They almost always have a great conure selection, and beautiful parakeets. They usually have a variety of amphibians and small caged animals, and a wide variety of coral.

First time to Petco was not disappointed, found wet food that I could not find at Pet Smart or Pet Supplies Plus..

Pick up service was very easy and the employee was very nice. I do not plan on shopping here again because it has been over 5 days now since the company has not returned my money for a product that was out of stock. Any where else it is returned the same day or the next business dayI

Viviana (Grooming) and Michael (store manager) were both very incredible! Viviana groomed my small puppy to its finest. Watching how she treated her blew me away and will make this Petco my regular place to come. Michael was extremely helpful in the store and definitely built my trust. Great place to take your pups/pets for any needs! For grooming, ask for Viviana. For any other question or request, ask for Michael!

The customer service was great. I was able to get a rewards account setup. And I saved a few dollars on pet bedding.

Prices are too high, not enough variety for the foods that I buy.

The grooming department is very friendly! Amber took care of my Mr.Luke and was very informative and sweet. Thank you , will be be definitely coming back!

This location is the worst. First my appointment wA doubled booked and when it was noticed they canceled my appointment and sent me a text that had me thinking my apt was canceled not knowing my actual appointment was still set. So the store manager rescheduled my appointment for another day. However the day of I was running a little behind so I called the store twice while on the way to explain I was going to be a few minutes late. No answer so I left a voice mail. Got there at 9:18am and soon as I walked in Stylest Amanda came from out the back of the salon with another dog and stated oh we can’t take dogs after 15 minutes being late. With a rude tone. And I explained that I called twice and if someone would have picked up the phone and told me to get there sooner, I could have. So 3 minutes of being behind stopped me from getting me babies groomed. Not to mention the Stylest was in the process of grooms another dog so my dogs wouldn’t have been seen right away anyway. Amanda is VERY RUDE and got an attitude and totally refused to service me after speaking with the store manager on duty she told me it’s up to the stylist if she or he want to accept me and ofcourse they choose not too. All from 3 minutes behind. Not taking into consideration their mistake from my first booked appointment or not answering the phones.

The store was clean and well organized. The employee who checked me out was warm and inviting (Which is a great attribute to have in a pet store). I would like to tell her thank you so much making my shopping experience phenomenal.

Associate Kaiya is the best ever! I always shop at this store even though I moved into new town. Kaiya is so kind and knows what customer is looking for. Thank you so much!

Seriously Petco, if I wanted something like that I would. That is why he had not worn her again, they tell me that he is going to be short and I ask if he will see her skin, they tell me no. And they give it to me hurt, well peeled.

Most of the staff is good. However, the store manager is a bit rude. He refuses to do refunds for the most unusual reasons. He asked for the next customer when we were still at the register. On another occasion, I placed an online order to pick up. They only had 2/4 items ready. I asked if I could grab the rest of the order since I saw it in the store. He said no. He told me there would be a refund for it later and that I can buy the other items separately. I asked him to clarify but he did the same thing and requested other customers to come to his register. The grooming is not the best. My dog felt "oily" after his shower. I will be switching to a different store or location specifically because of this rude management.

A lot of the items I needed where out of stock but overall the experience was good.

We took our 14 month old Chihuahua to Petco to get her nails cut and buffed. Amber R. Did a great job!
