Love this vet. They take the time to answer all of my questions and are great with my dog!! I’m so happy I found them

We were traveling through the area and had problems with ticks on our dog. We have all of our dog's documentation since birth with us. We needed some tick medicine. They refused to sell us the medicine because our dog was not an existing patient! We have been traveling the United States for over two years and this is the first Vet that REFUSED to help us. These people need to bone back up on the vet's oath, which reads: Being admitted to the profession of veterinary medicine, I solemnly swear to use my scientific knowledge and skills for the benefit of society through the protection of animal health and welfare, the prevention and relief of animal suffering, the conservation of animal resources, the promotion of public health, and the advancement of medical knowledge. I will practice my profession conscientiously, with dignity, and in keeping with the principles of veterinary medical ethics.

Amazing!!! My pointer/bulldog mix gets sunburned. We were trying to help him for three years without finding anything. One visit to Greenbrier and they helped us find a solution without puting clothing on him. Nibbler isn't sunburned today after being out all day.

We needed a vet able to come to our house same day and ease our sweet girl's passing. They were able to come out that afternoon, and our Lucy had a peaceful and gentle goodbye. Lucy loved meeting new people more than anything else, so I am thankful she got two make 2 very kind and sweet new friends in her final moments.

Melissa Higgins, my heart goes out to you and I thank you for warning us about this vet. To say they would do right by you and then to contact their attorney... well, I guess they had to do that, but still I thank you for the warning.

Our small dog received her vaccinations on Friday June 26th ($145.00). She then became ill over the weekend. We took her back on Monday June 29th (fever, lethargic and no appetite) ($70). We were told during our visit that it wasn't any reaction to the vaccinations so they gave us a prescription for her fever and pain. Fast forward to today 7/2 and we ca them back saying she isnt feeling any better. The immediate response now is she is having a direct reaction to the vaccines so after another $40 we apparently have the right treatment. In reflection they now say that next time we will need to stagger the vaccinations next time....unfortunately there will never be a next time. I understand that vaccinations are an uncertain thing when it comes to how an animal reacts.....the piece I am not ok with is to admit from the beginning that she was having a possible reaction to it and treat her accordingly. As a result of this we have spent entirely too much money for your negligence......and if it doesn't get worse 3.00 for the pill launcher because you sent my girlfriend home without one to a dog who has zero appetite.....how did you think she was going to take the pill. Lesson learned........should have gone to Caremore and Dr. Gross.

Took us in on an emergency late in the day. Everyone is very nice and attentive. Wait time wasn’t long and vet is very nice.

They are great people. They are very professional and friendly. Wonderful job with my dog.

Greenbrier Veterinarian‘s In - Home service option is wonderful. The ladies are professional and efficient. In and out in 30 minutes. My fur kids haven’t been easy patients in the past. My drama queen wasn’t so dramatic and my stranger danger girl did way better than I anticipated. Both ladies know what they are doing!!!! If you are considering in home veterinary services please do give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

As a emergency vet tech of 25 years in the CSRA, choosing a Regular Veterinarian was an easy choice for me ! Dr. Wheatley , Dr. Grant and their amazing staff have always provide the best care to all my pets whether for a sick visit or well check up. Their new amazing facility has left no stone unturned for making each and every pet feel comfortable as well as their owners. Highly recommend for someone who wants their pet treated like family. ????❤️????

Called this morning to see if i could get an appointment to bring my cat in that was having trouble urinating and was told that the earliest appointment was Jan. 6, 2020.....then was told good luck..smh... totally unacceptable!

So I recently switched vets and started coming here, and I really love it so far. They just moved to a new, super nice facility. It has a couple different waiting areas that help the animals avoid seeing one another and becoming more anxious. My dog, Moose, was diagnosed here with an obstructed bowel/blockage and considering all the testing that had to be done and the fact that he had to get surgery to remove it, prices were reasonable. They really cherished him while he was in their care. Both Moose and my other dog, Rosie have since received their annual check ups and vaccines here, which was a quick and easy on-time experience. (I really appreciate appointments that run on time at vets because my dogs are always very anxious and a little wild, so the less time in the waiting room is always better!) We will continue to come back here as long as we're in the CSRA.

Wow! What an excellent office! We were losing our dog of 15 years. They came to our home and cared for him the last years of his life. He was a large fellow and I could not longer lift him. When it came time for him to suffer no longer, they came to our home and loving did the procedure. He was treated with dignity and respect as were we. I cannot say enough great things about every single member of the staff. They are wonderful!

Dr. Wheatley and her entire staff are really competent! I couldn't be happier. They quickly diagnosed my 15 year-old mini poodle's problem and now she's happy and being herself again! It's really convenient how they can analyze the blood samples right there and the results come out in just a few minutes. I love and really appreciate how much they cared about my dog and how they tried to do everything they could to see her do better. Also, they're not greedy people, which is really important to me. Best overall experience I've had with a vet. Definitely recommend!

Was searching for a good Veterinary in the Evans area but after hearing a young lady's story about her pup passing away from incompetence and being wrongly diagnosed I will continue my search.

It was very important for me to find the best veterinary that provided 5-star care with reasonable prices. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day after Labor Day weekend. The clinic is very clean - who wants to take their animals to a clinic that looks unsanitary??? I am extremely happy that I took my new puppy to Greenbrier Veterinary Services. The staff were incredibly friendly and the veterinarian was knowledgeable. Both the staff and the veterinarian listened to my concerns before they responded. All my concerns were addressed (reassurance) and given an on-the-spot how to clean a puppy's ears. I selected the puppy package and the prices were reasonable; definitely lower prices than most clinics/hospitals. I love the puppy bag with a lot of great reference material, especially since I'm a new puppy owner. I definitely will be having my other animals (cats) seen by this Veterinary. Thank you all!!! We had an older cat who was dying and we took him to see the doctor and staff here. We had never been to see them before. The office was small, clean, and efficiently run, but the very best thing was that the doctor and staff were so sympathetic and kind to our cat and to us. After his death, they gently placed him in a box. We brought him home to bury him next to his sister and when we opened the box, we saw that they had lovingly placed him in the position of a sleeping kitty. We were so touched. Within 2 days we received a card from this office. Inside we found sweet, personal, handwritten notes from each and every person on their staff, expressing their sadness for our loss. Wonderful and caring people!!! We will take our pets there from now on!
