quick with the care towards the pet. Dr. Jesse Bowman was great. Definitely recommend them.
