We have been going here for two years now with our pups. Staff has always been very friendly and Dr.s are great. Only reason for 4 stars is because they get booked up a lot so it's hard to get a quick visit in of it hasn't been pre-scheduled.

Everyone here is very friends, helpful, and informative. The health plans they offer are great. The reason I can only give a 3 star is because I do not like how you can't go with your pet into the rooms when being examined. If not for that it's great.

We have compared many vets around the area and every Banfield Pet Hospital we have ever used is always hands-down the best place to take your pet! Friendly, fast and they know their stuff!

Not friendly or helpful to there customers.As i'm 70 year's old i asked for help in pulling up a price match on my phone and they wasn't aloud.I will start ordering my treats and dog food on line.I also went early in the morning hoping they could help me.Even asked the manager and she said i had to do it.I hope they go out of business!!

Very pleased with my first visit to Banfield! Was nervous about dropping my cat off since I didn’t have an appointment and didn’t want to wait till the next day, but they were quick and thorough. The doctor even called the next day to check on my baby! Doctors and nurses were very sweet even on the phone with all my questions! Would definitely recommend

I won’t ever go to this place again , they would always say my pet - my cat was getting worst but every time he was home with me and family he seems to be okay but whenever he go to the vet it would be different story by different doctor …

I know many people that have took their puppy to Banfield (petsmart) that have had a terrible experience. This place up-sells their products at the expense of the pet. They will switch an eight week old pups food only to sell their product knowing the problems this will cause. They pretend to be experts on breeds and will tell someone their dog isn’t what they say it is. Who does that to someone happy and excited about their new pet? Why make someone unhappy about their puppy? Oh so you will sign up for their monthly plan to get a DNA test. It’s all about the money to these people. You don’t get to meet a real vet only assistants who pretend. Don’t fall for their trap it’s not worth it. Go to a real vet.

I can't thank the staff and Dr. Christine James enough. They have shown nothing but pure affection to my dog Biggie. Dr. James is extremely thorough while taking her time with a sweet and funny personality. I'm very thankful to have met this excellent team of care provider's. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. Thank you!

I've been a Banfield customer since 2015. I have utilized the Wellness Plans for both of my girls off and on. I was ALWAYS satisfied with the hospitals we visited in Florida. However, this Banfield in Flowery Branch leaves much to be desired. I brought my little dog to this location with some bruising on her belly. The price for the biopsy and blood work was very high. I agreed to put her back on the wellness plan to reduce the cost of these services. I was told the results would be back in 2 to 3 days. It was a week and a half later when the doctor called me to inform me that Miah has Malignant Mast Cell Tumors. The Doctor said she was sending me an email with all of the information. Several hours later, I called because I had not received the email. Whoever answered the phone was very short and rude telling me how busy they were. I have not felt good about this hospital since my first visit. I took my dog and got a second opinion and scheduled her surgery with that provider. I called to cancel the wellness plan and found out that they had performed many other procedures that day that I would now have to pay for in order to cancel. I agreed to downgrade the plan instead, since the only difference was the dental which my pet had not received, they said that is the same as canceling and I would still owe full price for all of the services. The customer service rep suggested I call and speak to the Practice Manager Danielle P. and try and work something out. When I called, I was told she was in a meeting and they took my number for her to return my call. Guess what? She never called. I guess they are just too busy. I will never trust them with my babies. I found another provider, Miah has had her tumors removed and is recovering well. Take your babies somewhere else, this location is "too busy".

I have just recently started bringing my dog to this Banfield location and have had no issues so far. Everyone I have dealt with has been very pleasant and helpful.

The entire staff was amazing from scheduling my furbabies appointments with Hannah to the nurses, to Dr.James!! Jenny one of the nurses- was super informative regarding our two dogs, super helpful and extremely professional and sweet mannerisms towards our family and pups! We are excited that they took their time in examining our dogs. Thanks for your awesome team! We are excited to start this new journey with the right veterinary team♡♡♡

Out of all the Banfield Hospitals in my area, this one is by far the worst. The customer service here is piss poor, both Emily and Lauren were both extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I felt that they did not care about my dog and had no sympathy for the financial struggles I am enduring at the time. I've been a proud Banfield client for 10 years but will never return due to how poorly my pet was "treated" at this location.

close to home, located in a pet store, open 7 days a week, and very seldom closed for holidays. all this makes it very appealing as our primary vet. they will do a bit of a hard sell on some plans for care, but in a way that doesn't offend. staff, including the vet my dog had are knowledgeable and very personable. add fair pricing and there is really no reason to not give them a try.

Go somewhere else, the pricing and care you receive are not compatible. Definitely feels they are a money making machine and do not care about your animals. Disappointed after years of paying for the wellness plan and bringing him in for regular checkups, when I really need them now that he’s older and sick, they are useless. I’ve spent thousands over the years in the wellness plan and now I’m being reamed for more money more money and still not getting answers. Cannot express my dissatisfaction enough

Would give it 0 stars if that was an option. Scheduled an appt. a few days ago for today (Sunday) at 12 noon for dog's heartworm test and medication, when I arrive and register, and after they have already taken the dog to the back room, they return telling me they ran out of heartworm tests... no explanation as to why nobody told me beforehand instead of making me waste a bunch of time on a Sunday. Needless to say, never coming back to a banfield.
