Really great people, fast and cheap..

I called on a Friday because my cat was very sick. I thought that since my baby was a patient they might see him or at least give me direction. The girl said they could not see him until Wednesday. Saturday I took my cat to Warner Robins Emergency and unfortunately he was too sick to save. I feel that if Dr Potts had at least talked to me, he might could have been saved.

Some of the workers are so friendly and nice, but I won’t take my dog to the groomer here again. He came back still dirty, and nails still long. What did I pay for? He had stuff on his face too. I called and asked about it and they said it’s “probably” because they had to put a muzzle on him because he was trying to bite. He’s a PUPPY!!!! lol. And that doesn’t explain him stinking when I got him back. They also “forgot” to give him one of his shots and I had to bring him back and take another day off work because of someone’s forgetfulness. And when I talked to the lady at the front desk she said that person forgets a lot and gets a lot of complaints. Than I asked to speak to the vet, who never called me back. I had to call back a few times to get her on the phone. And she didn’t apologize and seemed completely defensive and mean. She made excuses for that employee AND the groomer and lied to me about it. Oh yes she lied because a worker later verified that for me.

I had to put my dog roscoe down today. Excellent kindness and compassion.

Over shaved and poorly stapled my cat. Did not provide requested xray. Will not let you sit with pet. Technician made me feel like I was bothering her for wanting to check on my cat after having just been attacked by dogs.

Alright..yes the vet was nice..but..I was charged for an exam. If my puppy was examed she would of seen the ticks in the ears. I asked for her ears to be cleaned..not done..asked for nails to be trimmed not done. I know I'm not from here. But this pup and I relied on you for well visit and a proper exam to be transported away and safe for a new home. Just saying..you could of made more money off of me. But I'm happier knowing my regular vet will take better care of her. People of Laurens county I feel sorry for you.

No long waits and such a caring staff

They were fabulous. Easy to find, courteous, understanding, and no surprises! The facility was neat, clean, and actually smelled pretty good! I've never visited a vet before that didn't have that universal scent of just straight up "animal musk," you know the smell... They appear to have done a stellar job with the neuter of my precious feline fur baby, and their prices are excellent. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my big 'ol baby!! I'll recommend y'all to anyone that needs pet services!! ????????

Absolutely love them, my dogs get very skittish and want to try to bark or look aggressively at strangers, but everyone here takes their time and treats them very gently. My male never wants to go but doesn't want to leave once he has seen them. They're very professional and polite, I couldn't imagine taking my babies anywhere else.

I recently moved to Lauren's and was in need of a Dr for my fur baby. The Dr. was great, handled my Gemma like she was hers... which I loved. I will be returning for my baby girls needs. I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent, dog had to go to time out cause he doesn't like 4 footed peeps. But no probs, 80 pound tech was able to handle my 90 lbs dog
