PetSmart Flowery Branch, Georgia

Grooming is hateful and really rough with pets. Vets take this animal to the back to give shots but if you peek through the glass, they don't give shots they just hold them. Lost my business.

This location is always well-kept and the associates are always friendly.

Pretty clean and has a vet.. however sometimes they csn be overpriced.. would not try getting a hamster cage here. But otherwise pretty good.

Very good place to shop with your pet in a calm and comfortable environment. When you walk you suddenly feel the burst of inviting energy of the store itself

We have followed our groomer (Dustin) to every location he has been to since 2019 (which has now only been 2 places) he is the absolute best! The store employees on the other hand just seem they are working because they have too. I guess nicer attitudes and maybe a bit more friendly would be nice

I just made a call with questions regarding brands of cat food owned by petsmart. David, the store leader answered immediately and ready to help! He was so knowledgeable; answered all my questions and shared additional information that I wouldn't have even thought to ask. With a simple 4 minute phone call, we have decided to switch from petco to petsmart. Thank you David for the help!!! Everyone needs a David at their local pet store.

Grumpy staff.. groomers not hateful… just not real happy…

It's Petsmart what can I say...well they did have the Dog food I need which is hard to find so there is the plus...still pricey though

I love PetSmart. I love browsing through all of the great gadgets. I also love visiting all the little critters.

The staff was very friendly and answered my questions satisfactorily.

Great customer service and they really put your pet first thank you very much for seeing my cat at last minute you guys are the best better than any other Banfield the drive was worth it !!!

They have some really good dog stuff but their staff were to snooty to go back to not my cup of tea n I am "NOT A CITY BOY" so I didn't fit in that place n not for dog treats either.

The manager at this location is so rude and talks right over you when you’re speaking. She snapped at my boyfriend when he came in to get a necessity like an half an hour before they closed and ultimately is just a mean person. I avoid this petsmart even though it’s the one near my house unless I really need something because I don’t wanna deal with how rude employees are.

WORST GROOMING EXPERIENCE EVER. I asked for fluffy and they shaved him bald with out even telling me before. And they said he had some knots which was obviously a lie because they inspected him before taking him in and saying that we did a good job brushing out two of his knots. It was obvious they must have went way too short and just continued to go with it. But let’s pretend that was the truth. if you can see by the pictures he was completely uneven. I paid for a full groom they didn’t even cut his paws. His head was completely uneven. In the worst part was that the senior groomer did it. I can’t imagine how bad the regular groomers are. Seriously they should’ve paid me for what they did to my dog. I also attached a picture of what he supposed to look like (Before cut)

Went to take my dog to see if I could find some eye drops for him. Something got into his eye or he’s getting pink eye. The vet over at banfield wouldn’t even help me to see if they had eye drops that would benefit my dog. Wouldn’t even get out of her chair to even look at my dogs eye. If you aren’t spending money for a vet there they won’t even give you the time of day. Regardless if your dog is sick or ok. Just terrible… if you’re a vet. You care about these animals as if they are your own. Just such a lack of interest in helping others dogs if you haven’t gotten the banfield vet plan. Very disappointed…

Stopped in to take a look around. Many years ago I had a cat and I felt nostalgic. Enjoyed looking at the birds fish and small cats. Man Pet Smart has a lot of stuff. From food to toys to grooming tools fish tanks bird cages animal clothes, it is almost endless. Whew

Normally I can get what I need. However as of late they are out of a lot of what I need. They have a couple of cashier's not very friendly
