This office is almost an hour from where I live but I followed Dr. Camillya Fanning here. I’ve had 10 dogs over the course of the last 25 years, and seen a lot of different veterinarians. Dr. Camillya is the best vet I have ever had! I wish I would have found her sooner! The entire staff here is wonderful. The prices are pretty average… X-rays we’re a little more than I’ve paid at other vets, but the service here more than makes up for that. Charlie is nearing the end of his life and I feel confident that I’m receiving the best advice and care for him here at Tiger Tails.

Great experience! Our vet was very interested and helpful. The process was very smooth and you can tell it’s well thought out and practiced.

Dr. Suh was great in taking care of my pup! I had a care plan and recommendations for post op care ready for me when I came back. I recommend this place to all who really care for their best friends!

Dr. Zach said our 13 year old dog had a spleen tumor based on a radiograph and recommended surgery bc even if it was benign, Pepper would bleed out in 8 months. We therefore scheduled surgery. Dr. Zach said he would have ‘Carole’ do it. I questioned that and he said she has small hands and does a good job. Carole Conley Amos, part time vet did the surgery but left for the day so Dr. Zach saw me when I picked Pepper up. He said the surgery went well and showed me with hands the size of ‘tumor’, then discouraged me from having a biopsy done on ‘Tumor’. I insisted saying my husband is an engineer and he likes data. Turns out there was no tumor. At this point it didn’t matter as Pepper died 4 days after surgery due to Septic infection, confirmed by necropsy, possibly caused by unsterile surgery room. Pepper suffered greatly for days, me noting his incision looked ok and he was drinking water - the things amateur me was to look for. Pepper died while Blue Pearl emergency vet in Sandy springs tried to save him. Our money for surgery and emergency services was refunded by Tiger Tails but really I just wanted my Pepper.in addition Zoey our 14 year old chihuahua died 11 days after a biopsy was taken on her (under anesthesia ) Dr. Zach Mills at Tiger Tails animal Hospital had told us her heart was fine and not to worry about a collapsing trachea bf he did this invasive procedure. I took her to a different vet to have stitches removed( afraid of Tiger Tails Animal Hospital) since my Pepper has just died. The new vet reported a serious heart murmur, apparently undiagnosed by Zach Mills - the strain of the invasive procedure took its toll and the next day she died.

Decent prices. Staff were very friendly and informative. They were also able to tame my 8lb demon. Would recommend!

Couldn’t recommend this place more! We have been 3 times: twice for shots and once for an urgent eye appointment. All of the staff (the front desk staff, assistants, technicians, and the veterinarians) are super friendly and helpful. They are always patient with my pup and do anything to make her feel relaxed. The last time we came, my pup literally dragged me from the car to the front door because she was excited to see the staff! Also thank you for the kong box of goodies :-)

Great place! Each and every doctor and tech are truly caring and experienced. We drive twice the distance just to have any of our cats seen here. Wonderful place with wonderful people!

I HIGHLY recommend Tiger Tails. I am so sad that I didn't try taking my cats to Tiger Tails sooner. Within 2 appointments, Dr. Kaala was able to properly diagnose my two fur babies, one of which had been dealing with the same problem for years. I will never go anywhere else again. They are so friendly and you're put in a room immediately so your fur babies don't have to stay in their carriers longer than need be. I have noticed a significant difference in the comfort level of my cats since going here.

There aren’t enough GREAT things to say about Tiger Tails. We’ve been bringing our babies here for about 5 years and we have yet to have anything but a phenomenal experience. You will not find a better place to bring your pets. This place is run like a well oiled machine and everyone I’ve ever interacted with has been so gracious and kind to the whole family, humans and fur babies alike. Thank you for all you guys do!!

As a person of old age and having many experiences with vets treating my multitude of dogs, I am firmly convinced that Dr Zack and his associates at Tiger Tails are without comparison when it comes to TLC for animals. Service is exemplar, treatment is extraordinaire, and the price is more than reasonable.

Tiger tails is a fantastic facility with even better staff. They actually care about your family and know people arent made of money. My 14 year old beagle Gus needed emergency care. They treated him like he was their family and treated my family with so much respect when we had to say goodbye. When the day comes that my family is ready to expand you better believe tiger tails will be our vet.

We’ve been taking our cat family to Dr. Zack and his team for a long time. The facility has separate offices for cats and dogs which makes for much happier cats when we visit! His team is professional and caring. We will not go anywhere else!

I could not be happier with Tiger Tails and even my puppy loves going to visit them! Every single person has been incredibly kind, helpful, and informative and a passion for animals shines through. They have a convenient app you can use to track your pet's visit history and to communicate any questions or concerns.

Doctor Zack, Doctor Kim, and their team of veterinarians, technicians, and office staff are the most supportive and responsive pet health care providers you will find. Their medical care is personalized and comprehensive, and their facilities are clean and comfortable. I especially appreciate the time they take to answer all of my questions, explain what is happening to my pet in ways I understand, and follow up on my pet's wellbeing after changing treatment plans. For the last 2+ years since moving from Duluth, I have driven 45-60 minutes one way for my pets to receive care from Tiger Tails, and I will continue to do so because I trust them so much. When I first moved, I tried another veterinarian, but I quickly came back to Tiger Tails... If you're looking for a veterinary office that provides complete and thoughtful care, you will find it at Tiger Tails. I truly could not recommend them more.

On June 29,2021, I requested a new patient appointment for my cat with recently diagnosed kidney disease using the process this practice has by completing an assessment form on their website...I received email confirmation that the assessment had been received...It is now July 13, 2021 and I have not heard from the practice...I have since made an appointment with another veterinary practice...

I cannot thank Dr. Zack and his techs enough for their kindness, compassion and willingness to come to our home so our dog could go peaceful on his final day. Dr. Zack is truly a gem of Duluth and one of a kind.

I love Tiger Tails! They are very organized and know everything that is going on with your dog. Dr.Alex is the beer veterinarian Ive seen with my dog. She really cares about my puppy, I feel at peace when I drop my dog off with them I know they are being sweet to her and she is happy when she sees them.

I love tiger tails! My dog raja absolutely loves the place and is always super excited to go. He has been going since he was a puppy. The staff is amazing and they always treat him like family. Tiger tails is like his second home!

I recently switched my pup after going to WellPet Humane for 6 years. I tried making an emergency appointment with WellPet Humane after we got attacked by 3 dogs but had no luck. Due to Covid-19, many emergency hospitals didn't want to attend us the same day. However, after calling Tiger Tails, they were kind enough to take us in the same day. I am beyond grateful and beyond impressed with the exceptional service and love they provided to my pup. Since then we have been going here and it has been the best decision we have ever made. They kind, patient and VERY thorough with their exams which I definitely appreciate since my baby is close to being 7 years old this year. Overall: I definitely recommend Tiger Tails if you value the integrity and compassion you expect to receive from those who will be checking up on your pups. :)

I was super nervous about trying a new vet after being with the same one for my pup’s entire life - however, with moving to the Duluth area, I just did not have the time/my schedule would not allow me to make the drive to our original vet & I really needed to find somewhere I could trust & an excellent doctor. I was more than thrilled after my experience with Dr. Alex & how knowledgeable, friendly & gentle she was with my dog! I know that my baby is in great hands & am so excited to have been so fortunate to find such a great new “home” vet!! ???? Would definitely recommend!!

Dr. Zack and his team are absolutely amazing! I found them because they used to be on my way to work when I worked in Suwanee, but even after changing jobs and moving to Midtown, I wouldn't dream of taking my furbabies anywhere else! My current dog is a rescue who is so defensive to being handled by strangers (and even *I* can't touch his feet) that he has to be sedated to be handled at all at the vet's office. Dr. Zack and his team are worth the drive to all the way up to Duluth from Midtown because they understand my dog's challenges and always treat him with professionalism and heaps of love (as soon as the anesthesia kicks in). I know it can't be easy to accommodate him, but they have never made us feel like an inconvenience when they make sure the lobby is clear for us to enter, and that an exam room is open for us as soon as we walk in the door. Dr. Zack is a phenomenal clinician and has a deep understanding of the latest treatments, medications, and supplements, and he always takes the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Dr. Zack even helped me develop a recipe for the food I cook for my dog to provide him the best nutrition possible after his TPLO surgery. They've never tried to "sell me" on any unnecessary treatment, and they're always up front about their (very reasonable) pricing. I cannot recommend the Tiger Tails team highly enough!! Your furbabies are in the best hands at Tiger Tails Animal Hospital.

Dr. Katie Beth and the Tiger Tails team is the best. Professional (explains everything and asks if I have questions), efficient (takes my pet at time of appointment), reasonable prices. I went there today, they are taking care of themselves and others by doing curbside pickup and taking pets in for treatment. I was kept up with everything going on via mobile calls.
